3587 – February 25, 2025 – Because They Care – Because they give a D, they truly care, we know they care because they dress up really really nice and richly, and then they give speeches (others write for them) and they tell us how very much they care…. That they give a D…. AND the implication is that you and I do not give a D or care! BUT they in Hollywood… OH BTW, did you know that George Clooney feels “duped” by Barack Obama after the 2024 election. Clooney was a top fundraiser for Joe Biden and played a key role in Biden’s decision to drop out of the presidential race. After Donald Trump won the election, Clooney was upset that Obama didn’t support him.

Clooney who gives a D, apparently wasn’t paying attention TOO much!! SO he gave lots of MONEY to Joe and because he trusted Barack and the shadow government. Who do these STARS believe they are? They play act… is there anything serious about them? ARE they all so rich now that communism and Marxism is attractive so long as it only affects us simpletons… and not them… they are good with it all… BUT… they hate TRUMP and they cannot tell you why.

[00:00:01] Hey, where are you going? I gotta get home. America, it's time to come home. It's time to come home! By bringing common sense back into the nonsense. Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home. Down this dirt road, you're going to find determination and grit, opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment.

[00:00:28] And now, the woman that wishes the DC occupiers would stop making her use her mom voice. Do not make me come down there. Here's your host, and the voice of common sense, Beth Ann. And I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio. It is my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you today. So we're going to go to the Lord in prayer, first off, like we always do. And I think I've got some fun things for you today. Sometimes it's just nice to have some fun.

[00:00:58] And then we'll get serious. We do have some serious news as well. But something fun to, well, just to give you a little hint. I told Rudy, we're naming today's show Monday Memories. And it doesn't mean just memories on Monday. It's just Monday and memories. And they both start with an M, so that's the way I did it. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. For such a time as this, O Most Gracious Heavenly Father, we do thank you for the memories that we have as we grew up in this nation.

[00:01:27] Things that we hold dear and think about. Things we love to share with our grandchildren or our children or our great-grandchildren. Just to let them know we had it tougher than them. But, Father, we thank you for the things that we have enjoyed and the opportunities we have had in this nation. Because this nation was built on your laws. We've strayed, Father.

[00:01:55] There's no other way to say it other than we have strayed. So may your children who come together this morning, I pray. May we be bold enough to go out and restore those things. Not to live in the past, but to restore that foundation that held this nation up for so long. And that foundation is you.

[00:02:23] Father, as you have commanded me to, I pray for your protection around President Donald J. Trump and all those that are helping him. His administration. I pray for the protection of his family. And, Father, this nation, while the people are gathering together, keep us safe. For the evil one is out there, and he wants to harm every one of your children.

[00:02:53] He wants to stop us from praying. But we will continue to pray and acknowledge you as the one and only true God. For such a time as this, I pray all these things. In Jesus' name. Amen. There are lots of things going on since President Trump became president and started his job to restore America.

[00:03:24] Bring us back to that constitutional republic. It's rather exciting if you're an American who actually cares about this nation and cares about freedom and cares about the country and cares about the Constitution and cares about independence. But if you're not, you're freaking out. You're one of those that is freaking out right now because what you have known as norm is changing. Now, the freaking out of the politicians is that they've been caught.

[00:03:55] And we're going to see more of that, or at least I hope we do. Now, Mark Levin, you know I always talk about him on Monday because I watch him on Sunday and Saturday. Sometimes I don't get to watch him on Saturday, but I pre-record it or I record it so that I can watch it later on Sunday when I actually start thinking about today with you. But Mark Levin had two great shows this weekend. And if you have the capability or the ability to find them online,

[00:04:25] I encourage you to at least listen to the monologues of both of his shows. He praised President Trump for what he's attempting to do and what he is doing. And never before in our lifetime, he said, and I'm telling you, have we actually had a president ready and willing to dismantle the hidden government that is destroying our nation.

