3578 – February 12, 2025 – Federal Judges, Federal Fraud – WINNING AS MORE HOSTAGES AND AMERICAN PRISONERS ARE SET FREE AND BROUGHT HOME!
“They” (the democrats) are screaming against Trump’s DOGE finding fraud, they are NOT concerned about the fraud at all. Non-essential workers are NOW so very essential that we must defy the President of the United States. We must endure billions upon billions of fraud (which the federal judges are protecting), the absolute theft of taxpayer dollars. And we must, without question continue down the insane path of debt and destruction of our nation BECAUSE a federal judge doesn’t like Trump. And Congress is nothing more than reelected “buffoons” who cannot manage money but know how to see a good deal (insider trading) for which they took part in making. Bureaucrats follow their example and have allocated themselves millions of dollars (or so it appears thus far). Everyone gets rich except We the People!
They complain about Elon Musk not being elected but NONE of the bureaucrats are elected and they are not essential. The Federal judges are not elected and many of them need to be impeached immediately.
We’ve known for a LONG time that activists judges are busy neglecting justice and awarding those who actually break state laws and deny those Americans who have obeys the “rules” jumping through bureaucratic hoops.
The democrats throwing their hissy fits against AUDITS is quite telling – don’t you agree? DEMOCRAT HAND-PICKED FEDERAL JUDGES… ARE PROMOTING FEDERAL FRAUD!

[00:00:01] Hey, where are you going? I gotta get home. America, it's time to come home. It's time to come home. By bringing common sense back into the nonsense. Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home. Down this dirt road, you're going to find determination and grit, opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment.
[00:00:29] And now, the woman that wishes the D.C. occupiers would stop making her use her mom voice. Do not make me come down there. Here's your host, and the voice of common sense, Beth Ann. And I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio. It's my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you today. We're going to go straight to the Lord in Prayer. A lot of things to cover today, and we do have a co-host today. Mindy Patterson, our favorite, is going to be with us today. Let's go to the Lord in Prayer.
[00:00:56] For such a time as this, most gracious Heavenly Father, we come before you with grateful hearts. Even in the bad weather that we're having, Father, we thank you. I pray that people traveling will be safe. And, Father, we thank you for your love and your grace and your mercy.
[00:01:16] And, Father, we thank you for President Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk, as they are trying very hard to eradicate the fraud and the waste that our government has. We must stop feeding the monster. So, Father, I just pray that you'll bless today's show.
[00:01:41] I pray that you will keep President Donald J. Trump safe and all those working with him and his family. Put your hedge of protection around them, Father. Bless the things that he's doing. Give him godly counsel. I know he's getting all kinds of advice. But place someone there with him and with Elon. I don't think Elon knows you, Father. Give them godly counsel. Draw them to you.
[00:02:14] In all their wisdom, Father, let them know the one thing missing. Whoever they may be is you. I ask your blessing on Mindy and the Cavalry Group. And I ask your blessing on today's show. For such a time as this, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen. I need to address an email someone sent to me yesterday. He says,
[00:02:43] I'll be listening to your show tomorrow to see how you try to defend Musk and Trump cutting our National Institute of Health Cancer Research. He says, He says, Thank God a federal judge has blocked it for now. And of course, he had a little meme on there that says, Scientists warn Trump's medical research cuts are endangering patients, and the federal judge has moved to block it.
[00:03:13] Here's my opinion, Anthony. I've watched this for years. First, this is a pause, not a cancel. Second, I am a cancer survivor. My mother was a cancer survivor. And cancer took my daddy from me. Third, these scientists are being paid by the government, just like the climate change ones.
[00:03:42] And if they want to continue to get paid to do research, well, there's no money in cures, is there? Just in treatments. The FDA and the government bureaucrats are obviously in bed with big pharma. There's no doubt in my mind about that, and it was more obvious during COVID. They approved many drugs, and I have been the victim of this. They approved many drugs that are known to cause extreme health problems, even death.
