[00:05:47] This is not called an omnitus bill.

[00:05:50] This is called a CR, Continual Resolution Bill.

[00:06:04] Is this the consent of the governed?

[00:06:09] No, it is not.

[00:06:11] They make decisions there that you don't want made.

[00:06:16] Yet they're supposed to be representing you and I.

[00:06:20] But the majority of the American people don't want more debt.

[00:06:22] The majority of the American people don't want illegal aliens to vote.

[00:06:30] As I have said the last few weeks,

[00:06:32] I've been doing a lot of digging and going through stacks of paper.

[00:06:37] And I dug this out.

[00:06:39] It was something I wrote back in 2020.

[00:06:42] Beware of the swampacans and the swampocrats.

[00:06:47] Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty,

[00:06:52] There is no rest for the wicked.

[00:06:55] The patriot cannot and must not ever rest

[00:07:07] And when I wrote this, I was reading also in proverbs.

[00:07:12] These six things doth the Lord hate.

[00:07:15] Yeah, seven are an abomination unto him.

[00:07:18] A proud look, a lying tongue,

[00:07:21] and hands that shed innocent blood.

[00:07:24] And a heart that deceiveth, diviseth wicked imaginations.

[00:07:29] Feet that are swift in running to mischief.

[00:07:33] A false witness that speaketh lies.

[00:07:37] And he that soweth discord among his brethren.

[00:07:41] Lest you for one second believe that the media and the internet aren't working against you.

[00:07:48] This is the definition I received when I googled deep state.

[00:07:52] And I did this back in 2020.

[00:07:55] So back in 2020, I googled deep state.

[00:07:58] And this is what the Wikipedia, you know, the free encyclopedia would have you believe.

[00:08:06] According to discredited American political conspiracy theory

[00:08:11] promoted by Donald Trump and his supporters,

[00:08:14] the deep state is a Klingonstein network of actors

[00:08:19] in the federal government, high level finance and high level industry

[00:08:23] operating as a hidden government that exercises power alongside

[00:08:27] or within the elected United States government.

[00:08:30] You notice how it started out according to a discredited.

[00:08:35] Well, who discredited this term and this theory from my question?

[00:08:43] It goes on and says variations of the deep state have existed

[00:08:47] as popular conspiracy theories in the United States since 1950s.

[00:08:52] The deep state conspiracy theory reached mainstream recognition

[00:08:57] under the presidency of President Donald J. Trump,

[00:09:01] who repeatedly referenced the deep state as working against the administration's agenda.

[00:09:07] Well, who am I to argue with Wikipedia?

[00:09:11] I'll tell you who I am.

[00:09:12] I'm an American citizen with some knowledge of how things should be run

[00:09:18] under the U.S. Constitution and in witnessing how the running is abusing the citizenship

[00:09:24] and ignoring the Constitution.

[00:09:26] I will argue that the theory of deep state is not discredited,

[00:09:31] but it is quite evident in the policies and the things that they do and say.

[00:13:45] So they had Yoda from Star Wars saying this, but I want you to really think about this statement as we continue with the show.

[00:13:57] The real job before us is not cleaning up the mess that Biden created, I put in parenthesis, Obama.

[00:14:05] The real job is cleaning up the mess that created Biden or Obama.

[00:14:16] And that mess would be maybe us, America.

[00:14:22] I'm trying to analyze it just a little bit, not intentionally but through apathy and just not paying attention to what was going on.

[00:14:36] Being overly trusting of these elected officials who are supposed to be representing us.

[00:14:42] We have a deep state and it's not really hidden.

[00:14:48] And they have their talents out right now, they are scared and angry.

[00:14:53] The American people better beware of the swampacans and the swampacrats.

[00:15:02] We knew about this long before President Donald J. Trump, but it was his boldness to speak and it was music to the ears of the American people.

[00:15:14] And it gave them courage and hope that one man would stand up and actually say what we were thinking out loud.

[00:17:14] Those aren't laws, you know. They have control issues. They don't want to give up power do they?

[00:17:24] They are habitually dishonest. You feel strange around them. Have you ever seen some of those young girls and even some of the guys

[00:17:33] when Biden is sniffing their hair and saying weird things? They mislead you.

[00:17:43] Remember that laptop was Russia, Russia, Russia misinformation. It wasn't a truth to it all until it was.

[00:17:51] They lack remorse. Not one person has apologized for the lies that they put before the American people with

[00:17:58] whether it was the laptop or the bogus impeachments that were done against Donald Trump after we found out the dossier

[00:18:06] was paid for by Hillary Clinton. Nobody was remorse for that. I'm okay with my decisions if I beget Harris said.

[00:18:16] They are cruel what they have done to Trump and others, proof of their cruelty.

