3472 – September 17, 2024 – Happy Constitution Day All You Citizens

On February 29, 1952, President Harry Truman signed into law “Citizenship Day” replacing “I Am An American Day.” On August 2, 1956, the Congress requested that the president proclaim the week beginning September 17 and ending September 23 of each year as “Constitution Week.”

The democrats are now fighting to demean true citizenship by inviting ALL the illegals to vote… those who know absolutely nothing of our nation’s founding or our Constitutional Republic. They are illegally here!

There are those who are arguing that if you are a Christian you will welcome whoever comes across our border. That is an ignorant and ill-informed comment. If you had a known child rapist outside your house… breaking in… would you welcome them into your home and have them abuse and torture your sons and daughters?

Even heaven has an immigration policy ~ John 10: 1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

I think that’s pretty clear as to how those who cross our borders should be perceived. So NOW we have many millions of illegals… THEIVES AND ROBBERS… AND WORSE… in our house (America) and they are seeking to do great harm. Is this the democracy which the LEFT continues to tout?

It is Constitution Day, but I would dare to say, most of our political figures know very little (or care very little) regarding our inalienable rights… AND they fail to “check themselves” OR the things that they legislate… as to the Constitutionality of those arduous documents.

Take the CR (Continuing Resolution) bill they are fighting over this week. The FIGHT isn’t about the money. The “theater” fight is about the SAVE Act, which is supposed to basically say that non-citizens cannot vote. Which should be a DAHHH…

These things are nothing more than theater and distractions. We the People need to be aware of just exactly what these lawmakers are up to. Their FIXES are not fixes AND the broke “things” they set out to fix… THEY BROKE!

UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS SEEM TO BE THE CHARACTER OF THIS TOO… LARGE… GOVERNMENT!

Departments of bureaucratic BS, the alphabet soups of corruption, do not constitutionally have the authority to “make laws.”

[00:00:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Hey, where are you going?

[00:00:03] [SPEAKER_03]: I gotta get home.

[00:00:05] [SPEAKER_03]: America, it's time to come home.

[00:00:08] [SPEAKER_03]: It's time to come home!

[00:00:10] [SPEAKER_03]: By bringing Common Sense back into the nonsense.

[00:00:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home.

[00:00:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Down this dirt road you're gonna find determination and grit,

[00:00:24] [SPEAKER_03]: opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment.

[00:00:28] [SPEAKER_03]: And now, the woman that wishes the DC occupiers would stop making her user mom voice.

[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Do not make me come down there.

[00:00:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Here's your host and the voice of Common Sense.

[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Beth Ann.

[00:00:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio.

[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_00]: It's my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you today.

[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_00]: We're still on a little bit of a high from our conference over the weekend.

[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm exhausted.

[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: It was a lot of work building up to it.

[00:00:55] [SPEAKER_00]: But you know, it all went well.

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And everyone seemed to really enjoy it.

[00:01:01] [SPEAKER_00]: And so if you weren't there, you missed out.

[00:01:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And some of them want us to do it again.

[00:01:06] [SPEAKER_00]: We'll have to see what next year brings.

[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: You don't make...

[00:01:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Not that you want to make any money, but we can't afford to lose any money when we do these things.

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: So we're trying to balance that all out.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: But it was an awesome time.

[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And I would be honored if we could do it again.

[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_00]: But we'll just have to see how the Lord leads on that.

[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's go to the Lord in prayer.

[00:01:31] [SPEAKER_00]: For such a time as this,

[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_00]: almost gracious Heavenly Father,

[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_00]: we come before you with grateful hearts, thankful hearts, Father.

[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_00]: For those that are my family listening that I've met some of them.

[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_00]: And I may never meet some of them.

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Yet I'm there with them sipping a cup of coffee each morning.

[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Talking over our country.

[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Trying to bring it back home to you.

[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Bless each and every one who is listening, Father.

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Be with them.

[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Hold them up through their trials.

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they've got health problems, other problems.

[00:02:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Struggling financially.

[00:02:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Father, I lift them up to you.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Give them a peace.

[00:02:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Give them comfort.

[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Help them to find the way through these difficult times.

[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Father, I thank you for your continued protection

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_00]: over and around President Donald J. Trump.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I ask that you be with this family.

[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_00]: I know they're just scared to death.

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_00]: They're going to lose someone they love.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_00]: And an assassination of him would really crumble this nation.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Just because we're so divided.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_00]: So, Father, I beg your protection to continue around him

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: and others that are with him.

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_00]: J.D. Vance.

[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_00]: How he felt the need to hug his children a little bit closer that evening.

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Father, we have evil, but evil has been with us.

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Since the Garden of Eden.

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_00]: May we trust in you.

[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep him at bay, Father, that evil one.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_00]: I beg that he will not have one more victory in this nation

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_00]: and that your children will rise up.

[00:03:41] [SPEAKER_00]: To bring this country back to you.

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_00]: This for such a time as this.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I pray in Jesus' name.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Happy Constitution Day.

[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_00]: All you citizens.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Did you know there was a proclamation from the White House this morning?

