Federal judges? Powerful prestigious positions, BUT also do not have authority over the President of the United States, AND also… unelected! Appointed… and are extremely partisan!

What’s that got to do with the price of eggs in China? Nothing, BUT, Speaking of the price of eggs…

[00:00:01] Hey, where are you going? I gotta get home. America, it's time to come home. It's time to come home! By bringing common sense back into the nonsense. Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home. Down this dirt road, you're going to find determination and grit, opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment.

[00:00:28] And now, the woman that wishes the DC occupiers would stop making her use her mom voice. Do not make me come down there. Here's your host, and the voice of common sense, Beth Ann. As I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio, it is my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you on the inside, where it's nice and warm. Nice and warm on the inside. Not so much outside. It's not so pretty outside. Snowing and blowing and cold. Very cold.

[00:00:57] But, again, that's what winter does. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. For such a time as this, most gracious Heavenly Father. Yes, for such a time as this, even in the winter, especially perhaps in the winter, because that is most difficult for me to enjoy and praise. So I do praise you. For each of the seasons have a reason. All a part of your miraculous creation.

[00:01:27] So, Father, be with those who are out traveling today in this storm. Be with our American brothers and sisters who endured a horrific storm this weekend in Kentucky and more in Tennessee as well. For those who are still trying to find their way back home in other states, in North Carolina.

[00:01:57] Father, it's just horrific what's taken place and the fires in California. The storms we cannot control. But, Father, we can control how we react. May we find a way, those of us who can, to help those.

[00:02:22] Father, I pray for the Clapmeyer family today as they will be saying goodbye to their father, their husband, their grandfather. Father, Ray was a producer for a short time here on the show. And he passed away a few days ago. So, Father, it was sudden and I just pray for them.

[00:02:48] And, Father, we just ask for your hedge of protection around President Donald J. Trump. Keep him safe, Father, and those in his administration. And, Father, I pray that the enemy that is throwing arrows and darts, that you will put an end to them as far as what they are able to do. And another prayer request, Father, for a man named Maurice, who also recently passed away.

[00:03:18] Also, I feel like I've done something wrong here, produced the show for a short period of time. We lost two people, two friends, two producers, in a very short period of time. One was a little older and one was a lot younger. So, Father, I just pray for their families and their loved ones. And I pray for today's show. I pray for this nation.

[00:03:47] That you will bring America back home to you. For such a time as this, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Two comments to think about today. One is simple. Real women know who they are. I've mentioned it yet, but I have not mentioned it yet, but February is Black History Month.

[00:04:11] I've chosen, at least for today, to open with a story about a famous black woman in American history. Sojourner Truth. Sojourner Truth. Let me see. I lost my little paper here where I had all that information. Perhaps you've heard me talk about her before. But Sojourner was born a slave in New York in 1797.

[00:04:37] She spoke only Dutch until sold around the age of nine together with a flock of sheep for $100. Suffering hardships, her third master made her marry an older slave with whom she had five children. In 1827, Sojourner Truth escaped.

[00:05:01] After New York abolished slavery, she returned as a domestic servant and helped with Elijah Pearson's street corner preaching. In 1843, Sojourner heard a voice from heaven and began spreading God's truth and plan for salvation.

[00:05:19] In 1838, Anna Murray Douglas had helped Frederick escape slavery by providing sailors clothing and identification papers.

[00:05:46] Anna used their home in Rochester, New York, as a stop for the Underground Railroad, giving food, clean clothes, and a safe place to stay for fugitive slaves headed to Canada. After the Emancipation Proclamation, Sojourner Truth moved to Washington, D.C., met Republican President Abraham Lincoln and helped former slaves. She dedicated, D.C.

[00:06:16] She dedicated, I'm sorry, she dictated her biography, the narrative of Sojourner Truth, a northern slave. 1850, stating, When I left the house of bondage, I left everything behind. I wanted to keep nothing of Egypt on me. And so I went to the Lord and I asked him to give me a new name. I set up my banner and then I sing.

