[00:00:01] Hey, where are you going? I gotta get home. America, it's time to come home. It's time to come home! By bringing common sense back into the nonsense. Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home.

[00:00:21] Down this dirt road, you're going to find determination and grit, opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment.

[00:00:28] And now, the woman that wishes the D.C. occupiers would stop making her use her mom voice.

[00:00:34] Do not make me come down there.

[00:00:35] Here's your host, and the voice of common sense, Beth Ann.

[00:00:42] And I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio. It's my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you today on this snowy day in Missouri.

[00:00:50] I had to kind of chuckle this morning. It's snowing. Of course, we had the big snow over the weekend.

[00:00:55] And my youngest son, who lives in South Carolina area, he said, it's sleeting there today.

[00:01:01] And he showed a picture, and there was just a few drops of sleet on the cars.

[00:01:07] And he said, I've never seen it this bad before. He just kind of gave it a little smirk, because he's from Missouri.

[00:01:14] So, anyway, it was kind of funny.

[00:01:16] Let's go to the Lord in prayer.

[00:01:19] I want you to remember this scripture before we pray.

[00:01:23] Throughout everything we talk about today, and as Mary pondered the things in her heart throughout the life of Jesus,

[00:01:31] do this little scripture here.

[00:01:34] Matthew 24, 25.

[00:01:37] Every secret will be made known.

[00:01:40] For such a time as this, most gracious Heavenly Father, we do thank you for your word and your promises.

[00:01:48] How they encourage us.

[00:01:52] We thank you for your love.

[00:01:55] How you fill us up.

[00:01:58] Your grace and your mercy.

[00:02:03] How you paid the price for our sins.

[00:02:08] Because of your love.

[00:02:10] That you want us to be with you.

[00:02:13] And you are with us every step of the way here, Father, if we would just pay attention.

[00:02:20] And right now, Father, those going through tragedies that might be hard for them to feel your presence.

[00:02:26] I know I've been there.

[00:02:30] Let them know.

[00:02:32] Bring them help.

[00:02:35] Bring them spiritual encouragement.

[00:02:40] Help them to start all over, Father.

[00:02:44] Father, I know what it's like.

[00:02:49] I remember.

[00:02:53] And my heart breaks for them.

[00:02:57] Father, our country is broken.

[00:02:59] And we're broken because the people have forgotten whose they are.

[00:03:05] So may we never forget, Father, of your love and your mercy and your grace.

[00:03:13] I pray your continual protection around President Donald J. Trump.

[00:03:19] I pray for patience for we the people as the current administration is doing its utmost best to make things very, very difficult.

[00:03:34] Help us, Father, to show love as we move forward in this country and in our lives and in our families.

[00:03:45] Keep those who have to be out in this weather safe.

[00:03:48] I have a son who's a hospice chaplain.

[00:03:50] He has to drive all over the state and area here.

[00:03:55] And he doesn't have that good a vehicle for snow driving and ice driving.

[00:04:01] So keep him safe, Father.

[00:04:03] Keep all those who have to be out in this safe.

[00:04:05] Keep those who are clearing the roads safe.

[00:04:09] Because we've seen a few of those go in the ditches as well.

[00:04:14] Bless today's show, Father.

[00:04:18] Give me strength.

[00:04:19] Give me the correct words to say to encourage and to wake people up.

[00:04:25] For such a time as this, I pray in Jesus' name.

[00:04:28] Amen.

[00:04:31] Ten more days.

[00:04:34] And then we can say, get out of our house.

[00:04:38] Every last one of you, get out.

[00:04:40] Yeah, that doesn't sound very loving, does it?

[00:04:45] We're not tired of winning, are we?

[00:04:48] But we are tired of being unconstitutionally abused or constitutionally abused, whichever way you want to look at that,

[00:04:56] by the people we actually trusted through elections to watch over this nation,

[00:05:01] to watch over our states, to watch over our cities, to watch over our counties.

[00:05:07] Poor California.

[00:05:09] My heart just breaks.

[00:05:12] There are many suffering because of these Democrat policies.

[00:05:17] And you must understand that these Democrat policies are globalist policies.

[00:05:22] Excuse me.

[00:05:24] Last night, I'm going to veer off here just a little bit.

[00:05:28] Last night as I was watching some of the news,

[00:05:33] you know that I lost a home in a fire back in 1983.

[00:05:36] It was December.

[00:05:38] And this weather we're having today in Missouri looks mild to pair what we were having at that time.

[00:05:45] And I was out.

[00:05:47] I was eight months pregnant with my fifth child, son.

[00:05:51] Didn't know he was a son at the time.

[00:05:54] And I had my four-year-old with me.

[00:05:56] That's the one who's a chaplain now.

[00:06:00] And a long time ago when I was writing for Derry Brownfield, I had the boys, all of them but one, did it.

[00:06:07] Except, well, two, because the little one didn't know anything.

[00:06:11] Their experience.

[00:06:14] They knew what they felt when that happened.

[00:06:20] And my mind was brought back to that when last night they were playing.

[00:06:27] I was in another room, so I only heard it.

[00:06:29] I didn't see it.

[00:06:30] If it was a video, I did not see it.