[00:04:11] Later, they take that same drug off the market. Congress allocates that the people can sue, and so then they sue the pharmaceutical companies. But by then, the companies have made so much money, they have plenty to cover those lawsuits. And the people don't. All of the research cannot research beyond what the government says it can research.
[00:04:36] And insurance companies will not cover anything other than drugs and radiation. They're not allowed to search any other type of cure or treatment, holistic or otherwise. That isn't allowed, and insurance will not pay for it outside anything the government research box.
[00:05:01] If money and research, true research, could find a cure, there'd be a cure. I'm not against research. This opinion does not mean that I am against research. But I will no longer, and this has been going on for a long time. I used to when Mama had cancer.
[00:05:21] I made sure I gave every time that person came around with the little tin can to put money in for the American Cancer Society. But I no longer give to them because I do not believe they are truly looking for cures. They discount anything outside the pharmaceutical and the AMA business.
[00:05:48] I am a cancer survivor four years this year. If I clear the path, which I think I go for my test in April, I want a cure for cancer. But let's be honest. Money isn't going to find the cures. And money isn't making our kids smarter. But money is making a lot of people rich while others die. Like my daddy.
[00:06:18] It's not a cancel. It's a pause. Federal fraud is never going to cure cancer. And we're dealing with a lot of federal fraud. We're winning as many hostages are coming home. One more, yes, last night. I watched that. It was just very heart moving. And one more is supposed to come today. But I've titled today's show Federal Judges, Federal Fraud.
[00:06:45] And I have a monologue, but I want to bring Mindy on because I've already talked enough. And Mindy has dealt with the federal fraud. Federal judges that are activists, not true judges following the law. Mindy, how are you doing today? Good morning. Good morning. Yes. Every day is like Christmas. Something new, wonderful happens. And getting exposed has been wonderful. Well, not to somebody like Anthony that sent me that email.
[00:07:13] And I understand people are panicking. And I kind of get that. They don't understand. You and I have been dealing with this for a long time. We know that the money is being fraudulently spent to our enemies. And I know that there are some researchers that really want to find cures. But these government scientists, no, I don't think so. It's not coming out of government.
[00:07:38] It's coming out of private entities and private innovation. I mean, people need to not be so reliant or dependent on these government agencies. They're just a deep hole for funding. And there's no transparency, as we've discovered. I don't trust NIH at all. Did you watch Elon and Trump and X?
[00:08:07] Yes. I thought that was so precious. But go ahead. It was. But I loved Elon's response to all of these things, you know, while he's got his kid on his shoulders. Because, you know, that really sent a strong message to the viewers and the American people that this isn't complicated. No, it's not. No, this is a very black and white situation.
[00:08:32] We, the people, have been funding all of this graft and corruption for years. Don't you find it interesting that all the congressional Democrats particularly, but we're going to see some Republicans have some pain. But they're all against Trump. I mean, Elon might be benefiting from this. Well, he's lost money so far. But he might be benefiting from this because he has contracts with the government. But he's not taking a dime to do this.
[00:09:00] But isn't it funny that all these insider traders, these D.C. occupiers, occupying offices and cutting deals are worried that Elon might make a buck or do something that's in favor of one of his companies or something. And he's in there for nothing. He's doing it for free. And I just loved it when his little boy was sticking his fingers in his ear and he was trying to talk. I know. That's kids. I'm telling you. He's very genuine. But, yeah. Very, very genuine.
[00:09:29] Elon's not taking a dime. And he's uncovering all of the waste. Yeah. And let's talk about these federal judges because you have dealt with them. We're listening. You're listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Beth Ann with Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group. We'll be right back.
[00:10:00] The American Crisis continues. The reviews are in. This is a book worth reading, a book that lays out both the fundamental issues and offers a solution. The American Crisis Continues informed me about the battle between good and evil. It inspired me to get involved in the author's quest to bring America home to God, family and country. At a time in history when America is being attacked from within by those who have a secular socialist view of America,
[00:10:28] this book quenched my thirst for a perspective of the America I know and love. Learn about America's founding principles. How do the grievances in 1776 compare to us today? Knowledge is the key defense against the vicious enemy, tyranny. The American Crisis continues. Order your copy today. Available on Amazon, e-book, paper or hardback.