[00:04:53] Those who are in this hidden government and who are holding rallies and chanting and cursing and singing, please stop the singing. They're ignoring our Constitution. They established this and they ignored our Constitution. And it didn't just happen with the Biden administration. This has been going on through many administrations, including Republican administrations. But they ignore the Constitution and they just out and out lie

[00:05:23] on every level to the American people. Now, I'm going to share something with you. It's going to be fun. But let's think about things here for just a moment. What I'm going to share with you is going to take you back in time to probably your childhood. So we're calling it Monday Memories. We were taught growing up to respect our elders, to respect authority.

[00:05:49] Teachers, policemen, ministers, bus drivers, all adults were to be treated with respect. And you didn't sass back. If you didn't behave on a school bus, at least where I was growing up, you'd get a pink slip from the driver. After three pink slips, you couldn't ride the bus again. Your parents were going to have to take you to school or you're going to be walking or taking a taxi. And that was just the way it was. But there is a lack of respect

[00:06:18] for others these days. Since when is it okay for congressional members to stand before the cameras and curse and call the President of the United States names? Why was it okay in 2012 when Democrat congressional members had a sit-in protesting against the Second Amendment when they just took an oath to protect that right? Why is it okay for elected officials to lie to us? We make jokes about it.

[00:06:48] For the media to lie to us and hide information from we the people. Let me explain this to you. That is not what the First Amendment free speech is about. That's not what it protects. Last I heard, lying in court, perjury is punishable by time in jail and fines and other things. Adam Schiff spread lies and slandered the President of the United States

[00:07:16] yet nothing was done about him. In fact, ignoring what he had done, California rewarded him and he is now a senator. And he is still lying and he is still slandering. America has lost our moral grounding, our foundation. I wrote a poem a few years ago, well last year actually, I Want to Go Home. It was just reminiscent of a time

[00:07:45] that we have left behind. I also wrote years before that, I think it was during the COVID years, isn't that strange that we have to use that as a timeline? America's Field of Dreams. It was also reminiscent of a time gone by when American life was simple and mostly safe, friendly with neighbors, et cetera. But this morning, I was reading a substack by John Droze. Now we've had him on the air several times. I really respect this man, his scientist.

[00:08:15] And it took me back. He titled it Putting Things in Perspective. And I thought you'd enjoy some of his memories as we all have similar ones, I'm sure. So get your cup of coffee out and we're going to go down memory lane of American life. So I'm only about a little more than a half a minute from going into a break here. So just to give you

[00:08:45] a little teaser, I want you to go back in the time that you were growing up. I want you to think about things you did back then. We've all heard the songs, you know, talking about how we survived drinking out of the garden hose and those kind of things. But there's more to it than that. And it is fun to reminisce and to think back about things. So heat up that cup of coffee, put down

[00:09:14] that newspaper. I like to still think you're sitting there reading a newspaper even though you're probably reading your phone. And let's go down memory lane. It's going to be fun and then we'll get to the news. Because I think knowing our foundation and where we came from is extremely important to know where we're going. Got a goal? Let's go down memory lane. We'll call it Monday Memories. You're listening to

[00:09:44] CSE Talk Radio. This is Beth Ann. We'll be right back. The American Crisis continues. The reviews are in. This is a book worth reading. A book that lays out both the fundamental issues and offers a solution. The American Crisis continues informed me about the battle

[00:10:13] between good and evil. It inspired me to get involved in the author's quest to bring America home to God, family, and country. At a time in history when America is being attacked from within by those who have a secular socialist view of America, this book quenched my thirst for a perspective of the America I know and love. Learn about America's founding principles. How do the grievances in 1776 compare to us today? Knowledge is the key defense

Our works will be exposed by fire which will reveal the foundation of our building. Figuratively speaking, have we been building

[00:11:11] with wood, hay, and stubble which are perishable? Or have we been using gold, silver, and precious stones which are permanent? In this life, there will be a day of judgment for our failing economic system. When the economy collapses, will your assets be in paper which will burn? Or will you have a permanent foundation of gold and silver securing your assets? Fiat dollars are IOUs from the government but gold and silver are the tangible assets that protect your wealth. I hope you didn't think,

[00:13:10] well, I wanted news, Beth. I didn't want... We are going to get to the news. But I think it's important that we know our foundation. And it's a little fun to go back for us old folks and remember things. Now, when I moved from the city in Raytown, Missouri, where I grew up, the girls, when you got into junior high, they didn't call it middle school, they called it junior high and high school, you had P.E. classes.