[00:06:32] But it was a little boy questioning how Santa could come because now their fireplace was burned up.

[00:06:40] The toys they had were gone.

[00:06:43] And he was just talking about it.

[00:06:44] He wasn't crying.

[00:06:45] He was just talking about them.

[00:06:50] They need our prayers.

[00:06:54] They need our prayers.

[00:06:57] It's devastating to wake up the next morning and you can't change your underwear.

[00:07:02] You can't do anything.

[00:07:06] They need our prayers.

[00:07:07] And they need the help that we can give them.

[00:07:12] President Trump, in just ten days, will begin the process of bringing America home.

[00:07:20] And making America, America again.

[00:07:24] It was difficult to get riled up this morning.

[00:07:28] Because riling up in one direction just wasn't working because there were so many directions.

[00:07:34] There are so many infractions, infringements upon our liberty that we the people have suffered for decades upon decades.

[00:07:40] Over a hundred years, really.

[00:07:42] But it has escalated.

[00:07:43] The truth of it has escalated.

[00:07:46] The ugly corruption of the politicians, of the government.

[00:07:51] It's all come to head like a boil.

[00:07:53] Have you ever had a boil?

[00:07:54] They're ugly.

[00:07:55] Oh, they're nasty.

[00:07:57] And you have a center seed, a core.

[00:08:00] And it has to be removed.

[00:08:03] Ten more days.

[00:08:04] Anyways, we're going to remove the seed of the boil.

[00:08:09] Or it's going to start being lanced.

[00:08:12] But don't expect the Dems and the globalists elites to stay quiet.

[00:08:16] They're not going to say, okay, we lost and walk away.

[00:08:19] That's not going to happen.

[00:08:20] They're going to continue to fight and to fight.

[00:08:23] And the fight is going to get dirty.

[00:08:24] It's going to get violent.

[00:08:25] And I pray I am absolutely wrong.

[00:08:29] Every secret will be made known.

[00:08:33] Matthew 24, 25.

[00:08:36] There is so much disgusting corruption and crime that is being committed by our so-called government.

[00:08:44] It seems to me that they are a cartel managing all kinds of criminal behavior.

[00:08:51] Human sex trafficking.

[00:08:53] Human trafficking.

[00:08:55] Drug trafficking.

[00:08:56] Secret sellings of our secrets.

[00:08:59] Of America.

[00:09:00] Tax thieving.

[00:09:02] And yes, even murder.

[00:09:03] While we might have a few good guys in Congress and in our states,

[00:09:07] it seems the gangster government cartel has a very strong hold.

[00:09:12] How do you know these people are dirty and guilty?

[00:09:15] How do we know?

[00:09:17] Perhaps because Biden is giving them all pardons and pats on the back for the criminals.

[00:09:23] For the crimes they have committed.

[00:09:25] The Democrats earlier this week made a huge spectacle of themselves

[00:09:29] as they chatted and chanted about the day of resurrection.

[00:09:32] Of insurrection.

[00:09:34] They should read my substack for Monday.

[00:09:37] However, they continued and the media did.

[00:09:40] We will not forget.

[00:09:41] Well, neither will we.

[00:09:45] And that will be my substack for today.

[00:09:47] We will not forget.

[00:09:48] You're listening to CSC Talk Radio.

[00:09:51] This is Beth Ann.

[00:09:51] We'll be right back.

[00:10:03] Hear ye, hear ye.

[00:10:04] Read all about it.

[00:10:05] The American Crisis Continues.

[00:10:07] In her new book, The American Crisis Continues,

[00:10:11] Beth Ann elaborates on the crises America faces today.

[00:10:14] Invasion at the border.

[00:10:16] Insurrections.

[00:10:17] Lawlessness.

[00:10:18] Climate change.

[00:10:20] And the cry for democracy.

[00:10:21] These are the times that try men's souls.

[00:10:24] Thomas Paine's words continue to speak to Americans today.

[00:10:27] We the people once again find ourselves under tyranny.

[00:10:31] In The American Crisis Continues,

[00:10:33] you'll glean wisdom from our founding fathers

[00:10:36] and an understanding why belief in Creator God

[00:10:39] is the foundation of this nation.

[00:10:42] Liberty is always in the hands of the people.

[00:10:44] But first, it must be a longing and a lust within their hearts.

[00:10:48] The American Crisis Continues is a must read.

[00:11:02] Scripture warns us that there will be a day of judgment for our lives.

[00:11:05] Our works will be exposed by fire,

[00:11:07] which will reveal the foundation of our building.

[00:11:09] Figuratively speaking,

[00:11:11] have we been building with wood, hay, and stubble,

[00:11:13] which are perishable?

[00:11:14] Or have we been using gold, silver, and precious stones,

[00:11:17] which are permanent?

[00:11:18] In this life, there will be a day of judgment

[00:11:20] for our failing economic system.

[00:11:22] When the economy collapses,

[00:11:23] will your assets be in paper, which will burn?

[00:11:26] Or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver

[00:11:29] securing your assets?

[00:11:31] Fiat dollars are IOUs from the government,

[00:11:33] but gold and silver are the tangible assets

[00:11:36] that protect your wealth.