[00:10:52] Printed copies available at csetalkradio.com or call 573-796-2166. Scripture warns us that there will be a day of judgment for our lives. Our works will be exposed by fire which will reveal the foundation of our building. Figuratively speaking, have we been building with wood, hay and stubble which are perishable? Or have we been using gold, silver and precious stones which are permanent? In this life, there will be a day of judgment for our failing economic system.
[00:11:22] When the economy collapses, will your assets be in paper which will burn? Or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver securing your assets? Fiat dollars are IOUs from the government. But gold and silver are the tangible assets that protect your wealth. Owning gold and silver is the permanent solution to a permanent problem in our economy. Fiat dollars and debt. Call Melody Sederstrom at Discount Gold and Silver Trading. 1-800-375-4188.

[00:13:07] Well, federal judges and federal fraud, isn't it amazing that all of these non-essential workers are now so very essential that we must defy any orders from the President of the United States and we must endure billions and billions of dollars of fraud, which the federal judges seem to be protecting, and the absolute theft of tax dollars. And we must, without question, continue down the insane path of debt and destruction for our nation because a federal judge doesn't like Trump.
[00:13:36] This federal judge that stopped some of this, he's one that a couple of years ago was saying all kinds of bad things about President Donald J. Trump. Well, and Mindy just sent this to me. Mindy, I'm assuming this is true. I have no reason to doubt it because we know the USDA is not working to help agriculture. But it says, Doge uncovers $200 million of USDA research project to replace beef and pork with insect-based synthetic proteins.
[00:14:06] You know, that's all part of the so-called climate change, you know. It's all part of that, that the government scientists are researching. Yeah, we're funding all these projects. And I don't think the American people would necessarily love the fact that under this false belief of, you know, that we're hurting the planet,
[00:14:27] the cows are harming the earth, that they're looking to replace beef and pork with bugs, with our tax dollars. Yeah. You know, they were saying in that interview, in that press conference or whatever you want to call that, in the Oval Office yesterday, that this could reach to at least a trillion dollars when they're done. I believe it.
[00:14:53] And so, you know, I understand this gentleman's upset about if he thinks that the research is going to be stopped. It's not going to be stopped. Maybe the government-funded research is going to be stopped, but the private research is not going to be stopped. However, why should any of these departments be exempt from an audit? I mean, we have to audit. And in all honesty, we are too big.
[00:15:23] And it's Congress's fault. Congress should audit every single one of these every year before they put out another budget for the next year. But they never put out a budget for the next year. We do these continuing resolutions. And, of course, that's coming up on the 14th. So you know all about it. Yeah, Congress is definitely complicit. I mean, they're signing off on a lot of this stuff. Oh, yeah. But honestly, a lot of these things have been hidden. Oh, yeah.
[00:15:49] And these agencies – I mean, I read something yesterday that the Nature Conservancy, which is an NGO, not a government agency, but they were given millions of dollars that they poured into the Natural Resources Conservation Services under USDA to shut down private property and farmers and ranchers. Yes.
[00:16:19] And that's what Congress has allowed. They've allowed these public-private partnerships of NGOs to fund government with their agenda. And they are getting the money from USAID to fund our demise and to advance communism. Yes. And, you know, I thought it was funny, humorous in a way.
[00:16:48] And I could only hear part of what was being asked. But the reporter there was correcting Elon because he said that this millions of billions – I don't remember how much money it was – that went to condoms for Hamas. Well, it wasn't condoms for Hamas. It was condoms for Gaza. And it's like, whoop-dee-doo. And he admitted, well, we're going to make mistakes. We're going to say things wrong. But he said, do you really think we should be sending condoms somewhere else?
[00:17:17] I mean, they were supposed to be to prevent AIDS. My understanding was all those people don't believe in homosexuality, and that's how you spread AIDS. But, you know, that was Anthony Fauci because that could be wrong, too, because he was the one who took care of all that back then. But the question was ignorant. It wasn't about the money. It was about, well, he said the wrong place. And let's see. Anyway. I know.