[00:13:40] I don't even know if they have P.E. classes anymore. But the girls, not the guys, were required to wear a certain gym clothes. So you had to buy them. And they were the original onesies. They were shorts. They had a sleeve in them, a short sleeve. They either snapped or zipped up the front. Mine, I think, snapped up the front. And they were white.

[00:14:09] But when I came down to the country, they just wore shorts and a T-shirt. So those were the original onesies, in my opinion. And we had to wear them in gym class. So that was my memory and I've got a few others I've thrown in here. But he says in this, he said, every so often it's a good idea to step back to see if we have things in proper perspective. With the daily whiplash of modern society, it's easy to lose our bearings. Let's have a quick

[00:14:39] reset. And in with each one of these, I don't know if you saw these this morning, Rudy. He had it in the email. This is his sub stack. He had a picture with each one of these memories. I kind of cut them out so I didn't have to print so many papers. A quarter was a decent allowance. And it was actually made with real silver. Do you remember that? You'd reach into a muddy gutter for a copper penny. And apparently, I don't remember

[00:15:08] looking for this particular one, you'd look to see if it was a 1943 silver penny. penny. I didn't realize they had silver pennies. Your family's car windshield was cleaned, oil checked, and gas pumped without asking. That was called the full service. Rudy used to work at a full service, didn't you? I did. I enjoyed that job very much. My car's right out here. It was all free.

[00:15:38] That full service was all free every time. And you got trading stamps. Now, I brought in my green stamps here a while back, a few years ago. I still have some green stamps. I thought, well, maybe they'd be worth something on eBay or something. They're not. Free glasses, et cetera. Besides, he said, and if you needed air for the tires, it was also free. You didn't have to put a quarter in a machine to get air in your tire. And he has a picture, Rudy,

[00:16:07] of an old-time pumps and station there. Yeah, that was maybe a little before my time. Yeah, maybe. I don't know. You're pretty old. Schools graded based on merit. Getting a 90-plus was an A. Actually, we had E, S, M, and C. And F. F is always F. F is no matter what. And that was on your report card, he said. And it meant that you were not only very intelligent,

[00:16:37] but you worked hard. Also, schools threatened to keep kids back a year if they failed, and then they did it. By the way, this is my actual eighth-grade picture. He had a pic there. They were all in uniform. He went to a Catholic school, and he said, one nun, and they had no discipline problems. She was a heck of a nun, wasn't she? Having a weapon in school meant being caught with a pea shooter. And he shows a box of straws here. Now, I remember I didn't shoot

[00:17:07] any of those. I thought they were disgusting and nasty, but I'm pretty sure Rudy did. Spitwads. Oh, yeah. And it was a paper straw, wasn't it? I actually pulled the ink cartridge out of those Bic pens with my teeth. He went high-tech. Yeah. He went high-tech with his spitwads. And I still have the chipped tooth right in front to prove it. Oh, is that how you chipped your tooth? That's how I did. Okay. Having cigarettes in school meant candy cigarettes. Well, I know better than that. I know when you got into junior high and high school, some of the boys,

[00:17:37] more so than the girls, I'm sure the girls did it too. They'd sneak out behind somewhere where they thought they couldn't be seen and they'd smoke a cigarette or underneath the bleachers. Being sent to the principal's office was nothing compared to the fate that awaited the misbehaving student at home. How would he know that if they didn't have any misbehaving in that Catholic school? We were in fear of our lives, but it wasn't because of drive-by shootings, drugs, gangs, etc. Our parents

