THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE

For such a time as this, O Most Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before you. Father, we come before you with grateful hearts.

[00:01:00] And heavy hearts for things that are happening. I have friends that are dealing with great illness. Families that are struggling to make ends meet, to balance and juggle the things of life with a large family. Father, I lift them up to you. I've been there, and I know how rough it can be.

[00:01:33] Father, I thank you for your love, your grace, and your mercy. You're a very caring Father. Sometimes we try to hold the little things because we think, oh, God doesn't need to be bothered with that. But he wants our every need. He wants our every thought. He wants to be our Father.

[00:02:00] Father, I pray, Father, that you will also protect President Donald J. Trump and all of his administration, Elon Musk. And, Father, these dealerships that are innocent, that are being prayed upon. Father, it's just crazy.

[00:02:29] May we go back to your word. May we go back to your laws and understand you are the only way, the truth, and the light. I pray for your blessing upon today's show. I hope we can have a little fun and learn a few things as we go. For such a time as this, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen.

[00:02:56] So, we have a takeaway of words from this week. You have to care. Promises made, promises kept. And they are bad people. That's a Tim Walsh and Gavin Newsom quote. Referring to anyone who votes for Trump, any conservatives, any Republicans. They're just bad people.

[00:03:28] Absurd words and accusations are being thrown around by the left. And, you know, the right isn't innocent in some of that. It's like we're entering the twilight zone of 2020. Once again, burning buildings are now peaceful protests. And we should just accept it. Nonsensical rhetoric from the left as they protest against climate change, burning and destroying personal property.

[00:03:54] These were the ones that thought everyone should be forced to own a Tesla not too long ago. Recall that. But who are they actually hurting? Apparently, Teslas have no secrets. They are all covered with continual cameras catching and watching those who are key vandals and peaceful arsonists.

[00:04:22] Apparently, the DOJ has arrested three of those so far. Those Tesla pyromaniacs. But there's a new sheriff in town. And when we stop these and they get punished for their crimes. And these are crimes. These are not protests. These are crimes. Then it will stop. I want to chat about several things today.

[00:04:51] As we do, I want you and us, I want to, I hope and think that we will realize that the American crisis continues. Yes, that was a plug for my book, I guess. But it's the truth. We see and feel hope, perhaps a little naively.

[00:05:12] But most of us have a sense of renewed freedom to speak, to wear certain hats in public, to wave our flags. Oh, there are still those who would rather fly a Ukrainian flag than a USA flag. But be assured, they might be loud, but they are the minority of Americans. So let's get to it.

[00:05:39] And let's remain vigilant as we work together, as we analyze things. I'm not any professional hired political analyst. But I'm just like anyone else. I can have an opinion. And, yeah, I know. I heard you. I heard every one of you out there say, oh, you've got lots of opinions, Beth. I heard you. Yes, I did. I heard you. I'm like a mom. I've got the eyes in the back of my head. I heard you.

[00:06:09] You don't hear with your eyes, though, do you? Anyway, so Tim Walsh, you know, Gavin Newsom is doing a podcast these days. And he had some conservatives on. When he's got the conservatives on, he acts like, yeah, yeah, I understand that. Yeah, yeah, I understand that. But when he had Tim Walsh on, they went after Republicans. They went after conservatives.

[00:06:37] They went after any Democrat, anybody who voted for Donald J. Trump. And they said that these are bad people. You and I are bad people. Yet when we protest, we just don't buy beer. When they protest, they burn buildings. There's a huge difference. Who's the bad people there? Who are the bad people? You know, they're throwing these things, these names, and they'll name call, and they're throwing these stupid comments out there.

[00:07:09] But they're really describing themselves. People who key other people's cars are bad people. People who burn dealerships are bad people. People who want to experiment on children and convince them that they need to change their sex, their gender, that claim there are more than one or two sexes.

[00:07:39] They're misguided and bad people. When they point fingers and call someone else Hitler, they better do a little studying about what Hitler did as he experimented on children, disabled people, elderly people. I mean, brutally experimented on them. And that's what the left is promoting.

[00:08:05] Well, Tim Walsh claims without any evidence that segregation will return if the education department is closed. And, of course, Trump did that yesterday. It was quite the scene, once again, as he sits there and he signs his executive order, which he said would have to go through Congress. But he signs his executive order and he displays it. And they had looked like matching executive orders sitting by children in tables on both sides of President Trump.