[00:17:47] It just upsets me. But I want to talk about these judges because you have had to go before some of these judges, and you have seen their activism. And they are not doing what is right by the law or by private property or by anything else. They're activists for one thing. And I want you to talk about that because you've been head-to-head with them. Well, yeah. I mean, a lot of them are Obama holdover judges and Biden appointees, and we need to purge them.
[00:18:12] And I suspect that that's something that's on the list for Trump to do. And you said it all. They're basically activist judges in these positions of power to rule against the American people. Yeah. Some of these judges, they've caught them saying things in the past. They're definitely anti-Trump. So anything Trump wants, they're going to go.
[00:18:40] And I wrote a substack yesterday just because I was so upset. You know, they've known since December that we're going to be at that deadline on the 4th of March talking about Congress, the House. And you know what they've been doing? Well, the Democrats are out demonstrating against President Donald J. Trump. And I was wondering yesterday, where's the Capitol Police? Why aren't they shooting tear gas into that crowd? Yeah. Anyway, and then the Republicans, you know what they're busy doing?
[00:19:09] They're busy writing a bill to give everybody a raise in the House. Yeah. And extra money so they can add to their staffing. And it just infuriated me, Mindy. I know. Well, it just never ends. It just goes on and on. And what's worse is that these people act entitled. Oh, yeah. Did you see them standing there in front of the Department of Education and in that poor man's face, whatever he was getting paid, it wasn't enough.
[00:19:39] And I mean, it was just terrible. And the foul language they were using yesterday. It's like these people are nothing but trash. They believe they are so special and they are nothing but trash. They're not so special and trash, stealing money from the American people and from babies because this money they keep spending is coming out of our children, our great-grandchildren, our grandchildren, our great-grand and great-great-great. There's no way we're going to collapse. And Elon said it yesterday.
[00:20:08] There's no way that we can keep this up. Well, it's like we've stopped making pennies because each penny costs three cents. And then the Democrats have a meltdown about that. Well, hello? That's basic math. Why would you continue spending money on something that costs three times as much to make as it should? So I'm saving my pennies because maybe when they come back, it'll be worth something. Maybe. Maybe.
[00:20:38] I thought the same thing, but at the same time, it's like that's such a basic example of their warped view of things. You know, we finally have somebody that's going to balance the books. And you know what? Everybody better grab the popcorn and buckle up because it's going to get even worse. I think this is just the beginning. It is. And we're going to be honest here, my friends.
[00:21:07] It's not going to be just Democrats. Oh, yeah. Oh. Because I already had an article last week that I shared with – it was the IRI. And they got funding from the USAID, 130 – it's a Republican institute. And they got $130 million from them. And sitting on the board originally of that particular group was John McCain. And now it's somebody else. I don't recognize his name. But there are others on that board that I did recognize.
[00:21:37] And one of them is just saying, I have tried to get an audit. I have tried to get things from the USAID. And guess what? She's on the board of the IRI, which got $130 million from the USAID. And that is Johnny Ernst from Iowa. Someone else that's on that was Tom Cotton. They're on that board for the IRI, which got money from the USAID for a Republican institute of some kind. I don't know. They are funneling money.
[00:22:07] And it is us that are paying the bills. Yep. And it's just ridiculous. Yeah, well, we finally, finally have people on our side that are exposing it all. But I'm sure you've seen all the videos and interviews of people that are, you know, fed up and angry about it, as they should be. Yes. We've been lied to for so long and funding all this stupidity. And it's been America last for these Democrats. America last.
[00:22:35] They've been doing all these things to support illegals pouring into our country and all of this foreign aid. It's been America last. While the American citizens have suffered in many cases, I think, you know, Hurricane Helene and the people that have suffered in North Carolina and East Tennessee are a perfect example of what I'm talking about. It's awful. It is awful.