[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Rudy didn't know that.

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_00]: I know he didn't know that because he kept bringing me all kinds of other stuff.

[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_00]: A proclamation on Constitution Day and Citizenship Day

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_00]: and Constitution Week.

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_00]: It has been said that when he was leaving the Constitution Convention,

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Benjamin Franklin was asked whether the founding fathers had

[00:04:22] [SPEAKER_00]: given America a monarchy or a republic and he replied a republic if you can keep it.

[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_00]: This is part of the proclamation.

[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_00]: The founders put the power to decide our nation's future in the hands of we the people.

[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_00]: On Constitution Day and Citizenship Day

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: and during Constitution Week, we recommit to preserving our republic,

[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_00]: perfecting our union and ensuring our democracy.

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Survives and thrives.

[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_00]: A little conflict there I thought in the phrasing.

[00:05:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Our Constitution established that our nation would be a democracy.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no it did not but we'll go on with his proclamation.

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Meaning the rule of the people not of monarchs, the monied or the mighty.

[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_00]: It gave us the separation of powers and checks and balances so that we would be a country

[00:05:19] [SPEAKER_00]: that reflects the institutions that govern a free society.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_00]: And it remains the bulwark to prevent the abuse of power and ensures that we the people

[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_00]: move forward together under the law.

[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_00]: We are all responsible for maintaining our democracy,

[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_00]: not only by adhering to the Constitution but also by our character

[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_00]: and the habits of our hearts and minds.

[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_00]: All of us must join the march to perfect our union by protecting and expanding our rights

[00:05:52] [SPEAKER_00]: with each successive generation.

[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Expanding our rights that's interesting isn't it?

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_00]: I believe America is at an inflection point.

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_00]: This is continued with his statement from the White House.

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_00]: One of those rare moments in history when the decisions we make now will determine

[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_00]: the fate of our nation and the world for decades to come.

[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_00]: That is why we must continue to protect the rights guaranteed by our Constitution

[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_00]: and the values that make our nation who we are.

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_00]: We must protect the right to vote.

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_00]: It is the threshold of democracy.

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_00]: With it anything is possible and without it nothing is.

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Vice President Harris and I continue to call on the Congress to pass the Freedom to Vote Act

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_00]: and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_00]: to expand voting rights and prevent voter suppression.

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_00]: We will continue to work to protect women's reproductive freedoms

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_00]: and their constitutional right to choose.

[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_00]: We continue to call on the Congress to restore the protections of Roar Vous's Wade

[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_00]: in federal law once and for all.

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And we will continue to preserve and strengthen our democracy

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_00]: and will never walk away from the values that we made

[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_00]: that have made us the greatest nation in the history of the world,

[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_00]: freedom and liberty.

[00:07:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Today we celebrate the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_00]: From those who were born in this country to our natural life citizens,

[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_00]: America remains a great country because we are a people, a good people, he said.

[00:07:39] [SPEAKER_00]: We are a nation of promise and possibilities of dreamers and doers

[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_00]: and of ordinary Americans doing extraordinary things.

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_00]: May we welcome our nation's newest citizens

[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_00]: whose stories embody the hope of the American dream

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_00]: and whose contributions strengthen our country.

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_00]: What did he mean by our newest citizens?

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I will continue with his words.

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_00]: On Constitution Day and Citizenship Day

[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_00]: and during Constitution Week, we recognize that the power to build a free

[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_00]: or more prosperous and more just future lies in the hands of the American people.

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_00]: And we recommit to fulfilling the sacred tasks of our time

[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_00]: to ensure democracy prevails and to preserve our constitutional protections

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_00]: for generations to come.

[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_00]: To honor the timeless principles enshrined in our Constitution,

[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_00]: the Congress has by joint resolution on February 29, 1952, 36 USC,

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry USC 106 designated September 17 as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day

[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_00]: and authorized the president to issue a proclamation calling on the United States officials

[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_00]: to display the flag of the United States on all government buildings on that day.

[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_00]: By joint resolution on October 2nd of 1956,

[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_00]: the Congress further requested that the president proclaim the week beginning September 17,

[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_00]: ending in September 23 of each year as Constitution Week.

[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, I, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States of America

[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_00]: by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States

[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_00]: do hereby proclaim September 17, 2004 as Constitution Day, Citizenship Day, September 17 through 23,

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Constitution Week on this day.

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_00]: During this week, we celebrate the Constitution and the rights of citizenship.

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_00]: That was a lot, right?

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_00]: You're listening to CSU Talk Radio. We'll break it down when we come back.

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Did you hear that? That's the sound of energy. And America has plenty.

[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_00]: It is their hard work, sweat and determination that keeps the lights on in all American homes.

[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Their livelihoods are under attack by radical environmental groups.

[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Power of the future is advocating for their jobs and American energy.

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Daniel Turner is the founder and executive director of Power of the Future.

[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Daniel is an expert in energy and environmental issues as they pertain to jobs,

[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_00]: rural communities, the U.S. economy, international affairs and our national security.

[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_00]: If the radical environmentalists have their way, our natural resources will be less available and less affordable.