[00:06:42] And then folks around come, and then folks always come around me. And then I tell them about Jesus. Her last full day on earth was November 25th of 1883. Sojourner Truth would begin her messages. Children, I talk to God and God talks to me. Sojourner Truth is the first African American woman to give her statute in the U.S., to have her statue in the U.S. Capitol,

[00:07:12] located in the Visitor Center of Emancipation Hall. Sojourner Truth, you've probably heard me talk about her before. She was famous also for a speech she gave, Ain't I a Woman?, during the time of women trying to get the right to vote. What today's oppressed tongue-in-cheek, black women have in contrast with Sojourner Truth,

[00:07:42] they have no idea who they are or what it is like to be oppressed or in slavery. Sojourner did. And yet, she dedicated her life to freeing all human beings by preaching the gospel salvation of Jesus Christ. She is famous again for that speech. Ain't I a Woman?

[00:08:08] Sojourner Truth knew exactly who she was. She could have been a Supreme Court justice. I bet she wasn't. She was not a lawyer. But there is no rule that says you have to be a lawyer to be on the Supreme Court. Is there? By what authority? If you have listened to my mentor, Derry Brownfield, before I had my own show,

[00:08:37] you remember a cowboy he used to have on the show periodically, G.B. Oliver. He was a part of a property rights group back in the day. He would advise when someone came on your property demanding this or that, you should ask them kindly. By what authority? And they should show you the statute or the law. Usually it's got to be a law. I have always remembered that statement. Taking, for instance, the census forms,

[00:09:06] which are multiple pages long these days, asking personal questions, which have nothing to do with the number of persons in your home, therefore determining the number of representatives allowed in your district. By what authority do they ask these questions? If they're about health or other things, how far you drive, how many cars you own, and other weird questions. It is not in their job description,

[00:09:34] and that they have no authority. It has nothing to do with elections. President Trump does have authority to execute the executive bureaucracy. And we're going to talk about that when we come back. By what authority do these federal judges have? You're listening to CSC Talk Radio. We'll be right back. The American crisis continues. The reviews are in.

[00:10:04] This is a book worth reading. A book that lays out both the fundamental issues and offers a solution. The American crisis continues informed me about the battle between good and evil. It inspired me to get involved in the author's quest to bring America home to God, family, and country. At a time in history when America is being attacked from within by those who have a secular socialist view of America, This book quenched my thirst for a perspective of the America I know and love.

[00:10:34] Learn about America's founding principles. How do the grievances in 1776 compare to us today? Knowledge is the key defense against the vicious enemy, tyranny. The American crisis continues. Order your copy today, available on Amazon, e-book, paper, or hardback. Printed copies available at csetalkradio.com or call 573-796-2166.

[00:11:02] Scripture warns us that there will be a day of judgment for our lives. Our works will be exposed by fire, which will reveal the foundation of our building. Figuratively speaking, have we been building with wood, hay, and stubble, which are perishable? Or have we been using gold, silver, and precious stones, which are permanent? In this life, there will be a day of judgment for our failing economic system. When the economy collapses, will your assets be in paper, which will burn? Or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver securing your assets?

[00:11:31] Fiat dollars are IOUs from the government. But gold and silver are the tangible assets that protect your wealth. Owning gold and silver is the permanent solution to a permanent problem in our economy. Fiat dollars and debt. Call Melody Sederstrom at Discount Gold and Silver Trading. 1-800-375-4188. That's 1-800-375-4188. Give your wealth a solid foundation with gold and silver.

[00:12:02] Did you hear that? That's the sound of energy, and America has plenty. Power the Future is dedicated to those who power the future for all Americans. It is their hard work, sweat, and determination that keeps the lights on in all American homes. Their livelihoods are under attack by radical environmental groups. Power the Future is advocating for their jobs and American energy. Daniel Turner is the founder and executive director of Power the Future.