[00:11:38] Owning gold and silver is the permanent solution

[00:11:40] to a permanent problem in our economy,

[00:11:42] fiat dollars and debt.

[00:11:49] That's 1-800-375-4188.

[00:11:52] Give your wealth a solid foundation with gold and silver.

[00:11:56] Did you hear that?

[00:12:03] That's the sound of energy,

[00:12:05] and America has plenty.

[00:12:07] Power the Future is dedicated to those

[00:12:08] who power the future for all Americans.

[00:12:11] It is their hard work, sweat, and determination

[00:12:13] that keeps the lights on in all American homes.

[00:12:16] Their livelihoods are under attack

[00:12:18] by radical environmental groups.

[00:12:20] Power the Future is advocating for their jobs

[00:12:22] and American energy.

[00:12:23] Daniel Turner is the founder and executive director

[00:12:26] of Power the Future.

[00:12:27] Daniel is an expert in energy and environmental issues

[00:12:30] as they pertain to jobs, rural communities,

[00:12:33] the U.S. economy, international affairs,

[00:12:35] and our national security.

[00:12:36] If the radical environmentalists have their way,

[00:12:39] our natural resources will be less available

[00:12:41] and less affordable.

[00:12:43] Power the Future is a sponsor of CSC Talk Radio.

[00:12:46] We advocate for America's energy independence

[00:12:48] and national security.

[00:12:50] Visit PowerTheFuture.com,

[00:12:51] and let's work together to keep the lights on

[00:12:54] and bring America home.

[00:13:06] And we have returned.

[00:13:07] You're listening to CSC Talk Radio.

[00:13:08] This is Beth Ann,

[00:13:09] and we have Daniel Turner reporting in

[00:13:11] on this snowy Friday.

[00:13:12] It's cold outside.

[00:13:14] Daniel, how are you doing?

[00:13:16] Oh, Beth Ann, happy Friday to you

[00:13:17] and your wonderful listeners.

[00:13:19] You know, my son that's moved to South Carolina,

[00:13:22] he's kind of in the Charleston area,

[00:13:24] he said they had a little sleet this morning.

[00:13:26] And they sent a picture,

[00:13:27] and there's just a few little sleets

[00:13:29] on top of the car

[00:13:31] because he has to park outside.

[00:13:33] He said, we've never seen it so bad.

[00:13:36] Yeah.

[00:13:37] We've got it pretty bad right here.

[00:13:39] Well, of course, he was being jestful

[00:13:40] because he's from Missouri.

[00:13:41] He knows he's seen a lot worse.

[00:13:44] But I hope you're doing well with the weather there.

[00:13:47] Oh, yeah.

[00:13:48] You know, Virginia doesn't do snow and ice very well,

[00:13:54] but we're surviving.

[00:13:56] The funny thing about the last couple days

[00:13:58] since the snowstorm is it hasn't gone above freezing,

[00:14:01] and so nothing's melting,

[00:14:03] which has just made it that much more difficult.

[00:14:06] But you know what?

[00:14:07] That's climate change for you, Beth Ann,

[00:14:09] and we're all victims of it.

[00:14:10] I miss global warming so bad.

[00:14:13] Well, earlier this week,

[00:14:15] and I can't remember whether I mentioned this

[00:14:17] the day you were here

[00:14:18] or if it came up after the show.

[00:14:22] But you told me that Congress will work with Trump

[00:14:26] and we'll get these things reversed

[00:14:28] that Biden's doing here in the last days,

[00:14:30] trying to keep everybody from producing

[00:14:32] any kind of oil or fracking or anything.

[00:14:35] And so I have the GOP representative.

[00:14:38] He's from Texas.

[00:14:40] August Pflueger?

[00:14:42] Is that how you say his name?

[00:14:43] And he's got a bill.

[00:14:45] He's got a bill.

[00:14:46] I didn't know if you've read it.

[00:14:47] I'm kind of certain you did.

[00:14:48] Yeah, he's from Texas.

[00:14:49] And what do you know about it?

[00:14:52] Yeah, this is wonderful.

[00:14:54] And Austin Pflueger, back in 2023,

[00:14:58] when the House flipped after the 2022 midterms,

[00:15:03] he was the author of H.R. 1,

[00:15:06] which was a very important piece of legislation.

[00:15:09] Of course, we knew it would die in the Senate

[00:15:11] because the Democrats still control the Senate.

[00:15:13] But Congressman Pflueger is very aggressive,

[00:15:17] represents the biggest oil and gas area of the country

[00:15:20] in Midland, Texas.

[00:15:22] So these are his constituents.

[00:15:24] And yeah, this is a great piece of legislation

[00:15:27] that will get people on board,

[00:15:30] hopefully get through the Senate quickly.

[00:15:33] My concern is not the legislation

[00:15:36] because we're good at that part.

[00:15:38] My concern is when you give the legislation to Congressman X

[00:15:43] and they say, oh, this is great.

[00:15:45] Let me just tack on a little something, something.

[00:15:47] And then it goes to Congressman Y.

[00:15:48] And they're like, oh, this is great.

[00:15:49] Let me just tack on a little something, something.

[00:15:51] And then after a month and a half,

[00:15:53] it's 44,000 pages and $3.6 trillion.