[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Power of the Future is a sponsor of CSU Talk Radio.

[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Scripture warns us that there will be a day of judgment for our lives.

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Our works will be exposed by fire which will reveal the foundation of our building.

[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Figuratively speaking, have we been building with wood, hay and stubble which are perishable?

[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Or have we been using gold, silver and precious stones which are permanent?

[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_00]: In this life there will be a day of judgment for our failing economic system.

[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_00]: When the economy collapses, will your assets be in paper which will burn?

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver securing your assets?

[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_00]: The out dollars are IOUs from the government but gold and silver are the tangible assets that protect your wealth.

[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Owning gold and silver is the permanent solution to a permanent problem in our economy.

[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_00]: The out dollars and debt.

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Call Melody Cederstrom at discount gold and silver trading 1-800-375-4188.

[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_00]: That's 1-800-375-4188.

[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_00]: All of you out there know that Mike Lindell and Mike Pillow no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.

[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_00]: And we have returned to listening to CSE Talk Radio this is BethAn.

[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to finish up the proclamation because I didn't quite get through it there before the break.

[00:13:14] [SPEAKER_00]: On this day and during this week we celebrate our Constitution and the rights of citizenship that we enjoy together as the proud people of this nation.

[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_00]: In witness thereof, whereof not thereof, whereof I have here unto set in my hand this 16th day of September in the year of our Lord

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_00]: 2024 and of the independence of the United States of America the 249th Joseph R. Biden Jr.

[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_00]: So within this statement are some good words.

[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_00]: They're nice, I mean he mentioned our Constitutional Republic even though he kept falling back to the democracy.

[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_00]: But there are also a lot of false and misleading comments that push an agenda.

[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_00]: I saw something about moving forward in there but they pushed an agenda not necessarily the Constitution

[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_00]: which shows no intention of protecting the Republic or preserving just and noble liberty for all meaning we the people.

[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's also Citizenship Day and that was presented during Harry Truman which I found interesting.

[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Also in that statement, that proclamation from Joseph R. Biden which we're sure he didn't write and we sure Kamala didn't write it

[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_00]: so somebody else wrote it perhaps they use a running one that they just change a few things each year and just you know whatever, glean.

[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_00]: But he mentioned Roe versus Wade becoming a federal law.

[00:14:54] [SPEAKER_00]: That would be unconstitutional so he really doesn't know his Constitution or whoever wrote that doesn't know the Constitution

[00:15:00] [SPEAKER_00]: and would open a door for reproductive control.

[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_00]: That's not American, that's more like China-ish right?

[00:15:14] [SPEAKER_00]: It was on February 29th of 1952 when President Harry Truman signed into law Citizenship Day.

[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Replacing I am an American day, I guess we had that.

[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't know that of course 52 I wasn't born yet.

[00:15:30] [SPEAKER_00]: On August the 2nd of 1956 the Congress requested that the President proclaim the week beginning September 17th and ending on the 23rd as Constitution Week.

[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_00]: So we are in the Constitution Week perhaps we should talk about the Constitution all week long.

[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I heard you roll your eyes around out there.

[00:15:52] [SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats are now fighting to demean true citizenship by inviting all the illegals to vote.

[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Those who know absolutely nothing of our nation's founding or our constitutional republic.

[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_00]: They are here illegally.

[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Now there are those who would argue that if you are a Christian you would welcome whoever comes across our border.

[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Well that is an ignorant and ill-informed comment.

[00:16:29] [SPEAKER_00]: If you had a known child rapist outside your house breaking in would you welcome him into your house and have them abuse and torture your sons and daughters?

[00:16:42] [SPEAKER_00]: To break the laws? Because they don't know the laws of your house. They don't know I don't allow raper here.

[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_00]: They don't know that because that's the way they live.

[00:16:52] [SPEAKER_00]: They don't live by your laws.

[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Even heaven has an immigration policy.

[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_00]: There is only one way on door to heaven.

[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_00]: And in John 10 it says, verily verily I say unto you he that interest not by the door into the sheepfold

[00:17:13] [SPEAKER_00]: but climbeth up another way, some other way the same as a thief and a robber.

[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Those who come in unconstitutionally, those who come illegally, those who choose another way other than our laws

[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_00]: are nothing more than thieves and robbers.

[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that's pretty clear as to how those who cross our borders would be perceived.

[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_00]: So now we have millions, millions of illegals, thieves and robbers and worse in our house, America.

[00:17:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And they are seeking to do great harm.

[00:17:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Is this the democracy for which the left continue to tout?

[00:17:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Are these the citizens, the new American citizens they want to vote?

[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Someone who knows nothing about the Constitution?

[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_00]: It is Constitution Day but I would dare to say most of our political figures know very little or care very little

[00:18:14] [SPEAKER_00]: regarding our inalienable rights.

[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_00]: And they fail to check themselves or the things that they legislate as to the constitutionality of those arduous documents.

[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Take the CR, this continued resolution that they are debating right now, the bill.

[00:18:35] [SPEAKER_00]: The fight isn't about the money.