[00:12:27] Daniel is an expert in energy and environmental issues as they pertain to jobs, rural communities, the U.S. economy, international affairs, and our national security. If the radical environmentalists have their way, our natural resources will be less available and less affordable. Power the Future is a sponsor of CSC Talk Radio. We advocate for America's energy independence and national security. Visit PowerTheFuture.com and let's work together to keep the lights on and bring America home.

[00:13:04] And we have returned. You're listening to CSC Talk Radio. By what authority? You know, President Donald J. Trump does have authority as an executive. He is the executive branch. And he does have the authority to rule over the executive part of the bureaucrats that are a part of the executive branch. They are under his authority. By the way, they are also unelected.

[00:13:32] And they are determining laws unconstitutionally. And they are redistributing tax dollars, which is also unconstitutional. And they have no authority over the president of the United States. What about federal judges? They have no authority over the president of the United States.

[00:13:59] And also, these federal judges are unelected. They are appointed. And it has turned out that they are, many of them, the majority of them, I'd say, even on the right and left, whatever you want to call it, are extremely partisan. So they're not making their decisions and their rulings over because of the Constitution of the United States. They're doing it according to what they want. What's that got to do with the price of eggs in China?

[00:14:29] Well, nothing. But speaking of the price of eggs, by the way, I have an article. It's a great article. And I will try and find it and post it on Facebook today because it is a fantastic article. By Charlie Kirk, who is a part of, and this is one of the news outlets that I do trust, The Daily Wire. He says, shut up about egg prices. Trump is saving consumers millions of dollars.

[00:14:56] Democrats, Democrats, they're giddy now, right now, because the price of eggs are high. They're just, you know, they're ecstatic. And they're blaming Trump. So a dozen eggs currently can cost around $7. And that's up from $2 in October. For liberals who resent President Trump's overwhelming electoral mandate, that means they don't like you and me. You got that? They are going to blame this on him.

[00:15:24] Now, remember when Trump promised? This is coming from Representative Melanie Stansbury, a Democrat from New Mexico. If you're listening to New Mexico, you got her number? It's 202-224-3121. She spouts off, remember when Donald Trump promised he'd lower grocery prices and the cost of living?

[00:15:48] And then she goes on, I guess he's been too busy dismantling the federal government and compromising our national security to get to it. So in what way is he dismantling the federal government? And in what way is he compromising national security? He's closed the border so we no longer have the bad guys coming across. He's trying to stop a war, a world war from breaking out.

[00:16:18] He's increasing our military and people are, they're signing up. They're ready to fight for America now. They didn't want to fight for the America the Democrats were putting in. But there's three problems with this line of attack, according to Kirk. First, the high prices of eggs is in no way President Trump's fault.

[00:16:42] Almost all the increase took place during Biden's final months in office. Why? Because in response to the bird flu outbreak, his administration decided to reenact, he calls it, the godfather baptism scene on American chickens. Now, for those of you in farming, you know a little bit about the government.

[00:17:07] The Biden administration and the Department of Agriculture, you know, USA destroying agriculture, Uncle Sam destroying agriculture, directed the mass killing of over, are you sitting down? Put the coffee down because this is a lot. This is a big number. The mass killing of more than one million chickens, 100 million chickens. One million chickens is a lot. This is 100 million chickens.

[00:17:37] And this is coming from Secretary, Press Secretary Caroline Levitt, which has led to the lack of chicken supply in this country and therefore a lack of egg supply, which is leading to the shortage. Now, this is coming from me, not from Kirk. Look, President Trump cannot raise a dead chicken. He can't bring a chicken back to life.

[00:18:07] And, hello, dead chickens don't lay eggs. Maybe someone should explain that to the crazy Democrats. Of course, the crazy Democrats are the ones who would, you know, kill the golden goose that laid the golden egg, killed the goose that laid the golden egg in order to get another egg out of the dead chicken. But most of us with little common sense know you can't get an egg out of a dead chicken. All right. So why carry out such a massacre?