[00:08:34] And the one little girl, she signed hers and I saw it. She had like a little picture, a little square with a – and then she had a little – like it was a balloon. And she – when Trump got his up and showed it, she picked hers up and showed it. I was a little disappointed he didn't go by and talk to each one of them. But I guess he's a busy man. He had places to go and people to see. And wars to stop. And peace to bring.

[00:09:04] But it was exciting to see those children sitting there. And they were excited to be sitting there. You could tell. And they were proud that they had this pamphlet, that they had this folder in front of them with this executive order printed on it. We're going to talk a little bit about Tim Walsh and his absurd statement.

[00:09:27] Before I heard anybody else saying it, I said a long time ago, not just the education department, but all the money we send to D.C. from every state, if we had it back, we'd have more money than what they delve out to us here and there on grants and this and that. [00:13:16] Well, now let's back this truck up just a little bit. It was during the Biden administration. Maybe it started when they started rebelling against Trump in this first administration. I don't remember the date. But all of a sudden, they were demanding segregated graduation ceremonies in certain colleges. Do you remember that?

[00:13:43] These Democrats, like Tim Walsh, they're the biggest racists of all. They truly are. I had an article earlier this week that I didn't get to share. And I'm trying to think now what it was. But it was really telling of the racism. Oh, it was the DEI removal. I had it yesterday and I didn't have time to. They've been taking down from the Pentagon.

[00:14:10] They've been taking down these websites that were DEI websites. And on one of these DEI websites, they accidentally took down a page of Jackie Robinson. Well, why was he on a DEI website? There was nothing DEI. Are you automatically a DEI if you are of a different skin color? Remember, he was not a DEI.

[00:14:40] So the racists are those who stick people in these little categories because of their skin color or some other thing, their sexual orientation. They are the ones. And, of course, they're the same ones. They have a judge now that's gone after Trump and the Pentagon for removing transgenders from the service.

[00:15:11] Transgender are mentally ill. Yes, they are. They are mentally ill. And there's always certain criteria for being in the Army. You have to be able to be a certain fitness. You have to be able to be a certain weight. They don't like you too skinny and they don't like you too fat. They want you just right. Just right. And ready and fit to defend.

[00:15:42] And then they were going after Musk. I know I'm chasing rabbits here. But talking about defend. They were going after Russ because he's a naturalized citizen. Now, they want to give all these illegal immigrants, illegal aliens, all kinds of benefits and kudos. And they want them back. All these murderers, these rapists, these torturers. They want them back in this country, according to this judge. Elon took an oath.

[00:16:12] Those of us who were born here, we didn't take an oath. Unless you were in the military or an elected official. You didn't take an oath. He took an oath. To protect the Constitution in this country. And I believe that's what he's doing. Now, back to Tim Walsh, who's an idiot. Okay.

[00:16:35] So he says that we're going to go into segregation because of Trump. And he says Trump doesn't know anything about education. And he goes on and on about that. We are, we have a, he says, I think America's great contribution to the world is our public education system. Well, how is America ranked?

[00:17:05] Now, I went to look this up. And this, this is, this is what we're dealing with when you look something up on the World Wide Web. Especially if you use Google, which I shouldn't use Google, but it is the quickest. But it's very frustrating lately. I just don't look much up. But I wanted to look up the rankings. And I've done that before. I think I did that in some of the writings that I've done in the past. And I, I saw lots of them that were lying about our rankings and about our testings.

[00:17:33] But you need to remember, they changed the criteria of testings in America. Our school kids don't have, in fact, I remember reporting just a few years back where California, you didn't even have to take a test to graduate from high school. It didn't matter. You're, you've done 12 years, by golly, you're getting out. And they're going to give you a diploma. Now that's DEI. Didn't matter what color they were. Didn't matter if they showed up.

[00:18:03] But as for now, the United States Education Ranking is in the 13th place with a score of 0.883, trailing behind countries like Germany, second. New Zealand is third. And in this QS World University Rankings of 2023, 11 out of the top universities are American, including prestigious institutes like MIT, Stanford, and Harvard.

[00:18:33] But it says in this same article, President Trump is right. While we spend billions of tax dollars to fund our education system, less than half of fourth and, less of half of our fourth and eighth graders are performing at proficient levels in reading or math. Field said in an email, America's children deserve an education that sets them up for success.

[00:19:03] And that is why President Trump will revive our education system and restore Americans' greatness. All he did was take it out of the bureaucrats' hands and put it in the states' hands. Now, mark my word, there are going to be blue states that start cutting education budgets in their state. And they're going to blame it on President Trump cutting the Department of Education. You just watch them.