[00:18:38] [SPEAKER_00]: The whole fight isn't about the money. They always agree to spend the money.

[00:18:43] [SPEAKER_00]: The fight is just theater.

[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_00]: But they've tagged on something called the SAVE Act which is supposed to basically say non-citizens cannot vote.

[00:18:54] [SPEAKER_00]: In other words illegal aliens cannot vote in this...

[00:18:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Or if you're not a citizen you could be here legally and still not be a citizen.

[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_00]: You can come across on a visa but you should not be voting in our elections.

[00:19:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And that would be like a da.

[00:19:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Can you go some other country and vote in their elections? I don't think so.

[00:19:17] [SPEAKER_00]: In fact, I don't think you'd be welcome if you cross the border.

[00:19:20] [SPEAKER_00]: We're the only country with an open border right now.

[00:19:24] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's tearing this nation apart.

[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_00]: And that is Harris' idea of being a border czar.

[00:19:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, she's a border czar.

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_00]: But this czar wants it open.

[00:19:38] [SPEAKER_00]: So she's ignoring the laws of the country because we have laws against an open border.

[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_00]: So basically she's a tyrant.

[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_00]: These things are nothing more than theater what they do in the legislation.

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And they are distractions.

[00:19:59] [SPEAKER_00]: However, we the people need to be aware of just exactly what these lawmakers are up to.

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_00]: It's usually most always their fixes are not fixes and the broke things that they set out to fix they themselves broke.

[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Were you able to follow that, Ritty?

[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Because that was pretty convoluted.

[00:20:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Unconstitutional laws seem to be the character of this too large of a government.

[00:20:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Departments of bureaucrats, the alphabet soup of corruption do not constitutionally have the authority to make laws.

[00:20:45] [SPEAKER_00]: What do any of us know about our constitution?

[00:20:50] [SPEAKER_00]: It begins with a preamble.

[00:20:52] [SPEAKER_00]: I think we all know that we probably had to memorize that in school.

[00:20:54] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if the kids do that yet today.

[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_00]: We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.

[00:21:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Do ordain and establish this constitution of the United States of America.

[00:21:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And let me add to this, it is not a living breathing document.

[00:21:23] [SPEAKER_00]: It is a contract between we the people and the elected officials.

[00:21:30] [SPEAKER_00]: The bureaucrats are under the constitution are not able to do the things that they do to you.

[00:21:38] [SPEAKER_00]: They are doing Congress's job.

[00:21:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You did not elect them.

[00:21:44] [SPEAKER_00]: And that is taxation without representation.

[00:21:50] [SPEAKER_00]: You did not elect them.

[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_00]: They do not represent you.

[00:21:54] [SPEAKER_00]: They represent a bureaucracy.

[00:21:56] [SPEAKER_00]: They are taking care of their own little departments.

[00:22:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm not saying we shouldn't have any departments, but we need to do away with a whole bunch of them.

[00:22:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So what do you know about the constitution?

[00:22:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Article one speaks to the legislative branch and it explains all the things there.

[00:22:19] [SPEAKER_00]: You learned how much, how old you are to be, how you, the different things that they do and say and their, their responsibilities.

[00:22:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Article two is about the executive branch.

[00:22:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Article three explains the judicial branch.

[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Article four is the relations with the states.

[00:22:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Article five is amending the constitution.

[00:22:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Article six is ensuring supreme national supremacy.

[00:22:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Article seven is about ratifying the constitution.

[00:22:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And after that, the next are the amendments to the constitution.

[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Beginning with the Bill of Rights one through ten there are twenty-seven of them in total.

[00:23:10] [SPEAKER_00]: It isn't complicated, my dear friends, although they want us to believe that it is.

[00:23:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Our founding fathers did not want it to be complicated government.

[00:23:19] [SPEAKER_00]: They wanted a small government and a limited government that would be restricted from infringing upon all the rights of the people.

[00:23:29] [SPEAKER_00]: The constitution does not in any way remove the Declaration of Independence,

[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_00]: but it built upon it a new nation, a free, free from tyrannical king, but dependent on the people.

[00:23:44] [SPEAKER_00]: That might leave us with another question as we head into this break.

[00:23:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Dependent on we the people.

[00:24:10] [SPEAKER_00]: On the battles are beauty and pictures and words that will take you to another place and time.

[00:28:06] [SPEAKER_00]: And we have returned to listening to CSCTalkRadio. This is Beth Ann.

[00:28:11] [SPEAKER_00]: So when we left, it's up to we the people.

[00:28:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Are we the people dependable? When it comes to our government?

[00:28:24] [SPEAKER_00]: We obviously did not keep it, meaning the Republic.

[00:28:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Can we now restore it? Restore our Republic by removing the corruption and returning to those lost principles.

[00:28:39] [SPEAKER_00]: As Thomas Jefferson stated, when once a Republic, he didn't say a democracy.

[00:28:45] [SPEAKER_00]: When once a Republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evil but by removing the corruption.

[00:28:55] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that is something we stub our toe on, so to speak.

[00:29:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Removing the corruption.