[00:18:23] They lack responsibility always blaming others. Their friends and family warn you.

[00:18:29] All right. How many of us saw the picture last week of the family?

[00:18:36] So coward China loving valor thieving testosterone free tampon Tim, his entire family, not the children that they had together

[00:18:47] I think had together. I'm not sure about that. His family, his siblings, his parents all are for Trump and not for Tom.

[00:18:56] This speaks volumes about his integrity and his credibility. Family knows they are bad friends.

[00:19:06] Kamala can't keep a staff because she is a witch and disrespectful and Kamala is lazy just like Michelle Obama.

[00:19:17] They are lazy. They are racist, sexist, homophobic and our bigots. The Democrat Party is that the swamp is that but they will turn it around

[00:19:30] and point their talons at you and say that you are that they manipulate you. They belittle you. You are rubes.

[00:19:51] They lead double lives, not a czar. Love fracking. I love fracking as much as I love a yellow school bus.

[00:20:00] They don't have boundaries. The Bill of Rights is not absolute. The following is a quote from the 1984.

[00:20:11] I believe it describes American politics today or politicians. I have long believed their sorry policies are not a matter of incompetence

[00:20:22] but purposefully thought out to remove power from we the people and gain complete power for the federal government, the swamp of D.C.

[00:20:41] Now I tell you the answer to my question. It is this. The party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others.

[00:20:52] We are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means will you will understand presently.

[00:21:00] We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves were cowards and hypocrites.

[00:21:12] The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives.

[00:21:22] They pretended, perhaps they even believed that they had seized power unwillingly and were for a limited time and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where humans, human beings would be free and equal.

[00:21:38] We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intentions of relinquishing it.

[00:21:46] Power is not a means. It is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution. One makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.

[00:22:03] The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture and the object of power is power.

[00:28:20] And I found them both very, very good and kind of went along with what I wanted to talk about today.

[00:28:31] You know, you are the ones in charge. And we have been fooled for a long time with this two-party system. It's a monopoly.

[00:28:42] There are a few good ones out there, not in the Democrat Party. I've lost all hope in them. They need to all be voted out.

[00:28:49] I saw where Alan Dershowitz is thinking about leaving the party, not because of their unconstitutionality, not because of their socialism, but because they are anti-Semitic.

[00:29:05] Which I agree with him on that last one. But I don't understand him on the other since he's supposed to be a constitutional scholar.

[00:29:14] And he just keeps saying that everything that they're doing is wrong and he's written several books and he's been making a fortune off these books.

[00:29:20] I'm certain that he refuses to vote out any Democrats.

[00:29:32] So the one article is written by two people, a James Fallon Fannel, excuse me, and a Bradley Thayer.

[00:29:41] And it is titled, A Harris Victory in 2024 Makes the USA One Party State.

[00:29:47] And the other one was really even more to my liking. And that is called titled and is written by a Laura Hollis.

[00:29:56] I'm going to see if I can get ahold of her. The Constitution stands in their way, so our Constitution is not dangerous, she says.

[00:30:07] But the people who are threatened by it, all of them, politicians, academics, journalists, activists, are.

[00:30:19] Both of them go through here and they explain she's more on the constitutional side and what's going to happen.

[00:30:25] And the others are pointing out exactly what Harris is going to do.

[00:30:29] Now, we all know Harris is the lazy son of a gun and she's not really going to do a whole lot but keep her appearance up,

[00:30:38] cackle a bit. But it's the swamp that is behind that is running this country.

[00:30:45] It's not the President of the United States, it's not Joe Biden and it's not her.

[00:30:51] So who is it? Is it Obama? I think he's behind it all.

[00:30:58] He tends to be a little lazy himself. It's the bureaucrats and the parties that are running this country.

[00:31:11] And that's why they hate Donald Trump because when he gets in, he will be the President in charge.

[00:31:17] And they're already working to fight that.

[00:31:22] So if he is elected by not just a majority vote but also the electoral vote,

[00:31:29] they plan to make sure he doesn't make it into the White House, which is totally unconstitutional.

[00:31:41] So let's go into this one with Laura Hollis because we're going to run out of time.

[00:31:47] I like the way she started it out. All the left, ever ready to burn the foundations of America to the ground in pursuit of progress.

[00:32:02] She goes, the latest example is New York. The New York Times, an article by Jennifer,

[00:32:08] and I don't know how to pronounce it and neither did the AI that was reading it to me.

[00:32:12] But we're going to say Salai. It's S-Z-A-L-I-Z-A-L-I.

[00:32:20] And it was titled, The Constitution is Sacred. Is it also dangerous?

[00:32:25] And in this article, this woman that wrote this article, she believes it is.