[00:23:01] I just saw, Rudy just brought the computer over, put it in front of my face, that they just now confirmed Tulsi Gabbard. Oh, that's great. So she has been confirmed. Yeah, I'm still waiting for Brooke Rollins to be confirmed as the Secretary of Agriculture. Oh, that's right. Why are they slow-walking all these confirmations? You know, the Democrats are doing it and the Republicans are letting them. I wrote a substack about that yesterday. They're not doing their due justice. They're not doing what the American people have asked them to do.
[00:23:28] They're allowing, and then they're just blaming it on the Democrats. You've got the majority. It may be slim. You all aren't standing together for the American people. I want to talk about the judges when we come back and how they are working against the people and against the law. We'll be right back.

[00:28:05] And we have returned. You're listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Beth Ann. Mindy has had to deal with a lot of these judges that are activists, and she's gone toe-to-toe with them. Let's see. She just sent me a text. Why don't you... I'm just now seeing it. Why don't you tell us what's gone on there, Mindy? I want to talk about that. Sure. Oh, what I just sent you? Yes. Uh-huh. Yeah. Well, Elon has made several proclamations in recent days
[00:28:34] that reducing the federal deficit from $2 trillion to $1 trillion by 2026 will require cutting an average of $4 billion per day, which is what he is projecting to do between now and September 30th. Well, they've already discovered different ones that we're spending a billion dollars a day. Yeah. So that should be doable if we cut off... Yeah. Already.
[00:29:02] They haven't even got to near all of these departments. Yeah. And then the... It's only been in office, what, three weeks? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. And it's just amazing to me. And I want to add something from a long time ago, friend. We haven't seen him or had him on for a long time, and that's Sheriff Richard Mack. And Sheriff Richard Mack says it's important to have a constitutional sheriff. But he said also your county commissioners and your city mayors and the city councils,
[00:29:31] you've got to pay attention to who's on those. And I know that you know that from what you've been dealing with there in San Antonio, right? Oh, everywhere. I mean, the local ordinances that are getting passed all over the country to shut down pet stores and horse-drawn carriages and other lawful businesses is unhinged. And it's always follow the money. And that's what Elon's doing. He's following the money.
[00:29:59] And we're going to find so much in the USDA that goes anti-agriculture, anti-property rights, anti-farmers, anti-ranchers, anti-pet breeders. We're going to find it there, that they're spending money to work against agriculture. Well, this is all very exciting, and we've all suspected this at the federal level. Oh, yeah.
[00:30:23] But, yes, I agree 100% with what you're saying because we still have work to do across America at the local level. I mean, our state legislatures all over the country are, unfortunately, full of the same kind of corruption. And just look at the green agenda with all of the wind turbine complexes and solar complexes and CO2 pipelines that they're trying to push at the state level
[00:30:50] to stop climate change and all this baloney. And Trump, you know, within the first three days of office, shut down a lot of the Green New Deal and the climate accord. And I think the Sustains Act is in there with it. Biden's 30 by 30. But at the state level, this kind of baloney is still going on. They're still pushing all of this.
[00:31:14] And what you end up finding is that these lawmakers have taken money from the wind companies, wind and solar companies. And that's really what this is all about. Like you just said, it's all about money. And their golden parachute when they leave office, they want – that's how all these lawmakers are getting rich. Oh, yeah. That's – D.C. occupiers occupying offices and cutting deals. And I mentioned that in my substack yesterday.
[00:31:45] If the – if Democrats aren't out there protesting with their little rallies, then they're inside making phone calls and finding the federal judges that they want to stop Trump with. They're handpicking them. There's no doubt about it. They're handpicking them. I did notice that when they said, oh, look at this crowd. Look at this crowd out here. Nobody – no camera scanned a crowd. None.
[00:32:12] If they had a crowd there, it was just bureaucratic workers that didn't go to work that day. It wasn't the American people out there. And not that these bureaucrats aren't American people, but you know what I mean. Oh, yeah. And then the Republicans are just sitting on their thumbs. Oh, they talk. They were having a hearing this morning. I listened to part of it. But they're talking about Doge.