[00:15:57] And that's what happens in Congress.

[00:15:59] So I think the biggest challenge facing Congressman Pflueger

[00:16:02] and the Rules Committee is to say,

[00:16:05] this is the bill, up or down vote, no shenanigans.

[00:16:11] But Congress people like shenanigans, right?

[00:16:13] That's how they hide all of their little pet projects.

[00:16:16] And you go $36 trillion in debt

[00:16:19] by having lots of little pet projects.

[00:16:23] Yes, and we're the ones who feel that debt, not them.

[00:16:26] That's always amazing to me as well.

[00:16:28] But that came right, I think it came right after we did the show together.

[00:16:32] So I was thinking about you, and I kept that to visit with you about today.

[00:16:38] There's lots of things going on.

[00:16:40] And I guess, I know, I'm not just guessing,

[00:16:44] Trump has a whole stack.

[00:16:48] Maybe it might look like his.

[00:16:49] You remember when he showed his tax return stack?

[00:16:51] It might look like that of all the executive orders he's going to sign day one.

[00:16:57] What do you think?

[00:16:57] And it's wonderful.

[00:16:59] Yeah, absolutely.

[00:17:01] His transition team is taking their job very seriously.

[00:17:04] They know that there's not a lot of time to get things done.

[00:17:07] And they know the American people are hurting.

[00:17:10] Oil is up a good 12% in this week.

[00:17:18] That means gas prices are going to go up 12% in a couple more days because it takes a little while, but it gets there.

[00:17:24] Oil should not be this high in this time of year because we're using a lot less of it because we're not driving as much.

[00:17:32] Oil has been above $60 a barrel for four straight years, and that's absurd, and we've gotten used to it.

[00:17:39] And this is the new normal.

[00:17:42] So I think President Trump sees it.

[00:17:44] There's a lot to do.

[00:17:46] There's an awful lot to do.

[00:17:47] I'm not sure how he's going to have time.

[00:17:50] I told Rudy today we didn't get our invitation, but I'm not sure how he's going to have time to have an inaugural ball.

[00:17:56] He's got too much to do.

[00:17:58] I just hope that sense of urgency continues in the Congress because they do call it a swamp for a reason, and it's warm and cozy and fun.

[00:18:08] But there's a lot of really, really serious work to do, and that sense of urgency is essential that our elected officials get things done.

[00:18:20] And you almost want to say to them, just in terms of, you know, like a good parent to their kids, you know what, if you do all your homework now really fast, really hard, really well, you've got the whole weekend to do nothing.

[00:18:32] How many times did you tell your kids that on Friday?

[00:18:35] If you do it all right now.

[00:18:36] Get it all done.

[00:18:37] You don't have to do homework.

[00:18:39] Yeah, yeah.

[00:18:40] It didn't always work.

[00:18:41] And that's what our Congress does.

[00:18:42] And then we get to Christmas Eve, and they're like, we have to pass a bill.

[00:18:46] Oh, yeah, well, you knew about the deadline, baby, all weekend.

[00:18:50] You know, you knew about this.

[00:18:51] You knew the book report was done.

[00:18:53] Yes.

[00:18:53] So don't complain to me that now you are going to miss whatever because you have to do work.

[00:18:58] So I just, I hope that sense of urgency stays on our elected officials.

[00:19:03] I unfortunately, on a personal note, I unfortunately will spend a lot of time in D.C. this year.

[00:19:10] And that's awful because D.C. is awful.

[00:19:14] But this is my responsibility now or what my supporters and people who fund Power of the Future, this is what they want.

[00:19:22] Like, you have to start going door to door, and you have to start telling these people, like, here's what's going to happen.

[00:19:27] Get this done.

[00:19:28] Get this signed.

[00:19:29] Where is this?

[00:19:29] Absolutely.

[00:19:30] And that's my job this year because there's a lot to do.

[00:19:34] Well, let us know if we can help.

[00:19:36] I know we can't go door to door knocking for you, but let us know if we can help in any way besides just on a couple of Tuesdays a week, a month.

[00:19:45] But, you know, you're right about they just don't do anything up there.

[00:19:50] And I had an article earlier this week, Daniel, and I'm sure it won't surprise you at all,

[00:19:55] but there are several representatives and senators that have passed Nancy Pelosi with their investments this year.

[00:20:06] Debra, what's her name, Wasserman Schultz, she did.

[00:20:09] There was others.

[00:20:10] They're not all Democrats.

[00:20:11] There was several Republicans in there.

[00:20:14] And, of course, that one guy from, I never can remember his name, from Texas, he was on that list.

[00:20:20] He hadn't quite beat Pelosi, but he was on the list up high.

[00:20:25] And Crenshaw, that's his name, Crenshaw.

[00:20:28] There was lots of Republicans, so I'm not just picking on him.

[00:20:31] So they're doing a lot of work there.

[00:20:33] It's just not work for us.

[00:20:37] Yes.

[00:20:37] I saw Ted Cruz has introduced legislation for term limits in the Congress.

[00:20:43] That's a good start.

[00:20:44] Ethics reforms about these stock picks I think are a good start.

[00:20:49] You know, there are things we need to do to have ethical, responsible people in office.