[00:32:34] And she used snippets of the Constitution to verify her belief that it's a threat.

[00:32:42] They believe it is a living, breathing document. It was never to be a living, breathing document.

[00:32:48] It is to be a contract between you, the people who own this nation, and those you vote in to represent you.

[00:32:58] You see there's a line, and it's called The Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights

[00:33:03] and the Declaration of Independence, and they are not to cross this line

[00:33:08] and remove your rights or your liberties or your freedoms.

[00:33:12] They are not to intrude upon your lives, but they do.

[00:33:16] She said this woman ignores the United States, that the United States is not in fact a democracy, but a constitutional republic.

[00:33:27] I've been hearing more and more people saying that, and I'm just little britches out here.

[00:33:32] Nobody really listens to me, do they?

[00:33:35] But yet sometimes when I keep saying things over and over again, it seems like all of a sudden, you know, perhaps

[00:33:43] Mark Levin will say, we're not a democracy, we're a constitutional republic, and even this woman

[00:33:50] who wrote this article, and I'm going to try and reach out to her because I think she's rather smart.

[00:34:25] So again, you understand that the Constitution is a piece of paper, it's a contract, but our founding fathers,

[00:34:33] they base these laws off of biblical laws.

[00:34:37] You get your liberty from the Lord, from God, not from the paper.

[00:34:42] The paper is the one putting it down on piece of paper saying you cannot cross this line, but they're crossing the line all the time.

[00:34:56] So who thinks the Constitution is dangerous?

[00:35:00] It's the people that it is limiting their power.

[00:35:07] Those who have limited power, those whose power are limited because of the Constitution, they believe it is dangerous.

[00:35:14] The First Amendment is a threat to those who would seize whatever property you own.

[00:35:22] We're having this conference coming up Saturday, and we're going to concentrate on property rights.

[00:35:29] There's a lot to consider when it's talking about property.

[00:35:35] The Fifth Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment are a threat to those who would toss political opponents into prison without due process.

[00:35:45] And the Second Amendment? Well, it's a threat.

[00:35:51] An armed citizenry that can fight back against government oppression is a threat to them.

[00:36:00] That's their way of looking at it because they are tyrants.

[00:36:06] Politicians and activists who agree with this woman, this salsai, resent the Constitution.

[00:36:14] And they argue that its limits on their power are unjust because their aims are so benevolent.

[00:36:21] You see, they only want to discriminate against you to remedy past discriminations.

[00:36:28] They only want to put pornography in the schools.

[00:36:32] They only want to create gender and sexual confusion in your children without your knowledge

[00:36:37] or cover your objection and to make sure children and to take your children away if you push back.

[00:36:45] Because, you know, the children belong to the community according to them.

[00:36:51] They only want to force doctors to perform abortions and euthanasia against their will.

[00:36:56] They only want to ban the extraction of natural gas, oil and coal.

[00:37:01] The use of air conditioner, stoves, refrigerators, automobiles, air travel and nitrogen-based fertilizer.

[00:37:09] They only want to force you to take experimental injections.

[00:37:14] They only want to spray you with the chemicals from the air.

[00:37:17] They only want to eliminate meat and dairy and force you to eat laboratory-grown meat, proteins, insects.

[00:37:24] They only want to release genetically modified mosquitoes into the ecosystem.

[00:37:32] They only want to tax you beyond your ability to support yourself and your family.

[00:37:36] They only want to regulate entire industries out of existence and collapse the economy.

[00:42:15] as they want to remove the Constitution of the United States of America and really

[00:42:20] Congress both the Swampakans and the Swampakrats they're not using the Constitution.

[00:42:27] There's nothing constitutional about running this country into a debt.

[00:42:34] So they only want to regulate entire industries out of existence in a collapse industry.

[00:42:42] They're all for big corp but they're not for the individual independent farmers ranchers business people.

[00:42:50] They prove that.

[00:42:52] But they also tell us these things are for our own good.

[00:42:58] Racial reparations, sexual freedom, reproductive justice, public health, dignity and dying, civil rights, the children, the animals, the developing nations, global citizens, the climate, the planet, for the dictatorship, for the elimination of the bourgeois and for the emperor.

[00:43:22] Here's the thing she says.

[00:43:25] The Constitution does not just protect against human malevolence of which there is plenty.

[00:43:38] It also protects against human stupidity for which there is even much more.

[00:43:45] Relatively few oppressive regimes have existed for the sole purpose of gratifying a dictator's arbitrary desire to inflict mass sufferings.

[00:43:56] But hundreds of millions of people have suffered, starved and died because of the monstrous stupidity of people who simply had too much control.

[00:44:07] And I would say they have too much control because we the people have not been paying attention.