[00:32:39] I think – I don't know if Elon was going to be in front of them or not. But they're just doing anything and everything. They're in a panic. They're in a panic to stop Trump. And Trump said it right yesterday, Mindy, when he said they pause these and that leaves these people time to do a little more hiding. Yeah. To do a little more deleting. To do a little bit more of this to keep from finding out what they've been up to. And so it's all a little plot.
[00:33:09] It isn't about the Constitution. It's not about that at all. No. Absolutely. But I remember you talking about – I keep saying I want to talk about these federal judges. I remember the one. Well, I mean, we've been involved in that in different capacities over the years. And, you know, it's the same kind of thing. You have this gut feeling that something's off. And then you realize these judges have an agenda.
[00:33:37] I mean, and now it's all being exposed and confirming our suspicions. Well, I want to explain it this way. So these pet breeders, those who raise these animals, they have to have inspections, state inspections, USDA inspections. Yep. And so they do that, and they pass their inspections.
[00:33:57] But some advocate, some radical activist accuses them of something and talks to sheriff, who's not constitutional and ignorant, comes in there and takes everything they have, and they end up before a judge. So everything they paid to the state, to the U.S., whatever they had to do to get these licenses, to get these inspections on a regular basis, meant absolutely nothing. Yep.
[00:34:26] And the federal judge just ignored it all, and they lost everything they owned because somebody accused them, not without, totally without any kind of evidence, just accused them. And that was all it took. Yeah, the presumption of innocence is nonexistent today. I mean, you're guilty until you have to prove your innocence off the bat. That's the real tragedy, too.
[00:34:57] And when you're just guilty in the eyes of these ideologues that are in these positions of power, and you have to prove your innocence. And that is really what has been happening with animal people. In the pet industry, cattle ranchers, you know, they're guilty of polluting the planet and advancing, you know, climate change and all this stuff simply by being a cattle rancher. That's the way they're treated.
[00:35:24] And it's just absolutely ridiculous. Oh, it is. And they've used everything against them. But then these activist judges, and those are handpicked, too, I would say. Yep. When you have to go before them. And there's nothing you can do. Because they've made up their mind. Yep. And they're against private property rights. They're against Americans owning their property. That's right. Yeah. This is all about advancing communism. And we're going to get stomped.
[00:35:54] Yeah, we are. But I saw, and I don't remember who it was, if it was a senator or a representative, but they are looking at impeaching one of these judges. So they're looking at that. I don't know if they can get it done or if they're just, you know, making noise so that we think they're doing something. Well, I'd like to see some action, too, in terms of people having consequences to their actions. Absolutely. Like Fauci. Yes. Like Hillary Clinton.
[00:36:24] When are we going to put her on trial? Yeah. Obama. You know, I still want justice for Benghazi and all of the horrible, I mean, and the fact that Hillary Clinton sold all of our uranium out from under us secretly when her husband was president and Obama was in office. She sold all of our uranium. Yes. Well, now all those people have lost their security clearance.
[00:36:50] So they can't stop what Trump's trying to do with the foreign policies and such. But there has to be consequences. I agree. Because the only way to stop this, really, exposing it is one thing, but punishing these criminals is another. That'll stop it. If there are consequences to these things, that's the only way to stop it from happening further. So the people think twice about pushing something like that forward in another manner. It needs to hurt financially.
[00:37:19] And, you know, I hear there's some openings at Gitmo. I've heard that. Anyway, we're headed into a break. You're listening to CSE Talk Radio. In her new book, The American Crisis Continues, Beth Ann elaborates on the crises America faces today. Invasion at the border, insurrections, lawlessness, climate change, and the cry for democracy. These are the times that try men's souls.
[00:41:24] Thomas Paine's words continue to speak to Americans today. We the people once again find ourselves under tyranny. In The American Crisis Continues, you'll glean wisdom from our founding fathers and an understanding why belief in Creator God is the foundation of this nation. Liberty is always in the hands of the people. But first, it must be a longing and a lust within their hearts. The American Crisis Continues is a must-read.