[00:20:59] I go back and forth on term limits because I feel like –

[00:21:03] Yes, I do too.

[00:21:04] I want term limits because the president has term limits, which that should never have been passed either.

[00:21:10] I was going to say Congress did that.

[00:21:12] Yeah.

[00:21:13] Yeah.

[00:21:14] Yeah.

[00:21:14] You know, like if the people of Arizona 3 want to keep sending this guy back to Congress, you know, I struggle with term limits a little bit.

[00:21:26] What I don't struggle with is cognition and ability.

[00:21:31] And when you see some of these folks who are incapable, for example, with no cruelty or malice, when you saw Dianne Feinstein, who was incapable of holding her head up, let alone casting a vote, her chief of staff was voting on her behalf.

[00:21:47] Give me a break.

[00:21:48] Well, what's the woman now that's in the nursing home and not voting?

[00:21:52] We've got one that's that way.

[00:21:55] We've got Joe Biden.

[00:21:55] We know that he was diagnosed, we're finding out now, while he was vice president.

[00:22:00] So that's why they hit him in the basement, which most of us knew.

[00:22:04] And that's more than just – that's more than just wanting to win an election.

[00:22:11] I mean, that's more than that.

[00:22:14] It is corrupt.

[00:22:16] But we have several of them that are up there that are getting so old that they're not able – I mean, not everybody.

[00:22:23] I mean, not – my grandmother was 102, and she still had her mind.

[00:22:29] But she didn't have her body.

[00:22:31] She couldn't really get up.

[00:22:32] She was a little teeny tiny thing.

[00:22:34] And the doctor just told my aunt, do not walk her anymore.

[00:22:37] Do not get her up and walk anymore.

[00:22:40] And, you know, because she was just so tiny and frail.

[00:22:44] And so – but she had her mind.

[00:22:48] But still, it's just – yeah, term limits – I struggle with it as well.

[00:22:54] But then I see people that they just keep electing these idiots.

[00:22:57] And the only reason they're electing them is because their name is familiar,

[00:23:01] which is – which is bad on our part as the voters because we're not paying attention to what's happening.

[00:23:09] I think California might be paying a little more attention here now.

[00:23:12] I hope so.

[00:23:13] I hope – I hate it that it had to come to something this tragic.

[00:23:18] But –

[00:23:18] Yes.

[00:23:19] Anyway, I hear the music.

[00:23:20] Your sheep are doing well.

[00:23:21] You've got them nice and warm, right?

[00:23:23] Oh, they're loving the coal.

[00:23:25] They're finally happy.

[00:23:27] Yeah, they don't have to sweat over that.

[00:23:29] Well, all right.

[00:23:29] We're going to let you go.

[00:26:01] For centuries, those who raise, breed and work with animals have been revered and lauded for what they do.

[00:26:08] Today, across America, the rights to own and raise animals are under attack by animal rights activists

[00:26:13] and their increased influence on government and non-government agencies.

[00:26:17] This onslaught regularly violates protection from legal search and seizure and a citizen's right to due process of the law,

[00:26:24] all of which are outlined specifically in the U.S. Constitution.

[00:27:01] Hello, I'm Mike Lindell, the inventor of MyPillow.

[00:27:04] For the longest time, I've wanted to come out with the world's most comfortable bedsheets.

[00:27:09] But up until now, I haven't been able to find anything that held up to my high standards.

[00:27:14] I've finally found the best cotton in the world in a region where the Sahara Desert,

[00:27:19] the Nile River, and the Mediterranean Sea all come together to create the ideal weather conditions for growing cotton.

[00:27:27] My new Giza Dream bedsheets are made with this long staple cotton,

[00:27:31] and I guarantee they'll be the most comfortable sheets you'll ever own.

[00:28:05] And we have returned to listening to CSETalk Radio.

[00:28:08] This is Beth Ann.

[00:28:09] I'm going to back up to my monologue where I was talking about we will not forget.

[00:28:12] Remember, the Democrats were chanting.

[00:28:14] They had the media doing it.

[00:28:15] We're never going to forget.

[00:28:17] We're not going to forget January 6th.

[00:28:22] That's because they don't want to.

[00:28:23] Anyway, we're not going to forget either.

[00:28:28] And there's plenty about to happen because we, the people, will not forget the crimes that have been perpetrated against us.

[00:28:39] Every crime, everything they did to Trump, they did to you and they did to me.

[00:28:46] And I'm praying, I seriously am, that Trump doesn't go soft on their crimes.

[00:28:55] He said, success will be justice.

[00:28:58] But I disagree with that.

[00:29:02] They need to be punished.

[00:29:05] We, the people, will never tire of winning.

[00:29:10] But hopefully soon, the left will feel the real sting when justice wins for all.

[00:29:18] I have, it was breaking news, I'm sure you've heard it by now, that they did sentence Trump.

[00:29:27] And I just got a text on my phone.

[00:29:33] But they sentenced him to, how did they name that?

[00:29:40] They called it, let me see, I've got it here from, Trump has been wrongfully sentenced.

[00:29:45] This is from J.D. Vance, and of course they want me to, to tap on that and go somewhere else, which I'm not going to do.