[00:44:13] I wrote a sub-stack on Friday, the Republic only works if the public is working.

[00:44:23] It relies on you and I. We own this country.

[00:44:26] We own City Hall. We own DC.

[00:44:29] It is not the temple of democracy.

[00:44:32] It is the people's house.

[00:44:36] And what lies within it?

[00:44:38] The Ten Commandments?

[00:44:40] The Constitution?

[00:44:42] The Bill of Rights?

[00:44:46] The Declaration of Independence?

[00:44:49] You see, the Constitution is not a living breathing document.

[00:44:53] It is a contract and our Constitution is not dangerous except to those whose power it limits.

[00:45:07] There is only one reason for a government of a country, the officials, to want to disarm its citizens.

[00:45:16] And that's because they are getting ready to steal everything from you.

[00:45:22] They have got most of it already.

[00:45:27] So in this other article, well let's save it for later this week perhaps.

[00:45:33] Let's look at this one.

[00:45:35] Avoiding a government shutdown is at the top of Schumer's agenda.

[00:45:40] Of course it is. Of course it is.

[00:45:42] That's what he cares about.

[00:45:44] He cares about what they're going to pass and how they can keep things going.

[00:45:51] But he's warning them that they better not put in, they better not tag it with, non-citizens cannot vote.

[00:46:01] They say there's already a law against that.

[00:46:04] Yeah, there is.

[00:46:05] But there are many states who are allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections if you have paid for the school board and that kind of thing.

[00:46:15] I really don't think they should be voting there either.

[00:46:18] If they want to live here, they need to become citizens.

[00:46:21] Now if there's one thing we could change, it's maybe make it a little easier, a little less time for them to become citizens.

[00:46:29] But then at the same time, thinking this through, thinking out loud, we need to make sure that's what they want to do to become a citizen.

[00:46:39] You know when they become a citizen they give away all alliances to other countries when they take their oath.

[00:46:55] Well, this continuing resolution that they're about to pass, it has to be done before the end of September.

[00:47:02] Or they're going to shut the government down.

[00:47:10] Schumer said, we have said each time we've had a CR, the only way to get things done is then up by partisan way and that is what has happened every time.

[00:47:23] Spending always manages to be bipartisan, don't you think?

[00:47:28] They always seem to come together because they're threatening to shut the government down.

[00:47:32] If you remember when Obama was president, he decided when they shut the government down he was going to punish the people and close the public parks.

[00:47:42] He didn't close anything else down, did he?

[00:47:45] He just wanted to punish the people.

[00:47:53] They don't want this to be tagged on there and perhaps it shouldn't have to be.

[00:47:58] But because they are already admitting, I saw an article this morning that the Democrats are admitting that people are already voting in this and they're non-citizens voting.

[00:48:06] They're finding that many of our elections of the last several decades have not been legitimate elections and they have had illegal aliens voting.

[00:48:17] You see, what they really want to do is fundamentally change America.

[00:48:27] The Farm Bill is one that's on here that is really significant.

[00:48:33] But the Farm Bill, the USDA no longer works for farmers and ranchers and producers of our agriculture.

[00:48:40] It's a welfare bill and it's all about welfare, not about making anything better for the farmers and ranchers.

[00:48:49] It needs to be done with.

[00:48:51] It's Uncle Sam destroying agriculture and propping up big corp and the redistribution of wealth.

[00:49:02] The USDA, the Department of USDA needs to be shut down as does the Department of Education and several other departments.

[00:49:09] It says here last year lawmakers enacted a one-year extension of the 2018 Farm Bill over the inability to reach a multi-year deal.

[00:49:22] Another short-term extensive extension will likely be needed this year.

[00:49:28] You see, it mentioned in this article earlier I didn't read that particular sentence that they're working hard.

[00:49:34] Are they working hard?

[00:49:35] They just came back from a vacation so that they could campaign.

[00:49:41] They don't have jobs that they go to work at.

[00:49:44] They're not producing anything in this country.

[00:49:47] You are America.

[00:49:49] You're the ones with the blood and the sweat.

[00:49:52] They go out day in and day out.

[00:49:54] It is your tax dollars that they will spend to redistribute your wealth.

[00:49:59] Not theirs, not theirs.

[00:50:02] It is yours.

[00:50:04] It is your contract with them that they want to amend.

[00:50:07] They want to change the rules and the meanings of the words.

[00:50:12] They want to tell you it's a living breathing document so that they can manipulate it.

[00:50:18] What was the definition of an evil person?

[00:50:23] They manipulate?

[00:50:26] You own this government.

[00:50:28] You are this country, not them.

[00:50:32] And it is not just your right.

[00:50:34] It is your duty to learn of these things.