[00:18:34] 100 million chickens, that's a lot of buffalo wings. That's a lot of chicken nuggets. Because the Department of Agriculture compensates poultry farmers for eliminating their flocks that have been exposed. Not necessarily they've been sick, but they have been exposed to the bird flu. But offers no compensation to the birds that die from the disease.

[00:19:00] So if you want any compensation, you're going to have to kill your chickens. Got it? This creates an incentive to slaughter more chickens than may be necessary. Now this is coming from me. This is my observation. So this is the same government thought. This is how they think. Now think about this a moment.

[00:19:27] That wants to pay women to have abortions. And then will give women more money of welfare for having more babies. So the more babies you have, the more money you get from government welfare. But if you don't want them, they're going to help you and they're going to pay for the killing of the babies. That's what they want to do. And we're still funding Planned Parenthood, so don't think I don't know what I'm talking about.

[00:19:56] And this is the same government, the same USDA, that pays farmers to set land aside and not grow crops. They are mighty generous with our money, aren't they? So President Trump's team is working on solving this problem with the chicken that they inherited. By raising more chickens to lay more eggs. But it takes time. A chicken doesn't come out of the egg laying eggs.

[00:20:26] They've got to grow up a little bit. Policies like these reveal how federal regulators prioritize the wants of industry lobbyists over the needs of American consumers. The price of eggs isn't an argument against Trump. It's evidence of why this proposed bureaucratic reforms are so badly needed.

[00:20:51] And now, secondly, Trump voters weren't just mad about the price of eggs. They were mad about inflation in general. And they had every right to be. Inflation, he says, during Trump's first stint in office, never hit 3% and remained under 2% for over half of his term. Under Biden, however, it was less than 2% for just one month, you know, when he first took over.

[00:21:21] His first month in office. And then it hit, are you sitting down, put the coffee down, it hit a high of 9.1% in June of 22. The rate dipped back down below 3% during his last few months as president. But that doesn't mean prices went down. They just went up less quickly. Biden could easily have prevented more of the inflation that took place during his term.

[00:21:50] Now, let's move on. And thirdly, he says, Trump is already hard at work to deliver savings for family, American families. President Trump will adopt a whole of government economic approach. That includes energy abundance, tax cuts, deregulation, and a host of other measures.

[00:22:13] Eliminating taxes on tips, Social Security, and overtime will put money in American pockets. Deporting illegal immigrants will drive up working class wages and drive down housing costs, which will also put more money in everyday American pockets. Trump's promise to drill baby drill will bring down the price of energy.

[00:22:40] Savings will also come from sources that are less flashy, but not less significant. And he explains those. Consider refinancing, he says, title insurance, which home buyers are forced to subsidize for lenders. I wonder where that came from. You know, I wonder who forced that. Title insurance typically runs at a 0.5% and 1% of the home prices. No small amount.

[00:23:08] And is included in closing costs as a one-time payment. A new pilot program, the Biden did everything in his power to kill, was the insurance lobbyist's behest. Allows automatic title risk assessments from some refinances, increasing transparency and competition in the market.

[00:23:29] Anyway, a savings that can be $1,500 for some households, which is not a small amount raising a family. Anyway, we're going to continue with this for just a little bit and then we're going to move on to the federal judges. Because I think they deserve a little credence. We'll be right back.

You're listening to CSETalk Radio. This is Beth Ann.

[00:28:08] Now, we've had a listener from New Mexico asking me to repeat that number. So, the number to call your representatives, no matter where you are in the United States, I don't have her personal phone number. I have the congressional phone number. And that number will get you to her. It's 202-224-3121.

[00:28:34] That's 202-224-3121. Give her a call and tell her to knock it off, that she needs to go with the flow. The people of the United States have chosen President Donald Trump. Excuse me. We knew ahead of time that he was going to have doge, and that's what we want. We want the bureaucrats under control. They are out of control, my friends. Out of control.