[00:29:53] But, merchants, jury instructions, if you remember, because everything was criminally done in this court.

[00:30:00] And he gave the jurors instructions that they didn't have to agree on underlying crime, prosecutions alleged he was attempting to conceal, blah, blah, blah, falsehood.

[00:30:08] They didn't have to agree on all of them.

[00:30:12] If one agreed on this one and one agreed on that one, then they could just fit it across the board guilty.

[00:30:20] But he was sentenced to unconditional discharge.

[00:30:23] That's what they called it.

[00:30:24] Without imprisonment, fine, or probation supervision, according to the New York law.

[00:30:30] Supreme Court refused to look at this, and that kind of surprised me a little bit.

[00:30:35] I'm not surprised, I'm, I am a little concerned that our Supreme Court isn't what it ought to be.

[00:30:41] Let's put it that way.

[00:30:44] This is a good news.

[00:30:46] This is winning.

[00:30:47] This came down yesterday.

[00:30:50] The federal court vacates Biden's regime's radical, unconstitutional rewrite.

[00:30:57] They rewrote the Title IX.

[00:31:00] When they rewrote the Title IX, that meant the boys could go in the girls' bathroom, the boys could play on the girls' sports, the boys could do whatever the girls did.

[00:31:14] But this court struck it down.

[00:31:17] It said,

[00:31:19] Congress enacted Title IX in 1972, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex in any educational program that receives federal money, including K-12, colleges and universities.

[00:31:33] Biden's rewrite forced educational programs to allow gender-confused males to enter female-only spaces and join female-only organizations.

[00:31:46] Now, this has been going on for a long time.

[00:31:48] Remember when the Boy Scouts wanted in the Girl Scouts and the Girl Scouts wanted in the Boy Scouts?

[00:31:53] And they were all going along with this because the woke dopes were suing them right and left.

[00:32:00] And anyway, it said,

[00:32:03] Expanding the meaning of on the basis of sex, which is what they put in to include gender identity, turns the Title IX on its head.

[00:32:14] So they rejected this.

[00:32:16] And that is good news.

[00:32:18] Women, that is good news.

[00:32:20] Now, this was kind of funny, I thought.

[00:32:24] Yesterday, this came down.

[00:32:27] And it was, at first I thought, well, this is awesome.

[00:32:31] This is wonderful.

[00:32:32] The judge orders Fannie Willis to pay thousands in fees.

[00:32:38] A Fulton County District Attorney, Fannie Willis, has been ordered to pay $21,578 in attorney's fees following her office's noncompliance with Georgia's Open Records Act.

[00:32:53] The ruling results from a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch, a legal watch group.

[00:33:00] We all know who they are, a legal watchdog group.

[00:33:03] After they filed an open records request regarding Willis' communications with the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riots.

[00:33:15] Initially, Willis' office claimed no such records existed.

[00:33:19] However, the court discovered that Willis had withheld key documents, including a letter she sent to the chair of the January 6 Committee, which was Representative Benny Thompson.

[00:33:33] You know, he just got an award.

[00:33:36] Under legal pressure, she acknowledged the documents' existence, but insisted they were exempt from disclosure, a claim the court dismissed.

[00:33:46] This is me adding this to this.

[00:33:49] So there was a collusion with the J6 Committee, with these other courts, with these other prosecutors.

[00:33:57] But as I read through this, and I still think it's good news, but it says in his decision, Judge Mick Burney revealed the extent of the violation mandating that Willis' office cover Judicial Watch's legal fees.

[00:34:19] So she's not paying out of pocket.

[00:34:23] The office of the prosecutor there in this county is going to have to pay, which means it's the citizens of Fulton County, their tax dollars that are going to pay this fine.

[00:34:37] That's one thing I have against all these lawsuits, because it's us who end up paying them.

[00:34:43] It's not the perpetrator.

[00:34:45] She should be personally held responsible.

[00:34:48] All these prosecutors and judges that have initiated unjust, unconstitutional things in their court against people.

[00:35:01] They should be punished personally.

[00:35:06] Jail time, fines.

[00:35:08] We should make it hurt.

[00:35:12] They should lose their license.

[00:35:15] It is the county or the state, which means it's the people of Fulton County, Georgia, who will be paying that fine if, if these officials actually had to pay the price themselves, the cost, for their lack of decency and honesty, personally had to pay.

[00:35:41] If it had to come out of her checkbook, there'd be a lot less of this political criminal behavior happening.

[00:35:51] You know the judge that sentenced all the J6 people?

[00:35:55] He's resigning.

[00:35:57] Retiring, excuse me.

[00:36:00] He was criminal as well.

[00:36:03] So when I saw the headline, I thought, finally, finally.

[00:36:06] But once again, it's the people who are going to be hurt.

[00:36:10] Taxpayers who are punished for the dastardly deeds of the elected officials.

[00:36:15] And hey, they reelected this criminal named Fonnie Willis.

[00:36:21] Perhaps they deserve to pay her court fines.

[00:36:24] Although it's just like California.

[00:36:26] There are many of them that are innocent that are going to, that have paid the price of the globalist policies, the Democrat policies, the woke policies that they elected.