[00:29:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Are we too kind-hearted that we don't understand that the corruption that is within our government, Joe Biden and many, many others?

[00:29:12] [SPEAKER_00]: How they're profiting on their legislative, how they legislate?

[00:29:20] [SPEAKER_00]: They have insider trading going on while the American people suffer to remove the corruption and then restore those lost principles.

[00:29:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Every other correction is either useless or it's a brand new evil, he said.

[00:29:42] [SPEAKER_00]: We've had it really good in America, even though we've been under a tyrannical government, which we have been for a while.

[00:29:50] [SPEAKER_00]: We've had it pretty good.

[00:29:54] [SPEAKER_00]: But now as the tyranny begins to escalate and we can see that it isn't just one party or the other, you can see that by what the Cheneys are doing.

[00:30:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And the Bushes have not come out to support Trump.

[00:30:11] [SPEAKER_00]: They're not true Republicans, they're Rhinos.

[00:30:14] [SPEAKER_00]: They're globalists.

[00:30:17] [SPEAKER_00]: So they would rather support this corrupt government, whatever Joe Biden has done and his son has done, they don't care.

[00:30:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Does that mean they've done the same thing?

[00:30:31] [SPEAKER_00]: You know I was looking as I was writing yesterday on my sub-stack, if you're not following at all, you got to do is go to sub-stack.com, it's perfectly free.

[00:30:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I was, when I started out I was writing something every single day but I could not keep up with things here.

[00:30:47] [SPEAKER_00]: And yes there are things here that go beyond the one hour.

[00:30:51] [SPEAKER_00]: There are things we have to do.

[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_00]: But I was looking at the net worth of certain people before they got into politics and their net worth afterwards.

[00:31:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And it was astonishing, not in a good way either.

[00:31:23] [SPEAKER_00]: So when we look at the American people we see that the middle class is dying and it's becoming the rich and the poor.

[00:31:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Who are the rich? Seems to me like it's the politicians, what do you think?

[00:31:34] [SPEAKER_00]: And the poor, all of us who are trying to pay their salaries, pay all the debt they keep signing, those CR bills, those omnibus bills,

[00:31:48] [SPEAKER_00]: that they fight over and then they say, yes sure we'll sign this.

[00:31:52] [SPEAKER_00]: We'll figure it out next six months and then they do it again and then they do it again.

[00:31:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Some of what our lost principles are and I thought I would help with that a little bit.

[00:32:04] [SPEAKER_00]: It is an article, a lengthy article within my book The American Crisis Continues, as I explain all of the lost principles.

[00:32:14] [SPEAKER_00]: But it starts out, well it starts out with lots of different things.

[00:32:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I share that quote that I just shared with you and then I start, we cannot deny that our republic has become infested with corruption.

[00:32:29] [SPEAKER_00]: We try to remedy these corruptions with each election, yet with each election we seem only to compound our problems in exchange for new evils.

[00:32:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not condemning our elections, even though I personally believe government officials have turned to illegal and unethical practices.

[00:32:50] [SPEAKER_00]: It is our patriotic right and civic duty to vote.

[00:32:55] [SPEAKER_00]: It is also our responsibility to keep ourselves informed and to know what is on the ballots and what the candidates stand for.

[00:33:02] [SPEAKER_00]: It is, however, of great concern that Americans no longer understand or know the founding principles of our republic.

[00:33:12] [SPEAKER_00]: If this be true, how can we restore that which we do not understand?

[00:33:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Of which I then go into explaining those principles.

[00:33:27] [SPEAKER_00]: But before I do that, in this article in this book and it's called The Lost Principles, there is a proper role of the federal government.

[00:33:38] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's very very simple, they only have four things they're supposed to be doing.

[00:33:43] [SPEAKER_00]: They don't need this oligarchy of bureaucracy unless they're up to no good.

[00:33:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So the proper role of the federal government is very simple, to protect citizens from foreign invasion.

[00:34:00] [SPEAKER_00]: These things are written in the Constitution. That is in the preamble. It lays out the four responsibilities.

[00:34:09] [SPEAKER_00]: The federal government has failed to guard us from invasion. We can see that.

[00:34:14] [SPEAKER_00]: They are breaking the very laws they themselves legislated.

[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_00]: The open border policy of this current administration is in complete violation of the immigration laws enacted by Congress.

[00:34:27] [SPEAKER_00]: The executive branch refuses to enforce them and the legislative branch goes along with their lawlessness.

[00:34:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Number two, to protect citizens from crime and maintain peace at home through law and order.

[00:34:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Today we have a movement, I wrote this last year.

[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Today we have a movement among our own elected officials favoring the criminals, breakers of law, and condemning our police, particularly local police.

[00:35:01] [SPEAKER_00]: They have called for the defunding of police, that is Kamala, even as violent crime rages across the nation.

[00:35:09] [SPEAKER_00]: It is worse in the large metropolitan areas, but it is in every corner of our nation that suffers from the dereliction of duty by our government officials to provide justice in the courts.

[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Recently, and like I said, I wrote this a while back.