[00:19:33] They're going to do it. So if you're listening in a blue state, you have a blue governor, you know. He's not as cute as a smurf. But if you have a blue governor and they start revamping the budget or your legislature and your state does and cutting education, beware. Then they're going to say, Trump did it. Just watch them.

[00:20:02] Because when you stop and think about it, if you weren't sending all that money to D.C., you'd have a whole lot more at home. You wouldn't have to divide it amongst 50. That's just the states. That's not all the schools.

[00:20:18] So, Doge says that a Doge staffer, and his name is Sam Korkas. He's a representative of Doge. And he's speaking out on the immense scale of problems faced by the Internal Revenue Service,

[00:20:44] ranging from outdated infrastructure to massive amounts of wasteful spending. Korkas was brought to look at the IRS modernization program, particularly in the operations of maintenance budget, which he describes as 30 years behind schedule and already $15 billion over budget. Now, you think about that.

[00:21:14] No private sector company would ever survive. None. Korkas described the IRS legacy infrastructure as similar to what banks have been using and the challenges of migrating that to a more modern system, which most banks have already done.

[00:21:38] According to Korkas, such an update would typically take a few years to accomplish and would cost a few hundred million dollars. But the IRS is now 35 years and billions of dollars into the program. That's just nuts. And, you know, he goes on in here, and I made it in great big print,

[00:22:06] because it's something that Elon said. But Treasury, this Korkas, Sam, and Scott Benson, the new Treasury Secretary, they were in an interview together on Fox News with Laura Ingram. I didn't watch it. I'm getting it secondhand here. But Besson appeared alongside Korkas.

[00:22:33] And in the interview, told Ingram that one of the biggest surprises for me is just seeing how these entrenched interests, they just keep constricting themselves around the power, around the money, around the systems, and nobody cares.

[00:22:57] And they also said that the worker bees and the others don't know what the other one's doing. It's amazing how incompetent, how uncaring this government, this bureaucracy has been run. We have suspected for years that there was a lot of fraud, and we're going to talk about some fraud, fraud from COVID-19.

[00:23:23] Still happening, and they're getting caught now because there's a new sheriff in town. But think about how your children or your grandchildren suffered during COVID-19 in the schools. And who led that? The teachers union, the Department of Education. Unfortunately, some of the states and the governors went along with it, and including Missouri. You're listening to CSC Talk Radio. We're going to get to the fraud I want to talk about from the COVID-19. I've got two different stories here. But as I'm sitting here, and this came in earlier this morning, and I just didn't print it off. But if you are watching any news or listening to any news, well, you can't be doing that right now because you're listening to me.

[00:28:26] I am the news for you. There's a massive disruption as fire shuts down the London airport. This is their main airport. And Rudy recognized it right away. As you know, he used to do a little air traffic controlling and keep people safe. And you might think about Rudy. He's been sick most of this week. He comes in and works, and he's got a dog like this. And I'm trying to stay away from him because I don't want to be like that. I don't want to be like Rudy. All right.

[00:28:53] And then an American has been released by the Taliban, and he returns home, and he thanks President Donald J. Trump for his returning. And one more headline that popped up during the commercials, and I believe I heard her say this last night or yesterday sometime. Maybe it was the day before. But swatting is something that the left is doing.

[00:29:20] They're intentionally, what do they call it, doxing people, the ICE people. They're going after people, and they're swatting people, which I guess what they do there, correct me if I'm wrong, Rudy, is they will call the police to a certain home or building and tell them there's something erroneous going on, whether it's domestic violence or something. You got it.

[00:29:47] And they bring in a SWAT team, armed and dangerous, and it is now going to be considered attempted murder. If you swat somebody, it's an attempted murder. It's a very dangerous situation. Cops go to domestic disputes or stuff like that. That's one of the worst things for officers to have to go to. It truly is. I have somebody that I know that early in his career, that's what he got called to, and it was a standoff.

[00:30:17] And then another officer that I think it was his higher up that came there and talked this guy down. And it was a husband that was going to kill his wife and himself, and then he was going to kill the cop that was there. And the one that I know nominated the guy who talked him down for an award, and he got an award out of that. But those are the most dangerous things that they come into.

[00:30:46] Maybe not now that we have all these dangerous, illegal aliens hanging around. So, swatting, keying, burning. That's what they like to do, as well as some of the other terrible things that they're doing that are violent, terribly violent. All right. This is for everybody in Missouri. We know the name Missouri representative, former Representative Cori Bush.