[00:18:07] and our grandparents were a much tougher, bigger threat. But he says, we survived because their love was greater than their threat. And it was considered a great privilege to be taken out to dinner with your parents, even if it was just to get fast food. I wouldn't know this. We never got taken out to dinner. Mom and Dad just did not do that. I do remember one time, we still lived in Raytown and we bought the little place there in Jamestown. And it was me,

[00:18:36] my younger brother and my daddy. For some reason, Mama didn't go. I know she had back trouble. I don't know if that was when she just got over a surgery and the older kids weren't there. But Dad had to check on something. And when we came back, we stopped somewhere. I'm thinking it was Tipton or Sedalia. I don't know. But it was a drive-thru. We didn't go in and they brought food out and Dad got some of those little petite sandwiches or something. I was kind of a picky eater though. Really was a picky eater. Remember TV shows like Howdy Doody

[00:19:05] and the Peanut Gallery? The Lone Ranger was one of my favorites. Lassie, Rin Tin Tin, Fury, and my friend Flicka, Gabby Hayes? I also loved Zorro. That was a series. Think back to summers filled with bike rides. Hula hoops. I never got one. I tried to use my mother's wooden hoop for quilting. It just wasn't the same. Plus, it had that little mott and the bolt or whatever, the screw on the side

[00:19:35] would hit your hip every time you went around. You visited the pool. We didn't get to do that when I was a kid. We were pretty homebodies. An eating Kool-Aid powder with sugar. I didn't do that. And lying back on your back in the grass with your friends. Like I said, I grew up in Kansas City area in Raytown. So we did have a few neighbors. Unfortunately, most of them were boys. But the preacher,

[00:20:05] the parsonage to the Methodist church was across the street and he had all girls. And I was friends with his oldest girl, Patty. But did you ever lay in the grass and look up in the sky and imagine what the clouds were? I loved doing that. And this is still a fond memory for me. And, yep, I have the desire to still do that and maybe this will be the year. I always manage

[00:20:35] not to find the time where the clouds are not there. You've got to have a few clouds that day. Not raining. Catching fireflies. Now, my grandchildren love to do this. That would happily occupy an evening. Playing baseball with no adults to help us with the rules of the game. Soda pop machines that dispensed glass bottles. And he shows the old Coca-Cola machine here. Home milk delivery.

[00:21:05] I do remember that when we lived in Raytown in Kansas City. I remember that when we lived out on Bales in Kansas City. With cardboard stoppers. They had the cardboard. They didn't work newsreels before the movie. I do not remember that because we never went to the movies. Telephone numbers with a word prefix like Redwood 2601. Well, mine was Fleming 32120 or something like that.

[00:21:33] Fleming 32120 and there was another number Fleming 31277. It made sense when I typed them out here. We lived in Raytown, Missouri so it was Fleming. And we had two because Daddy went into business. He was a piano tuner and so one was that. A 45 RPM records. 78 RPM records. And race meant arguing about who run the fastest. Taking drugs

[00:22:03] meant orange flavored chewable aspirins. I don't even know if they still make those orange. Mom never knew to buy them. She just bought the adult aspirins and cut it in half. War was a card game. Did you play war? I don't even remember how to do that. It wasn't odd to have two or three best friends. Spinning around, getting dizzy and falling down was the cause for a lot of giggles. Did you ever do that? We called that plane helicopter.

[00:22:32] We just did it. We didn't call it anything but yeah, that was a hoot. Oh, I still do it if I wouldn't break when I fell down. Baseball cards in the spokes transformed any bike into a motorbike. That was my favorite thing ever. Now we didn't have too many baseball cards but we would cut up like a Cheerios box into this. And mom would get a little upset when her clothespins clips were missing because we used them on the spokes. The worst embarrassment was being picked last for a team. Okay, skinny little short Beth

[00:23:01] was last a lot of times. Water balloons were the ultimate weapon and so with all our progress don't you just wish just once in a while you could slip back in time and savor the slow pace and share it with your children of today. You know, it's fun to go back. He's got a few more here. It's fun to go back. Perhaps we don't want to live in that time. Well, maybe we do.