[00:35:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Recently the Supreme Court ruled that Roe vs. Wade as it was originally being implemented as a federal decision be returned to the states.

[00:35:39] [SPEAKER_00]: They didn't do away with it, they put it in the hands of the states.

[00:35:44] [SPEAKER_00]: The Democrat Party has initiated violence against Supreme Court justices, ignoring the courts and the Constitution.

[00:35:54] [SPEAKER_00]: There has also been talk of the party to power, in power to the packing of the court with justices of opinions instead of justices who will follow the original intent of the Constitution.

[00:36:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And that is not justice.

[00:36:11] [SPEAKER_00]: The other role of government to keep the people free, number four.

[00:36:17] [SPEAKER_00]: While a nation needs national security, it should never be legislated at the cost of its own citizens' liberty.

[00:36:25] [SPEAKER_00]: America's federal government has grown so large, it's a gargantuan size,

[00:36:30] [SPEAKER_00]: it now legislates to protect itself from the citizenry instead of protecting the freedom of Americans.

[00:36:40] [SPEAKER_00]: America is not even on the list of the top ten nations in freedom or in liberty.

[00:36:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Did you know that?

[00:36:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And then I list what was given back in 2021.

[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I won't go into all that, I won't go into all these quotes and such.

[00:37:01] [SPEAKER_00]: But I do encourage you to purchase my book.

[00:37:06] [SPEAKER_00]: It's an e-book, what's the e-book? 499.

[00:37:11] [SPEAKER_00]: And the paperback is 1499.

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And the hardback is 2499.

[00:37:19] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a learning thing.

[00:37:21] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, I may be not be a great author, I'm not Thomas Paine, I wished I was,

[00:37:27] [SPEAKER_00]: but I've got a lot of good stuff in that book.

[00:37:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Somebody told me they thought it should be taught in schools.

[00:37:37] [SPEAKER_00]: The lost principles.

[00:37:39] [SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't just get that on my own.

[00:37:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I had help.

[00:37:44] [SPEAKER_00]: I researched.

[00:37:47] [SPEAKER_00]: It's Constitution Day.

[00:37:48] [SPEAKER_00]: What do you know of your Constitution?

[00:37:51] [SPEAKER_00]: You're listening to CSE Talk Radio, this is Beth Ann.

[00:41:13] [SPEAKER_03]: America faces today.

[00:41:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Invasion at the border, insurrections, lawlessness,

[00:41:19] [SPEAKER_03]: climate change and the cry for democracy.

[00:41:22] [SPEAKER_03]: These are the times that try men's souls.

[00:41:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Thomas Paine's words continue to speak to Americans today.

[00:41:28] [SPEAKER_03]: We the people once again find ourselves under tyranny.

[00:41:34] [SPEAKER_03]: you'll glean wisdom from our founding fathers

[00:42:08] [SPEAKER_00]: This is Beth Ann.

[00:42:09] [SPEAKER_00]: One thing we did during the conference

[00:42:11] [SPEAKER_00]: was I ordered a whole bunch of citizens rule books

[00:42:17] [SPEAKER_00]: and I believe in these books.

[00:42:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I know lots of people have constitution books

[00:42:20] [SPEAKER_00]: and those are great.

[00:42:22] [SPEAKER_00]: The pocket ones, this is a pocket book.

[00:42:25] [SPEAKER_00]: This is something that was introduced to me

[00:42:27] [SPEAKER_00]: during my time with Derry Brownfield.

[00:42:29] [SPEAKER_00]: So I wanted to explain or read to you

[00:42:32] [SPEAKER_00]: out of this rule book the law of the land.

[00:42:38] [SPEAKER_00]: The general misconception is that any statute

[00:42:41] [SPEAKER_00]: passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law

[00:42:46] [SPEAKER_00]: constitutes the law of the land.

[00:42:48] [SPEAKER_00]: But the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land

[00:42:52] [SPEAKER_00]: and any statute to be valid must be in agreement.

[00:42:58] [SPEAKER_00]: It is impossible for a law which violates

[00:43:01] [SPEAKER_00]: the constitution to be valid.

[00:43:04] [SPEAKER_00]: This is succently stated as follows.

[00:43:08] [SPEAKER_00]: All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution

[00:43:13] [SPEAKER_00]: are null and void.

[00:43:15] [SPEAKER_00]: That was Merbury v. Madison back in 1803.

[00:43:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved

[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_00]: there can be no rule making or legislation

[00:43:30] [SPEAKER_00]: which would abrogate them.

[00:43:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Miranda v. Arizona.

[00:43:39] [SPEAKER_00]: An unconstitutional act is not law.

[00:43:43] [SPEAKER_00]: It confers no rights.

[00:43:45] [SPEAKER_00]: It imposes no duties, affords no protection.

[00:43:48] [SPEAKER_00]: It creates no office.

[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_00]: It is an illegal contemplation as inoperative

[00:43:54] [SPEAKER_00]: as though it had never been passed.

[00:43:57] [SPEAKER_00]: That is Norton v. Shelby County.

[00:44:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know which county.

[00:44:02] [SPEAKER_00]: We got a Shelby County in Missouri.