[00:41:52] Order your copy today at csctalkradio.com or amazon.com. And we have returned. You're listening to CSC Talk Radio. This is Beth Ann. You know, I'm going to deviate here just a little bit. I'm going to take a little detour, I guess that's the right word. On this Tulsi Gabbard confirmation just now, Mikowski from Alaska, bless her little heart.
[00:42:21] She voted yes. Ernst from Iowa, she voted yes. Bless her little heart. And Collins from Maine, yes. She voted yes. And then McConnell, no. And that's how it goes in the Republican Party. Every one of the Democrats voted against her, I'm sure. And Bernie Sanders has no loyalty. She lost her standing in the Democrat Party because she backed him for president, which I'm still a little upset with her about.
[00:42:49] But, you know, McConnell voted no. He's not going to vote. I'm not even sure it was him voting. Well, that's what I told Rudy. I told Rudy somebody else is voting for him. He can't even walk across the room. Yeah. He fell twice last week. I guess we never heard anything. I thought maybe Pelosi rammed him with her walker, but I don't know. So, yeah, no kidding. 52 to 48. 52 to 48 is what it was. Okay.
[00:43:20] Anyway. That's still a little too close. It is. And they're dragging their feet. Well, of course, we don't have a very big majority. And they're dragging their feet. They're dragging their feet on Kash Patel. I can't wait for him to get in. They're dragging their feet on the USDA. They're dragging their feet on a lot of them. They haven't confirmed Bobby yet, have they? Um. That's going to be an upset. I don't know for sure. No. Rudy's shaking his head no. And that's going to be an upset. And that's going to upset a bunch of them.
[00:43:49] Because you talk about cancer. And we started out talking about that. Some of these foods and these additives that they're putting in there, they're causing cancer. And all the science cancer research out here that my listener claimed was going to be hurt because of Trump, they're not researching this food that's causing cancer that has all these things in them.
[00:44:16] And so, you know, we're just pretty much, we're nothing to this people, to these government officials, elected or otherwise. We are scum to them. All we are is tax dollars. That's all we are. Yep. Little slaves. Anyway. I've spouted off enough, I guess. So what do you think? I mean, I know we're all excited. We're in this golden age. You know, we're all excited about this.
[00:44:46] But some things haven't changed. Democrats are still going to fight him. They're still talking about impeachment. They've got their federal judges trying to block everything he's doing. How do you think we get over these hurdles, Mindy? We have to keep working on the culture. Amen. Amen. And most people, I mean, the Democrats are just so out of touch. I mean, did you see their song that they were singing yesterday in protest? I missed that. Oh, my gosh.
[00:45:16] It's embarrassing. Thank goodness the Republicans don't make up weird songs. Well, I do. Yeah, they were all gathering. I mean, Elizabeth Warren. I mean, everybody. All the cast of characters. Chuck Schumer. They were all there at the microphone protesting Elon Musk's transparency quest. Just, you know, blaming Trump and talking.
[00:45:45] You know, all they can do is place blame. But they should be pointing to themselves for the blame. We're here because of them. Yeah. And all of their corruption. But, you know, it's just they're just out of touch. I didn't hear their song. But I heard them all using the F word. Oh, yeah. They were doing that, too. Yeah. I didn't hear the song. I missed that.
[00:46:08] Oh, they were making up these weird chants and, like, cheerleader chants and songs to Yeah. They're not cheerleaders. President Trump. It was embarrassing. It was juvenile. They're not cheerleaders. I'm telling you. And Booker is no Spartacus. I wrote about that earlier this week, too. He's no Spartacus. And they really are ignorant. But they really are hiding crimes. Yeah, they are.
[00:46:37] The one thing I enjoyed, I didn't get to see much of the confirmation hearings for RFK, but the one thing I enjoyed the most out of that was the fact that RFK boldly pointed out that these lawmakers have been taking kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. Yeah, I thought Elizabeth Warren was going to choke. But that's how Washington rolls. Yeah. I thought Elizabeth Warren was going to choke on that one. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:47:04] You know, in all honesty, they may not even know where their money comes from. They've got so many staffers that are wheeling and dealing for them, they may not know where that money's coming from. They sit there and work on the next election. Yep. I don't know. I'm fed up with them. And I'm enjoying what's happening. Well, we just have to keep pushing. We do. We do. And I was very moved watching the prisoner come home last night and welcomed into the White House.