[00:23:31] I'm going to put playing cards on my bicycle spokes the next time I ride with your brother. I want to see that. All right, you're listening to CSE Talk Radio. We're going to start going into reality now. I hope you had some fun. We'll be right back.

We've complained a lot about the weather lately. We've got... It's cloudy, but it's going to be in the 60s today after we had all the teens and below zeros last week. That's what you get in the winter.

[00:28:24] Well, we went down that memory lane and I'm sure you have even more memories than what we had mentioned. Perhaps we can't and shouldn't live in the past. But there are some valuable things, lessons, we should never, ever leave behind. And we should teach our children and our grandchildren and our great-grandchildren. And we should invest in their futures by providing solid,

[00:28:52] characteristic foundations like respect, telling the truth, imaginary, homemade fun, friends, not gangs. You know, my kids had neighborhood friends and they'd get together and play ball and ride their bikes and I was telling Rudy when we were off the air there. I said, we used to also, besides putting the little card

[00:29:22] on our spokes, my brother Tommy and I would go up and down the street in opposite directions and you had to hold something out with your hand and then that was just too easy so we started doing it with our teeth. And you had to get close enough to get it out of the other person's mouth. Yeah, I did that. We were pretty good at it. And then I think we got in trouble and I had to quit. I don't remember.

[00:29:52] I don't remember. I wonder if he even remembers that. He remembers playing Hot Hands with me but he's older than me and I usually was destroyed but he went away with red too. So, all right, back to the news. New York City's Roosevelt Hotel is clearing out the aliens. The illegal aliens are leaving on Monday. Today, New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced that the iconic Roosevelt Hotel which has since been converted

[00:30:21] to a shelter for illegal aliens will be expelling its illegal population in the next few months. Months? Why not this week? I guess maybe Holman's not there yet. As soon as we get Holman there they can just let them out and they'll all stand there. I wouldn't give them a month's notice because then they can all scatter and hide but that's just me. Mayor Adams released a video message in which he described the coming evictions as a milestone for the Big Apple. New York has been

[00:30:51] one of the largest sanctuary cities in the country dedicated to allowing in as many illegals as possible in defiance of federal immigration law but in more recent years even the Democrat mayor has begun to turn against the open border policy and that's what got him in trouble with Joe Biden because he went up to Joe and said Joe hey this is too much and then they went after him. Now if you listen to Greg Kelly and I like Greg Kelly a lot on Newsmax he's on at

[00:31:23] 8 o'clock in the evenings central time he didn't like Mayor Adams he's from New York his dad was he was the police commissioner there I believe at one point in time and Mayor Adams has done some things in the past he's just not a likable guy and so he wasn't happy when Trump was commuting him or pardoning him or whatever it was he's doing

[00:31:52] but it's definitely that he was gone after because of his he said this is more than I can handle I can't handle anymore and he tried to get Joe to stop and Joe went after him because that's what Joe does now turning the subject to a time in our lives we all seem you know they used to laugh at me because I would judge a timeline by each pregnancy because I had five pregnancies and well that was before so and so

[00:32:22] was born or that was when after so and so was born but it seems like America is always judging everything pre-COVID or post-COVID but Massey on the COVID vaccine is saying the FDA should immediately revoke the approval of those shots Congressman Thomas Massey has called upon the Food and Drug Administration to revoke its approval of the COVID-19 vaccines that he says the agency cut corners to approve and we

[00:32:52] know they did he's got evidence that they did during a House Judiciary Committee hearing in June last year Massey shared testimony from Dr. Marion Gruber the former director of the FDA's vaccine office regarding conversations concerning vaccine efficacy that she had with Dr. Peter Marks the agency's top vaccine regulator in those emails Gruber called for more testing among

[00:33:22] especially pediatric males 12 to 17 over concerns about the serious side effects like myocarditis and pericarditis but Marks allegedly pressured her to compress the schedule as much as possible to get the vaccines license so they could be mandated so they mandated a vaccine that had not been fully tested they already had warnings that it was causing trouble with