[00:44:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what Shelby County that is.

[00:44:06] [SPEAKER_00]: The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute

[00:44:11] [SPEAKER_00]: though having the form and the name of law

[00:44:15] [SPEAKER_00]: is in reality no law but is wholly void

[00:44:19] [SPEAKER_00]: and ineffective for any purpose

[00:44:21] [SPEAKER_00]: since unconstitutionality dates from the time

[00:44:25] [SPEAKER_00]: of its enactment and not merely from the date

[00:44:28] [SPEAKER_00]: of the decision so branding it.

[00:44:31] [SPEAKER_00]: No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law

[00:44:35] [SPEAKER_00]: and no court, no courts are bound to enforce it.

[00:44:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You see, it's important that somebody on jury duty knows that

[00:44:51] [SPEAKER_00]: and he lists in this the 10 commandments

[00:44:55] [SPEAKER_00]: and he lists in this the summary of the manifesto.

[00:45:00] [SPEAKER_00]: But give up rights for the common good.

[00:45:04] [SPEAKER_00]: We hear that a lot don't we?

[00:45:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Where the people fear the government you have tyranny.

[00:45:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Where the government fears the people you have liberty.

[00:45:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Politicians, bureaucrats and especially judges

[00:45:19] [SPEAKER_00]: would have you believe that too much freedom will result in chaos.

[00:45:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Therefore we should gladly give up some of our rights

[00:45:27] [SPEAKER_00]: for the good of the community.

[00:45:30] [SPEAKER_00]: In other words people acting in the name of government

[00:45:34] [SPEAKER_00]: say we need more laws and more jurors to enforce these laws

[00:45:39] [SPEAKER_00]: even if we have to give up some rights in the process.

[00:45:44] [SPEAKER_00]: This is why it's so important to know your constitution.

[00:45:46] [SPEAKER_00]: They believe the more laws we have the more control, thus a better society.

[00:45:52] [SPEAKER_00]: This theory may sound good on paper and apparently many of our leaders

[00:45:56] [SPEAKER_00]: think this way as evidenced by the thousands of new laws

[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_00]: that are added to the books each year in this country.

[00:46:05] [SPEAKER_00]: But no matter how cleverly this Marxist argument is made

[00:46:09] [SPEAKER_00]: the hard fact is that whenever you give up a right

[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_00]: you lose a free choice.

[00:46:19] [SPEAKER_00]: This adds, now this was written a long time ago,

[00:46:23] [SPEAKER_00]: this adds another control.

[00:46:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Control's real name is bondage.

[00:46:29] [SPEAKER_00]: The logical conclusion would be if giving up some rights

[00:46:33] [SPEAKER_00]: produces a better society than by giving up all rights

[00:46:37] [SPEAKER_00]: we could produce a perfect society.

[00:46:41] [SPEAKER_00]: We could chain everybody to a tree for lack of trust.

[00:46:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, this was written a long time ago.

[00:46:50] [SPEAKER_00]: This may prevent a crime but it would destroy privacy

[00:46:55] [SPEAKER_00]: which is the heartbeat of freedom.

[00:46:58] [SPEAKER_00]: It would also destroy trust which is the foundation of dignity

[00:47:02] [SPEAKER_00]: rather than giving up rights we should be giving up wrongs.

[00:47:08] [SPEAKER_00]: The opposite of control is not chaos.

[00:47:11] [SPEAKER_00]: The more laws do not make less criminals,

[00:47:16] [SPEAKER_00]: it makes more criminals.

[00:47:18] [SPEAKER_00]: We must give up wrongs, not rights for a better society.

[00:47:24] [SPEAKER_00]: William Pitt of the British House of Commons was proclaimed

[00:47:28] [SPEAKER_00]: as saying necessity is the plea of every infringement

[00:47:32] [SPEAKER_00]: of human liberty it is the argument of tyrants

[00:47:35] [SPEAKER_00]: it is the creed of slaves.

[00:47:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Are inalienable rights or are natural rights?

[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Are those rights such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,

[00:47:50] [SPEAKER_00]: freedom of religion, speech, learning, travel, self-defense, etc.

[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_00]: hence laws and statutes which violate natural rights

[00:48:00] [SPEAKER_00]: though they have the color of law are not law but imposters.

[00:48:04] [SPEAKER_00]: The US Constitution was written to protect those natural rights

[00:48:10] [SPEAKER_00]: from being tampered with by legislators.

[00:48:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Further, our forefathers also wisely knew that the US Constitution

[00:48:21] [SPEAKER_00]: would be utterly worthless to restrain government legislators

[00:48:24] [SPEAKER_00]: unless it was clearly understood that the people had the right

[00:48:29] [SPEAKER_00]: to compel the government to keep within the constitutional limits.

[00:48:32] [SPEAKER_00]: It is not a living and breathing document, it is a contract.

[00:48:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Government is established for the protection of the weak against the strong.

[00:48:45] [SPEAKER_00]: This is the principle if not the sole motive

[00:48:50] [SPEAKER_00]: for the establishment of all legitimate government.