[00:31:13] And we remember the controversy over her hiring her boyfriend or her husband to be her bodyguard, and he was getting paid a lot of money. And we all know she didn't get reelected. She claimed it was racist because she's a black woman.

[00:31:28] But federal prosecutors have charged her husband with two counts of wire fraud relating to filing fraudulent paycheck protection program and other loan applications with small business administration during the COVID. His name is Cottony Merritts. He's 46 years old.

[00:31:54] He's in St. Louis, Missouri, and he used fraudulent applications to attain over $20,000 in foreign loans from the federal government. But it gets worse.

[00:32:07] The Department of Justice states that in 2020, Merritts received 8,500 COVID-19 economic injury disaster loans from the SBA of his business, Vetted Couriers, a moving company.

[00:32:26] On the loan application, Merritts claimed his company had six total employees and $32,000 in gross revenue between January of 2019 and January of 2020. Subsequently, in July 2020, Merritts filed with a second EIDL loan under a sole proprietorship called Courtney Merritts.

[00:32:54] In this application, he fraudulently claimed to have a business that employed 10 people and generated $53,000 in gross revenue between January 30th of 2019 and January 30th of 2020. Additionally, Merritts requested an EIDL advance of $10,000 based on the false loan application.

[00:33:21] In April 2021, Merritts applied for a PPP loan again under a second sole proprietorship name, Courtney Merritts. The indictment alleges that Merritts falsely claimed he created the sole proprietorship in 2020 and that it saw $128,000 in gross income that year.

[00:33:46] Based on the income number, Merritts received $20,832 PPP loan, dollars in PPP loan, which he used for the personal, for his personal benefit and enjoyment, they said. Merritts submitted a loan forgiveness application claiming his sole proprietorship employed 10 individuals and that the $20,832 loan was used for payroll costs.

[00:34:16] He's in trouble, folks. He got caught. He got caught. While the wire fraud can carry a maximum sentence of upwards of 30 years in prison when committed against a financial institution or during a major disaster, those instances usually involve fraud amounting to $100 million. I think he needs to do a little time. I think he needs to pay the crime.

[00:34:45] Pay back the money he took from the government. That was from you, my friends. Now, Blue States handed the COVID relief funds to a Planned Parenthood for Queer Prom and Child Sex Ed Club.

[00:35:05] So Planned Parenthood affiliate in Pennsylvania received $630,000 of federal COVID-19 relief money to put on events. I thought we weren't allowed to have any events during COVID. They had a queer prom and they run LGBTQ plus after school clubs that provide a confidential space for children as young as 10 to discuss their sexuality.

[00:35:33] Now, it goes on in this article. I'm not going to read it all to you. The money gets bigger. The money gets bigger. And the ages range from 18 to 21, from even 14 to 21. And they don't vet the older ones. So here we have, they're mentally ill. They even had drag queens in there with the children.

[00:36:04] Planned Parenthood's Department of, it's the Pennsylvania Department of Education used a pandemic response job training and education programs grant titled, Welcome and Save, Strengthening the Rainbow Rooms LGBTQ Plus Programming. And Planned Parenthood Keystone allocated the $630,000 of COVID-19 relief funds. Planned Parenthood Keystone.

[00:36:34] Planned Parenthood is an evil organization, institute, whatever you want to call it. It's evil. All right. Another thing that's been top of mind this week is the release of the JFK files. And it's been tens of thousands of pages. And I think there's more to come from other institutions. But I could be wrong. But that's what I heard them say earlier this week.

[00:37:02] That I think the FBI have more and the CIA has more. But I could be mistaken. It's from other institutions. This came from the DOJ. And they were supposedly getting these from these other institutions. But apparently there is still more that they're hiding from us. But I want to share with this. It's kind of brief. I'll share with that. And then I want to talk about the judges. Oh, the judges. Here comes the judge. Here comes the judge. Order in the court. Now here comes the judge. Remember that song? That was a huge hit. We all loved it.

[00:42:09] So this is coming from the National Pulse, and they're just giving details that are coming out so far. Now, it's funny to me, and Rudy's been a little under the weather, so I don't know if he's listened to the news in the evenings as much as I have. And we had, I missed some of it last night because the MU was playing basketball. I think that's what they were doing. Anyway, they lost.