[00:36:40] But everybody's going to pay for it.

[00:36:43] Now this is something, okay, we'll go on this one first and then I'll talk about this Pizzagate.

[00:36:48] How many of you remember Pizzagate?

[00:36:49] I'd forgotten all about it.

[00:36:51] Vice President-elect Vance resigned yesterday from the Senate.

[00:36:55] Did you know that?

[00:36:57] As I prepare to assume my duties as Vice President of the United States, I would like to express that it has been a tremendous honor and privilege to serve the people of Ohio in the Senate over the past two years.

[00:37:11] Who's going to take his office?

[00:37:13] Who's going to be appointed?

[00:37:15] That's the next question.

[00:37:16] Well, it looks like it's the lieutenant governor there.

[00:37:20] And his name is Husted?

[00:37:23] Husted?

[00:37:23] H-U-S-T-E-D.

[00:37:25] Maybe it's Husted.

[00:37:26] I don't know.

[00:37:29] There's just rumors and things, my friends.

[00:37:31] We don't know.

[00:37:32] But with the governor, the lieutenant governor, they all went to Mar-a-Lago.

[00:37:38] So we'll see.

[00:37:39] Who knows?

[00:37:40] There's a lot of people that have applied for it.

[00:37:42] But let's pray it's somebody as good as J.D. Vance.

[00:37:46] So Ohio has a good senator representing them.

[00:37:50] You're listening to CSE Talk Radio.

[00:37:52] This is Beth Ann.

[00:37:53] Pizzagate.

[00:39:04] This is a book worth reading.

[00:42:15] He's going to release some of these lists from these, well, like Jeffrey Epstein.

[00:42:24] We want to know the truth.

[00:42:29] How many of our congresspeople, how many in our government were involved?

[00:42:36] Pizzagate.

[00:42:39] Edgar Welch, the gunman who fired a rifle inside the Comet Ping-Pong Pizzeria associated with Pizzagate,

[00:42:49] has been shot and killed during a traffic stop in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

[00:42:55] Welch was just 36 years old.

[00:42:57] He discharged three shots inside the Washington, D.C., pizzeria back in 2016.

[00:43:05] Pizzagate posted that the venue was linked to a child sex ring.

[00:43:12] This past weekend, Kannapolis police conducted a traffic stop where Welch was identified due to an outstanding warrant.

[00:43:22] According to a police statement, an officer approached the vehicle from the passenger side

[00:43:28] intending to arrest Welch.

[00:43:30] Upon opening the door, Welch allegedly drew a handgun from his pocket, from his jacket,

[00:43:36] and aimed it at the officer.

[00:43:39] Despite repeated commands to disarm, Welch did not comply,

[00:43:44] leading both officers at the scene to open fire.

[00:43:48] He died two days later.

[00:43:51] Pizzagate began circulating in 2016 amid the U.S. presidential contest between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

[00:44:01] It linked Hillary Clinton's campaign staff, remember Wiener, right?

[00:44:08] Particularly John Podesta, however, to a child trafficking ring suddenly run out of,

[00:44:17] supposedly run out of the Comet ping pong pizzeria.

[00:44:23] Leaked emails between Podesta, Clinton's campaign chairman, and others were suspected

[00:44:28] of referring to children using the words pizza or hot dogs and similar terms as code words.

[00:44:42] My friends, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that many in our Congress,

[00:44:50] many who have served in the White House, are involved in sex and human trafficking.

[00:45:00] Pimping children.

[00:45:05] Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, is my thoughts.

[00:45:15] And Barr, the attorney general, would not look into that suicide,

[00:45:21] which was very suspect, was it not?

[00:45:24] But claimed it was suicide.

[00:45:29] Later in his book, or in somebody's book, I think it was his book,

[00:45:34] his father, I guess was an attorney or something,

[00:45:39] and anyway he had some kind of a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

[00:45:46] I guess he didn't want that to come out.

[00:45:50] We need to know these things.

[00:45:54] We need to know every secret.

[00:45:57] Every secret will be known.

[00:46:00] The good, the bad, and the ugly.

[00:46:03] Most of it's ugly.

[00:46:07] I read an article yesterday.

[00:46:09] I do not have time to share it with you today,

[00:46:11] but it has prompted and inspired me to write my substack today,

[00:46:16] which I have not started yet, Rudy.

[00:46:19] I told him I would start it last night,

[00:46:21] but I've had a little plague of migraines,

[00:46:24] and so I was not, it's still burning in my head.

[00:46:27] I still don't like, still having a little trouble with it.

[00:46:31] But this is from Alan West, Colonel Alan West,

[00:46:34] and it's the Colonel's Constitutional Briefing.

[00:46:39] He writes on substack.

[00:46:41] If you're on substack, I highly recommend you follow him.

[00:46:47] Burning down the house.

[00:46:49] He first gives his greetings and all this and that,

[00:46:52] but I'm going to move on.

[00:46:53] He says,

[00:46:54] Here we are in America,

[00:46:55] still reeling from the New Year's Day Islamic terrorist attack.

[00:47:02] We witnessed a pro-Islamic terrorist march on New Year's Day in New York City,

[00:47:08] where they chanted for the infidels,

[00:47:13] yes, a violent uprising in America.