[00:33:51] young men in particular so we'll have to see how this goes out I'm interested in seeing how how our new secretary Bobby Kennedy is going to handle that but I'm pretty sure he's going to go after them we know we saw some information I want to say it was in 2023 where the FDA was in cahoots with Pfizer and some of those and they were sharing information and they were hiding

[00:34:21] information from the American people and it was the FDA that's supposed to be guarding you do you remember going back down memory lane when they weren't allowed to advertise drugs on TV or lawyers I mean they called it something else back then do you remember that I pull into the grocery store here in this little town and there's a cash giveaway place I say you reckon they really give away

[00:34:51] cash well they do but it's with a really high interest rate in other words our they they they force it high interest rate what do they call that yes you know what they call it we'll figure

[00:35:21] it out loan sharking I know I'd come up with it loan sharking all right so this is coming from several different federal agencies apparently one of them is the new FBI director that is telling their people not to obey musk at this point in time several federal agencies and unions are telling workers to buck Elon Musk's email directive telling them to account for the work they have done for the past week even though Musk said

[00:35:51] nothing said not answering will be taken as a resignation so apparently one of them that's in on this now he just got confirmed he just took his oath on Friday is Kash Patel the new FBI director and over the weekend just yesterday Trump appointed Dan Bongino to be the deputy director of the FBI now those two are going to be a force to reckon with I

[00:37:08] to a server factory in Houston, which will be in 2026, and manufacturing academia in Detroit, and also including Arizona, California, Iowa, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, and Washington will be receiving investments for expansion. So this is good news, but the phones are still going to be made in China.

[00:42:04] And we have returned. You're listening to CSC Talk Radio. This is Beth, and I have two articles here about Ukraine and Zelensky. Zelensky has a problem. I won't tell you what my husband said his problem was, but he has a problem. Mark Wayne Mullen. Senator Mark Wayne Mullen, he's a Republican from Oklahoma, said during an interview over the weekend

[00:42:29] that the U.S. told Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky before Russia ever invaded in 2022 that he needed to have negotiations with Russians to prevent a war from happening. He said he'd been warned plenty. He said, you know, I think that what President Trump was meaning, not think, I know what he was meaning,

[00:42:52] is we gave Zelensky multiple warnings that three, that there needed to be negotiations before the war even started. And President Trump is absolutely correct. If he was in office, the war would never have happened, would never have taken place. I want a little observation there. When I hear President Trump say that, the first couple of times, I was just bragging.

[00:43:19] But I think he's melancholy about it, because I think he still believes, and I do too, that he actually won that 2020 election. And if he had been president, hundreds of thousands of people would not have died in that war. I think his heart aches for them. What we're trying to do, and what President Trump is trying to do, is end the killing.

[00:43:49] It's been going on for three years. The Biden administration turned a blind eye to it. In fact, I think they patted him on the back for it. And President Trump is the president that can end the war. There, fact, fact and simple. But, let's move on. That Zelensky is not happy. I don't think he wants the war to end. Now, I saw another article, which I did not print off,

[00:44:17] where he's ready to step down as president if that would end the war. Well, that's not going to end the war. That's just stupid talk. He's a terrible president, though. He really is. Sources present at a meeting between Zelensky and Besant in Kiev say the Ukrainian leader was very angry at the prospect of refunding American taxpayers for their assistance

[00:44:44] and could be heard shouting at the U.S. Treasury Secretary through the heavy doors of his presidential office. According to the Financial Times, Zelensky's own team says he is thin-skinned and can react poorly to criticism. Now, what he's upset about, and this is the one reason I wanted you to listen to Mark Levin's monologues on both Saturday and Sunday.

[00:45:14] And if you can't, maybe we will get those printed off. Maybe we can do that and make them available for you. Because I think they're important. He made some great points, points that I didn't realize. But Ukraine is a vast resource, natural resources, of these minerals that need to be mined. What do they call them?

[00:45:43] The rare earth minerals? And more. Even gold. So Trump wants the rights, the mineral rights, in exchange for what we have paid them. Billions upon billions of dollars. And Zelensky don't want to do it. And I'm thinking, okay, then give us the billions and billions of dollars back. Now that's putting it lightly.