[00:29:01] And it's time that we set these representatives and senators straight. You to boss, not them. You to boss. 2-0-2-2-2-4-3121. All right. Going on with this. President Trump's administration is relentlessly turning over every rock. I love it. To unleash policies that will put downward pressure on prices.

[00:29:28] If the past is prologue, real wages rose over $6,000 during Trump's first term back in 2016, while falling some $2,000 under Biden's. Now, get that. Get that. Everything with Biden went backwards. Went downhill. They hate America. They hate Americans. But they love bureaucrats.

[00:29:55] And we are going to talk about what those bureaucrats are up to. Reversing four years of economic malpractice will take time to reverse. This is Charlie Kirk saying this. But the building blocks of America's next great low inflation, high wage growth boom have already been laid. And soon enough, so will the eggs. And that's what has, you know, the price of eggs in China.

[00:30:24] I don't know if anybody else said that a lot when they were kids, but we used to throw that little verse out once in a while. Get in trouble for it. Anyway. So we have these federal judges. I'm going to hit on this for just a little bit. And then we're going to talk about this bureaucracy. So this one just came in yesterday.

[00:30:46] A federal judge is skeptical of efforts to block Musk's doge from assessing data and firing employees. And this is coming from Fox News editor Carrie Urban. And she was on the Faulkner Focus. So a federal judge expressed her or his. It's her. It's Tanya. It's Tanya Shutkan. Shutkan.

[00:31:15] C-H-U-T-K-A-N. We all saw her before. She was one of the judges that went against Trump during some of those federal cases against him. During the New York case and some of these others. There is no greater threat to democracy than the accumulation of state powers in the hands of a single unelected individual. Now they're talking about Doge and Elon Musk. And then it said, because this came in late last evening, that this is a developing story.

[00:31:45] And they'll have more later. First of all, we are not a democracy. Write it down. Pin it down. Write it 100 times on the chalkboard. Whatever it takes. I don't care if you're a Republican. I don't care if you're a Democrat, a Libertarian. The American Constitution of the United States is a constitutional republic, not a democracy. Yes, we have some democratic policies.

[00:32:14] But we are a, I almost said democracy, constitutional republic. The difference is, democracies go to the polls and they vote their representatives and such in. And then these representatives and such can do whatever they want. But in a constitutional republic, that constitution is a contract between the elected officials who work for the people and us.

[00:32:43] We hold the contract. We hold the contract. We are the employers. They are the employees. They are not elite. Yet they believe themselves to be. We have put them in an honored position to represent us. Not vice versa. They owe us respect. They do not need to talk down to us, call us deplorables or whatever the case may be, rubes. We are their boss. And that's why you should put that phone number on the wall.

[00:33:14] 202-224-3121. We are not a democracy. Everybody says this, and it's wrong. All right. Secondly, this is my opinion on this article. All those blue states appointed federal judges are unelected, just like they claim that Elon is.

[00:33:40] Overwhelmingly elected was Donald J. Trump to clean up Dodge and to use Doge to do it. So Doge is cleaning up Dodge. We should just call him Wyatt Earp. That's what we should call him, Wyatt Earp. Anyway, so today there's a little more on this article, on this judge. So I thought I would share it.

[00:34:01] The U.S. District Judge appointed, not elected, Tanya Shutkin, who gained prominence, if you remember, because of the failed lawfare. Now, she got, she okayed the case of immunity, or not okayed it. She agreed that Trump did not have immunity. And the Supreme Court overruled her and said, oh, yes, a president does have immunity.

[00:34:29] So how many times, this is just a question from Beth, how many times should these federal judges get shot down by the Supreme Court justices before they are no longer significant? I mean, they got egg on their face, don't they? Isn't that the old expression, they got egg on their face? Shuka denied Trump's claim of presidential immunity, and then the Supreme Court put it down. So here she is, she's going to make this decision on Doge.

[00:34:58] And I think she might be a little nervous about it. She hasn't made the decision yet, but history shows that she probably will go against Donald J. Trump. All right. Federal judges have authority in their district. And I guess you can come outside the district and a federal judge, if you land in their court, they have authority. But all these federal judges are not in the Constitution. That is something that has sprung up.