[00:47:18] He goes on and he talks in this about what happened in Afghanistan with Biden.

[00:47:24] He talks about how Biden is releasing every,

[00:47:28] well, yeah, he released a lot of them,

[00:47:31] but commuted their death sentence.

[00:47:34] He says,

[00:47:35] If you have not been following the news,

[00:47:37] a Biden administration military judge just upheld the plea bargain agreement

[00:47:43] for the three 9-11 planners,

[00:47:46] of whom Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is one.

[00:47:52] So the death penalty is off the table

[00:47:54] for these terrorists who were instrumental

[00:47:58] in the loss of over 3,000 American lives.

[00:48:02] He says,

[00:48:03] What kind of military judge makes that type of decision?

[00:48:08] Now, that's just one thing he talked about in this article.

[00:48:12] But it's titled Burning Down the House,

[00:48:15] and he's actually talking about what Biden is doing on his way out.

[00:48:21] He's trying to tie Trump's hands so that he can't open up,

[00:48:26] or he's at least slowing him down,

[00:48:28] because it's going to be tough, my friends.

[00:48:31] It's going to be tough.

[00:48:33] And we know for a fact, without a doubt,

[00:48:37] Joe Biden isn't the one doing this.

[00:48:40] So wouldn't you like to have known what got said

[00:48:43] between those presidents and Trump

[00:48:45] at the funeral yesterday of Jimmy Carter,

[00:48:50] the globalist Jimmy Carter?

[00:48:53] Bush is a globalist.

[00:48:55] So was his father.

[00:48:57] Obama's a globalist and an anti-American.

[00:49:01] He and Trump were talking about something,

[00:49:03] and, you know, Trump's got a pretty good sense of humor,

[00:49:06] and you could see Obama was laughing.

[00:49:08] Kamala was offended by it.

[00:49:10] She didn't, she was jealous or disgusted anyway.

[00:49:14] She wasn't giving him the time of day.

[00:49:17] And President Bush's wife,

[00:49:21] no, no, no, Mike Pence's wife,

[00:49:25] refused to acknowledge Trump and Melania.

[00:49:28] They are conceited, arrogant, son of a guns.

[00:49:38] And they don't have any remorse for the pain

[00:49:42] that they have inflicted upon the American people.

[00:49:47] We're praying that Trump's going to go the other direction,

[00:49:51] and then Vance will be on Trump's team forever,

[00:49:55] and then we get eight years of Vance,

[00:49:57] and maybe the American people won't get so comfortable that they forget.

[00:50:02] And that's what my article for Substack's going to be about.

[00:50:06] We will not forget.

[00:50:08] We, the people, will not forget.

[00:50:11] Things like Pizzagate.

[00:50:13] Things like White Gate.

[00:50:16] White Watergate.

[00:50:17] Not White Watergate.

[00:50:18] I lost that.

[00:50:19] Watergate was one.

[00:50:20] And we found out some truth about Watergate,

[00:50:22] and guess what?

[00:50:23] There was a gate, all right, from the CIA and the FBI.

[00:50:30] Anyway, we're headed into a weekend.

[00:50:33] It's snowing.

[00:50:34] It's supposed to stop eventually.

[00:50:36] Get your hot cocoa, sit down,

[00:50:39] and let's work together to bring America home.

[00:50:43] Home.

[00:51:09] drawing from her many life experiences

[00:51:11] and her love for God and country.

[00:51:13] As a young girl, her family moved from the big city to a small rural community

[00:51:16] where she would grow up, marry her husband,

[00:51:18] and together raise five sons.

[00:51:20] Along the way, she worked in factories, retail, sales, and medical clinic,

[00:51:24] and now lights up the airwaves on CSE Talk Radio.

[00:51:27] As the D.C. occupiers continue to drive our society into socialism and anarchy,

[00:51:32] the message to bring America home grows more crucial by the day.

[00:51:36] Beth Ann brings that message with contagious passion wherever she speaks.

[00:51:47] Do we lack enthusiasm and understanding of the word liberty?

[00:51:51] Do we weep for liberty which we have lost?

[00:51:53] Or do we simply not understand the substance and sacrifice

[00:51:56] for which we were once privileged?

[00:51:59] Liberty.

[00:52:00] Webster defines liberty as the state of being free within society

[00:52:03] from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's life,

[00:52:07] behavior, or political views.

[00:52:10] Today we seem to want restrictions.

[00:52:12] Government micromanaging our lives?

[00:52:15] But do we realize the cost?

[00:52:18] Alexander Hamilton once stated,

[00:52:20] There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty

[00:52:22] that makes human nature rise above itself

[00:52:25] in acts of bravery and heroism.

[00:52:27] As a republic, we the people must guard the liberty of others.

[00:52:31] We must continue the enthusiasm that will make men free.

[00:52:35] Visit csctalkradio.com

[00:52:38] where Beth Ann puts enthusiasm and common sense

[00:52:41] back into American liberty

[00:52:42] as she brings America home.

[00:52:49] about the increasing civil unrest we're seeing these days.

[00:52:56] violence, looting, killing, lawlessness, and mayhem.

[00:53:02] and the crescendo will be quite painful.