[00:42:35] But if you see somebody on the mainstream media or the anti-Trump stations, networks, NBC, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, there's nothing there. There's nothing in these files, nothing. I don't know if they read them or not, but there's nothing there. You know, hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. They speak plenty of evil.

[00:42:58] But others are finding things that really support the theories that we've been told all along are just, you know, conspiracy theories. So, Agarin Underhill, and we mentioned this earlier this week, he worked for the CIA during this time. And he had shared with some people that he found out that a small clique within the CIA was responsible for JFK's assassination.

[00:43:26] And then he turns up dead. Shot himself in the head on the opposite side of where he is actually holds a gun. He's right-handed. Shot himself with his right hand in his left temple. And, yeah, it wasn't a suicide. But it was quickly called a suicide. Oh, gee, where have we heard that before?

[00:43:48] CIA closely monitored Oswald's travels to Mexico City, where he sought a visa to return to the Soviet Union just two months before JFK's death. One document linked the CIA-affiliated arms dealer to the sporting goods store where Oswald allegedly purchased his rifle.

So, if it was Oswald needed all by himself, which I don't believe he did, they knew it. They knew what he was up to, and they didn't stop him. Or did they pave the way?

[00:44:36] A memo from a historian of JFK aid, Arthur Schleisinger Jr., warned the president about the CIA's influence over foreign policy, calling it a state within a state.

[00:44:58] The CIA bugged a meeting with the attorney general Robert F. Kennedy, was likely to attend with two Cuban exiles. CIA was bugging the attorney general, which happened to be a brother to the president, and who later was also assassinated. So, we're watching this closely. This is, again, promises made, promises kept.

[00:45:25] But, we hope that's what it is. We hope that we've got, we're going to get it all. So, Trump has called for the halt of nationwide injunctions. In other words, he's asking Roberts, who's the head of the Supreme Court, to stop this madness with these judges. Now, I'm not a scholar. And I saw a little tat-to-tat with Finnerty and Judge Napolitano last night.

[00:45:57] And there was some disagreement. And I know the judge is supposed to be the expert, but I also know I've disagreed with Judge Napolitano before. Let's funnel this down to common sense. They, and all of it, can be corrected by Congress. Got that? Congress can fix it.

[00:46:24] 202-224-3121. Congress can rein it in. Will they? I do not know. And so, Trump calls this unlawful nationwide injunctions by radical left judges under very well led to the destruction, could very well lead to the destruction of our country.

[00:46:49] They destroyed our constitutional republic, my friends. This is an oligarchy. You know, they like to call Trump an oligarchy. The oligarchy is when they implemented this bureaucracy that has gone amok. They don't even know what it's doing now. It has a, it's, well, they say when you get on top of the mountain, the mountain is so high it creates its own weather. Lakes create their own weather.

[00:47:19] This bureaucrat departments have created their own government. And you can't seem to break them down and get rid of them. And they're running this country. Joe Biden didn't, he was in a suit. They propped him up in front of the people. But he was not running this country. And other people were okay with that. Including Republicans like Liz Cheney. They were okay with that.

[00:47:51] It is a new world order thing. They can't have America being a sovereign nation. And here's the words of Trump again. Again, these people are lunatics who do not care. They care. Even a little bit. About the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect decisions and rulings. And he's talking about the judges.

[00:48:20] The people within the Democrat Party and many in the Republican Party. They really don't care about you and I. They really do not care. You can say President Trump does this and that and you don't like it all. That's fine. But I think he cares. He sees things differently than me. That's for sure. Because he's a smarter man than me. He's a man and I'm not a man. He's tall and I'm short.

[00:48:51] But common sense tells you that some district judge in San Francisco, the appointed judge, cannot overrule something the President has done. They can't stop it. They can question it. But they can't halt it. And Congress, 202-224-3121, needs to do that. Now, Josh Hawley from Missouri is trying to do that.

[00:49:20] He has issued a... It says, Well, we'll see what happens with that.

[00:49:43] I told you yesterday that I think you need to be writing postcards to your representatives and to your senators and tell them to knock it off. Impeach these judges or pull them back. Whatever it takes, stop interfering with Trump's presidency and let him be president. Let him clean up Dodge like we elected him to.

[00:50:11] And if we find out they're doing bad things there, then we'll send more postcards, make more phone calls. We need to control our elected officials because just like the bureaucrats, they're out of control. That's why they stay quiet. They're letting somebody else do the dirty work. It's time. We took our rightful position as consent of the governed. Hold them all accountable. Give them those phone calls. Send them those letters and postcards.