[00:35:30] It's been here for a long time. But I guess it's kind of like the story of Moses when he left Egypt, and he had all these people to take care of, and he was the only one there to listen to their whining and their crying and their complaining and their charges against one another. And his father-in-law gave him the wise advice to get a panel of judges to take care of that. You shouldn't have all this burden on you. And that's what ended up, I think, happening. Kind of a story there.

[00:36:00] I don't know. So this is written by Christopher Roach. He's on American Greatness. And he says, Don't let up. The swamp's resistance is finally stirring. Oh, you could just see them. They're like ants once you kicked an anthill, and they're just going everywhere. He said, Trump's team is cutting off funding and status, ensuring the old elite cannot regroup. We can't let them regroup, folks.

[00:36:26] This is a counter-revolution, not just a change in power. This is a restoration of our republic. And even President Donald Trump keeps saying democracy, and I wish he would stop it. Trump's second term is going well, Christopher says. He is accomplishing a lot, getting his appointees placed in key positions and maintaining public support.

[00:36:52] The entire administration is completely focused and disciplined, which is a marked contrast to the first term. Now, let me guess. Let me say that in his first term, he had a lot of the swamp.

[00:37:08] And while I really thought Pompeo did a good job as Secretary of State, do you realize that Pompeo is the one who talked President Trump out of releasing the evidence of all of what happened with the assassination of John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.? I'm not, Robert F. Kennedy. Pompeo talked him out of that. Pompeo used to work for the CIA.

[00:37:35] Hey, we've had a swamp for a long time. Even people that we thought we could trust, Trump could not. And there were many of them in the bureaucratic departments, all these alphabetical departments that were working against everything he did and they would not do it. I had a boss one time. It's kind of a very painful story for me to tell.

[00:38:05] But he wanted to get me in trouble and he wanted to get me fired. This was in a church. And so he gave me a sticky note. But he hid it under a large stack of papers on my desk. And then he went and told the personnel committee I wasn't doing his job. I wasn't doing my job and I didn't obey when he wanted me to get tickets for him to go with this group that they were sending out.

[00:38:34] It was a missionary group. He had told me weeks and weeks before, I'm not going on this trip. I don't want to go on this trip. The bureaucrats are burying Trump's or in his first term. They buried what he told them to do and they didn't do it. They worked against the president of the United States. So how are we going to turn this around? He's doing a great job right now. Doge is fantastic. Doge is going to go in there. They're going to clean it up.

[00:39:03] They're going to expose all of this. And this is in this article. It's rather lengthy. I'm going to go fast and give you as much as I can. And we have returned to listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Bethann. We're in the final segment of today's show. It's the fastest hour of the day if you've just joined us.

[00:43:46] Also, if you're still listening from New Mexico, I would like for you to give us a call in the office today at 573-796-2166. That's 573-796-2166. If you've got a moment, I'd like to visit with you just a little bit. I'm curious as to how you're listening, if you're just listening on Facebook or Shortwave. And we used to have a station in that area that carried us. I say in that area, in that state. I don't know which area of New Mexico she's in.

[00:44:16] But we do have a need to grow the show as far as where we're heard. And there's just two of us here. And it has been extremely difficult. So if you are in an area and you think you'd like to have a local radio station carrying the show, let them know. We're free to carry. We offer commercial time for those stations.

[00:44:40] It's the old-time way we did radio, and maybe that's why we're not growing because we just don't have any money to pay them. So here we go. At first when Trump was elected, everything was kind of going really slow, and everybody was just curious. We were all sitting back, oh, what's going to happen? In fact, I think it was more than he said boredom in this article. I'm going to disagree with him.

[00:45:03] We were all concerned of what the administration of Biden's administration was going to pull before inauguration of Trump. So we're all kind of holding our breath. But now that Trump has started, everybody's excited. And some of them are not excited in a good way.