[00:48:54] [SPEAKER_00]: It is only the weaker party that lose their liberties.

[00:48:57] [SPEAKER_00]: When a government becomes oppressive,

[00:48:59] [SPEAKER_00]: the stronger party in all governments are free by virtue of their superior strength.

[00:49:05] [SPEAKER_00]: They never oppress themselves.

[00:49:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Legislation is the work of the strong party

[00:49:11] [SPEAKER_00]: and if in addition to the sole power of legislation

[00:49:15] [SPEAKER_00]: they have the sole power of determining what legislation will be enforced.

[00:49:21] [SPEAKER_00]: They have all power in their hands

[00:49:23] [SPEAKER_00]: and the weaker party are the subjects of an absolute government

[00:49:28] [SPEAKER_00]: unless the weaker party have a veto.

[00:49:33] [SPEAKER_00]: They have no power, whatever, in the government and no liberties.

[00:49:38] [SPEAKER_00]: The trial by jury is the only institution that gives the weaker party

[00:49:42] [SPEAKER_00]: any veto upon the power of the stronger.

[00:49:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Consequently, it is the only institution that gives them an effective voice

[00:49:51] [SPEAKER_00]: in the government or any guarantee against oppression.

[00:49:55] [SPEAKER_00]: We didn't get it to it today but we will tomorrow.

[00:50:00] [SPEAKER_00]: They've had more leaking, which I didn't hear anything about last night

[00:50:04] [SPEAKER_00]: from the Supreme Court.

[00:50:06] [SPEAKER_00]: What's going on with that?

[00:50:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Well because the power of the party that's in power

[00:50:15] [SPEAKER_00]: is not behaving itself.

[00:50:19] [SPEAKER_00]: And so the struggle within the Supreme Court,

[00:50:22] [SPEAKER_00]: remember the party in power wants to pack the Supreme Court

[00:50:25] [SPEAKER_00]: to bid that to do their bidding.

[00:50:29] [SPEAKER_00]: In 2026 we will celebrate 250 years of this government

[00:50:35] [SPEAKER_00]: from the Declaration of Independence

[00:50:37] [SPEAKER_00]: and it's time that we all got little learned up to bring

[00:50:42] [SPEAKER_00]: America home.

[00:50:58] [SPEAKER_03]: To invite Beth Ann to speak at your next event.

[00:51:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Beth Ann has been behind the microphone for almost 30 years

[00:51:04] [SPEAKER_03]: fighting to bring America home.

[00:51:06] [SPEAKER_03]: She brings her unique perspective drawing from her many life experiences

[00:51:10] [SPEAKER_03]: and her love for God and country.

[00:51:12] [SPEAKER_03]: As a young girl, her family moved from the big city to a small rural community

[00:51:16] [SPEAKER_03]: where she would grow up, marry her husband and together raise five sons.

[00:51:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Along the way, she worked in factories, retail, sales and medical clinic

[00:51:23] [SPEAKER_03]: and now lights up the airwaves on CSE Talk Radio.

[00:51:27] [SPEAKER_03]: As the DC occupiers continue to drive our society into socialism and anarchy

[00:51:32] [SPEAKER_03]: the message to bring America home grows more crucial by the day.

[00:51:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Beth Ann brings that message with contagious passion wherever she speaks.

[00:51:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Scripture warns us that there will be a day of judgment for our lives.

[00:51:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Our works will be exposed by fire which will reveal the foundation of our building.

[00:51:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Figuratively speaking, have we been building with wood, hay and stubble which are perishable?

[00:52:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Or have we been using gold, silver and precious stones which are permanent?

[00:52:04] [SPEAKER_00]: In this life there will be a day of judgment for our failing economic system.

[00:52:08] [SPEAKER_00]: When the economy collapses will your assets be in paper which will burn

[00:52:12] [SPEAKER_00]: or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver securing your assets?

[00:52:17] [SPEAKER_00]: The dollars are IOUs from the government but gold and silver are the tangible assets that protect your wealth.

[00:52:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Owning gold and silver is the permanent solution to a permanent problem in our economy.

[00:52:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Fiat dollars and debt. Call Melody Cedarsderm at discount gold and silver trading 1-800-375-4188.

[00:52:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Do we lack enthusiasm and understanding of the word liberty?

[00:52:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Do we weep for liberty which we have lost?

[00:52:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Or do we simply not understand the substance and sacrifice for which we were once privileged?

[00:52:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Liberty. Webster defines liberty as the state of being free within society

[00:53:03] [SPEAKER_03]: from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's life, behavior or political views.

[00:53:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Today we seem to want restrictions. Government micromanaging our lives?

[00:53:15] [SPEAKER_03]: But do we realize the cost?

[00:53:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Alexander Hamilton once stated,

[00:53:19] [SPEAKER_03]: there is a certain enthusiasm in liberty that makes human nature rise above itself in acts of bravery and heroism.

[00:53:27] [SPEAKER_03]: As a republic, we the people must guard the liberty of others.

[00:53:31] [SPEAKER_03]: We must continue the enthusiasm that will make men free.