[00:46:10] But Zelensky, this is Vice President Vance that's saying that. God, I've got to quit doing that. Vance that's saying that. Zelensky is getting really bad advice. And I don't know from whom. He said he's not dealing with Joe Biden and the Biden administration anymore. He's dealing with Donald Trump and the Trump administration.

[00:46:37] And he said, Vice President Vance said, Zelensky's attack on Trump is disgraceful. Now everybody wants to praise Zelensky saying he was a great president and all that. But he wasn't. And it's not a free country. It never has been. I don't think it's been a free country. I don't know from when. But if you remember, and I think Zelensky is a failure. I think he failed his people. He failed in this war. He's lost the war, folks.

[00:47:06] So he does have to make some kind of concessions. It's just going to happen. That's the hard, cold facts. America's not going to go in there and win this war for him. But remember when it first started? He had to distribute rifles, ARs, to Ukrainian citizens to defend themselves against attacks, Russian attacks. It was not a free nation.

[00:47:34] And Zelensky seems to be a thankless, thankless little dictator. But as this article is stated earlier, he isn't dealing with Joe Biden anymore. We have a real president now. So what's different? We're talking about Doge and we're talking about all the things that they're finding.

[00:48:00] I remember telling you back in 2016 when Trump became president that I believe, other than I think Ronald Reagan tried, but I believe he is the first actual working president this nation has seen in decades upon decades. And that scares them to death because he actually wants to run the country constitutionally. Does he fail from time to time?

[00:48:30] Yes, he does. But he's trying to get us back on track. And for that, I will stand behind him. Zelensky is a little dictator. They took billions of dollars from the United States. And how dare him? How dare him? Not be willing to negotiate now for peace with his people.

[00:49:00] Now, I have good news. We're about to close for the day's show. Got all excited yesterday because in the mail came the proof of my book. It was proof that I wrote it. The proof of my book, Wandering Thoughts of a Patriot. This is a fun book. Poems, Ponderings, and Prose with Beth Ann. There's only a couple of serious things in here. Most, well, I've got some serious poetry as well as my silly poetry.

[00:49:23] I have Why Are You Kneeling, Son, which is kind of a takeoff from Why Are You Marching, Son, that John Wayne did. And that was actually written by Robert Mitchum's brother. And I've got When You Pledge Allegiance. I've got some serious stuff. The Sirens, the Rippler of the House, not serious but talking about what they've done. The Green New Deal Meets Uncle Sam. It could have been a book all by itself, I think.

[00:49:53] With illustrations. But I can't afford that. It cost me enough to get the little cartoon character of me on the front of this book. And I hope you'll enjoy it. It's not ready. The e-book is ready. You can go download the e-book if you do that. The paperback will be ready. Rudy and I will get through it this week. And hopefully we'll get the proof on the way with the hardback. Because I think we've done a pretty good job up until now.

[00:50:21] And, yeah, I'm working on another one. But it's a long way from being done. But those of you who ordered this, it'll be coming in in less than a month, I would say. Wouldn't you, Rudy? Because we'll get this taken care of this week and get the real ones done. Not just the proof ones that have. My husband said, what's that stripe across your mouth? And he thought I was going to take my mouth shut. I think he was hoping. Anyway, pinching my nose shut.

[00:53:11] Or do we simply not understand the substance and sacrifice for which we were once privileged? Liberty. Webster defines liberty as the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's life, behavior, or political views. Today we seem to want restrictions. Government micromanaging our lives? But do we realize the cost? Alexander Hamilton once stated,

[00:53:37] There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty that makes human nature rise above itself in acts of bravery and heroism. As a republic, we the people must guard the liberty of others. We must continue the enthusiasm that will make men free. Visit CSCTalkRadio.com, where Beth Ann puts enthusiasm and common sense back into American liberty as she brings America home. We must continue to begin with us. We must continue the time. If we stitch today, if need more support, we will be able to check out this information.