[00:45:38] Now, it's not so much the publishing websites. I understood he wanted to take a website down that was in one of these organizations, and they ought all been out of shape. Well, if one president can put it up, why can't the next president put it down? Kind of like an executive order. Bum, bum, bum, bum, bum. Yo, yo, yo, yo. Yo, yo politics. I'm done with yo, yo politics. We need to stick strictly to the Constitution. The first, maybe our legislators should read it.

[00:46:08] If any judge can unilaterally undo any policy he doesn't like for the flimsiest of reasons, we do not have either self-governance or a Constitution. This will have to be resolved soon. And I got a big kick out of this. I had to read this to Rudy this morning because, was it last week when I did this, I did a sub stack and I titled it Whack-A-Mole.

[00:46:36] So this guy is saying this needs to be resolved soon, that playing whack-a-mole by appealing these lawsuits decisions one at a time is probably not the best way to handle them. He says, I confess, I don't have the answer so. We should be creative and consider statutory limits on federal district court jurisdictions over such matters at the very least, as well as impeachment.

[00:47:05] I believe in impeachment of these judges. And I believe there is somebody in the House of Representatives that is working on that. It takes them a long time to work on a bill, doesn't it? Defenders of the status quo is what we're seeing. Foreign aid has always been unpopular and many people are appalled by the scale of waste, fraud and abuse revealed under the USAID umbrella.

[00:47:32] In other words, ordinary people do not see the value in 100 times their annual salary going to disinformation research in the Dominion Republic or the LGBTQ operas in Colombia. Did you know that the head of the federally funded Kennedy Center was making $1.5 million a year?

[00:47:59] Trump's taking that over for free. There's many examples of this. And he gives one that's called the Vera Institute. And he says it transforms criminal, legal, and immigration system so that money doesn't determine freedom. Few people are incarcerated, fewer people, and everyone behind bars is treated with dignity. Well, that's except for J6ers and Trump.

[00:48:26] In other words, this operation promotes soft on crime leftism using Department of Justice grants in order to undermine federal enforcement efforts and move, and both sides of the equation are funded by tax dollars. The head of the organization is Nicholas Turner.

[00:48:47] He's paid $550,000 a year for running this racket, up from already, he used to get $396,000 two years ago. And his subordinates are making $200,000 to $300,000 a year.

[00:49:07] The fiction behind these inflated salaries is that somehow no one could do the job for anything less than $150,000. I mean, they just can't do it for $150,000, and that's ridiculous. We're running out of time. But I think you get the idea here. We have this three branches of government. Legislative. That's Congress. Congress includes the Senate and the House of Representatives.

[00:49:37] We have the executive branch. That is the presidential branch. He is the chief executive, commander-in-chief over the military, and he is supposed to enforce the laws which are written by Congress. And then we have the judicial branch, which is the Supreme Court. They are the ones who will make the decision.

[00:50:05] But in the meantime, the left have slowed things down, and all these alphabet directors and departments can start doing whatever they do to hide the evidence from Doge. 202-224-3121. A constitutional republic is consent of the governed.

[00:50:30] It's the people who govern, and a republic only works if the people are paying attention and working it. And, my friends, is how we will bring America home. God bless you. Home. Home. Home. At CSC Talk Radio, there's always more to say than can fit into the show's four segments. But did you know there's a fifth segment? Do we weep for liberty which we have lost?

[00:51:52] Or do we simply not understand the substance and sacrifice for which we were once privileged? Liberty. Webster defines liberty as the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's life, behavior, or political views. Today we seem to want restrictions. Government micromanaging our lives? But do we realize the cost? Alexander Hamilton once stated,

[00:52:19] There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty that makes human nature rise above itself in acts of bravery and heroism. As a republic, we the people must guard the liberty of others. We must continue the enthusiasm that will make men free. Visit CSCTalkradio.com, where Bethann puts enthusiasm and common sense back into American liberty as she brings America home.