[00:47:34] And I don't know about you, but I was moved to tears when all those little girls with their little bows in their hair were standing around Trump. And he signed that executive order. Oh, I know. That was amazing. That was really special. I still get chills when I think about it. It's just thrilling. We're back. America's on its way back, but the fight is still there. We cannot. And the fight will always be there. Like my book, The American Crisis Continues. There's always going to be a Democrat.
[00:48:03] There's always going to be a Republican. There's always going to be a bureaucrat cheating. There's always going to be there cheating, trying to take away your liberty and get rich on it. Always. But we haven't talked much about the cavalry group. We've got about a minute left. Why don't we talk about that? Oh, boy. Right now we're up to our eyeballs in state legislation. And we are working very hard to stop bills as they get introduced all over the country.
[00:48:32] And right now Washington State is front and center. There are terrible bills that have been introduced in Washington State, negatively impacting animal agriculture and the pet industry and animal exhibition. It's just terrible. But also there's other states that we're getting ready to put up on the ledger that have bills to negatively impact farmers, ranchers, the pet industry in Texas, in Kansas.
[00:49:04] It's just happening all over the country. And you may say, oh, well, I live in a red state. Well, don't take that for granted because that's how things get slipped through. So we're not paying close attention. And there's plenty of Republicans that will push legislation through thinking that, you know, they buy into the vilification of, you know, pet breeding, thinking that it's bad. And we just really have to put a stop to that. I want to remind your listeners this.
[00:49:31] We don't need more legislation to oversee animal enterprise because animal cruelty is already a felony in all 50 states. It's already a felony. So why are we piling on more laws and regulations? Regulations, over-regulating does nothing but hurt private innovation and the ability to run your business. That's right. And check things out there at the Cavalry Group. It's just thecavalrygroup.com. You can see the horse coming to the rescue.
[00:50:01] The cavalry's on its way. Mindy does everything she can, boots on the ground. Unfortunately, she has to spend some time in D.C. from time to time, just like I surprised you and Daniel Turner don't bump into each other once in a while down there. I know. I should reach out to him next time I go to D.C. You should. You should. Did you get his number when we were at the conference? I did. I did. Yeah, you should do that. Maybe he'll take you to lunch. Yeah. He's a good guy. I really appreciate him. Oh, yeah. I appreciate you.
[00:50:31] And I know you don't get a lot of credit, but I know that you are working hard, and I thank you so much for that. The fight, the battle is never over. Liberty is always in the hands of the people. And we must bring America home. God bless you, Mindy. Thank you. Thank you, Beth Ann. CSC Talk Radio's goal is to bring America home. [00:51:53] Or do we simply not understand the substance and sacrifice for which we were once privileged? Liberty. Webster defines liberty as the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's life, behavior, or political views. Today we seem to want restrictions. Government micromanaging our lives? But do we realize the cost? Alexander Hamilton once stated,
[00:52:19] There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty that makes human nature rise above itself in acts of bravery and heroism. As a republic, we the people must guard the liberty of others. We must continue the enthusiasm that will make men free. Visit csctalkradio.com, where Beth Ann puts enthusiasm and common sense back into American liberty as she brings America home. What if things were made in America again?
[00:52:48] We all complain about our products, even our food coming from foreign lands and foreign laborers. But do we really understand? James Stubert didn't understand, so he dug in and wow, he kept digging in. It all started with a light bulb. It held the label GE, but it read, Made in China. Jim has done the research. Now you can have the answers in detail. Consumers can rebuild the middle class by buying things made in American communities.
[00:53:13] Find out why free trade resulted in 6 million lost manufacturing jobs and lower wages for most Americans. While free trade brought cheaper goods, we also had less money to purchase goods. That giant sucking sound sucked the life right out of American manufacturing. Order Jim's book today, What If Things Were Made in America Again.
