[00:07:15] not for the empowerment of some corporation or advocacy group

[00:07:27] we have found ourselves in a mess

[00:28:13] House COVID Committee
[00:28:14] released its final report.
[00:28:16] Two years they
[00:28:17] investigated this.
[00:28:19] It says the House Select
[00:28:21] Committee on the
[00:28:21] coronavirus was concluded
[00:28:23] in its final report after
[00:28:24] an intensive two-year
[00:28:25] investigation.
[00:28:28] That vindicates many of
[00:28:29] those who were critical of
[00:28:32] the official pandemic
[00:28:33] response.
[00:28:34] Chairman Brad Winstrup
[00:28:36] released what he calls the
[00:28:38] most thorough review of the
[00:28:40] pandemic conducted to date,
[00:28:42] including an after-action
[00:28:45] review of the U.S.
[00:28:46] government's response to
[00:28:48] the COVID-19 pandemic along
[00:28:50] with the lessons learned.
[00:28:52] In that, when they compiled
[00:28:55] this, I heard them talking

[00:29:11] 100 investigative letters,
[00:29:14] conducted 38 transcribed
[00:29:16] interviews or depositions,
[00:29:19] held 25 different hearings
[00:29:21] or meetings, and reviewed
[00:29:23] more than 1 million pages of
[00:29:26] documents.
[00:29:28] Among those findings, the
[00:29:31] committee learned that the
[00:29:32] National Institute of Health,
[00:29:34] the NIH, did in fact fund
[00:29:39] gain-of-function research and
[00:29:41] that COVID emerging from a lab
[00:29:43] leak is not a conspiracy
[00:29:45] theory.
[00:29:46] That's exactly what happened.
[00:29:50] So I'm going to break there.
[00:29:52] Who do we blame?
[00:29:54] Do we blame China?
[00:29:56] Or do we blame Fauci and the
[00:29:58] U.S.
[00:29:58] government?
[00:30:01] Just throwing that out there.

[00:30:19] that the rampant waste, fraud,
[00:30:22] and abuse plagued the COVID-19
[00:30:25] pandemic response and that
[00:30:27] public health officials lost
[00:30:28] the trust of the American
[00:30:29] people.
[00:30:30] We needed a committee to figure
[00:30:31] that one out, huh?
[00:30:33] One of the most important
[00:30:34] thing, findings of the
[00:30:36] subcommittee was that the
[00:30:38] Constitution cannot be suspended
[00:30:41] in times of crisis and that the
[00:30:43] restrictions of freedoms, so
[00:30:45] distrust of public health.
[00:30:49] And I remember, and, you know,
[00:30:51] sometimes I like him and
[00:30:52] sometimes I don't.
[00:30:53] I kind of yell at him and
[00:30:54] that's Dr., I'm sorry, not
[00:30:56] Dr. Alan Dertschewitz, the
[00:30:58] famous constitutional scholar
[00:31:02] and lawyer.
[00:31:04] He's an older gentleman who said
[00:31:08] he wanted the ability, the
[00:31:10] freedom to vote against Trump a
[00:31:11] third time, which made me think,
[00:31:13] well, then you really don't believe
[00:31:14] what you're saying.
[00:31:17] But he at one point said that,
[00:31:20] yes, the government could force
[00:31:22] you to get shots.
[00:31:27] And that's when he lost me
[00:31:28] completely.

[00:31:34] conspiracy theorists and

[00:31:37] social media for noticing

[00:43:30] for countering woke politics,
[00:43:32] making X a neutral platform,
[00:43:35] and backing President Donald Trump for president.
[00:43:38] The Delaware Chancellor,
[00:43:40] Judge Kathleen McCormick,
[00:43:43] on Monday,
[00:43:44] ruled to confirm her January ruling
[00:43:47] that found Musk was not eligible
[00:43:50] for a 2018 compensation package
[00:43:53] valued at $56 billion.
[00:43:58] McCormick complained
[00:43:59] the Tesla's package of Musk
[00:44:01] was the biggest compensation plan ever
[00:44:04] and unfathomable sum.
[00:44:06] It is unfathomable.
[00:44:08] I can't even imagine it.

[00:44:11] After McCormick had initially ruled
[00:44:14] that Musk had not gotten proper approval
[00:44:16] from Tesla shareholders,
[00:44:18] Musk filed a suit.
[00:44:21] Musk said he properly received board approval
[00:44:23] and later hit financial targets
[00:44:25] to earn the compensation,
[00:44:27] including benchmarks
[00:44:28] based on stock value,
[00:44:30] profitability,
[00:44:30] and revenue.
[00:44:32] At one point,
[00:44:34] visionary Musk
[00:44:35] had driven the value of Tesla
[00:44:37] to close to a trillion dollars
[00:44:40] during the compensation period.
[00:44:42] Today,
[00:44:43] Tesla holds a market cap
[00:44:45] of over $1.1 trillion.
[00:44:49] There's no doubt in my mind
[00:44:51] that this is a punishment
[00:44:52] for Musk.
[00:44:54] They're going after him.
[00:44:56] I've never heard of such a thing,
[00:44:57] but then I don't have money,
[00:44:59] so I wouldn't understand compensation.
