Bio:
William Norman Grigg is an independent, award-winning investigative journalist and author. For a decade and a half he was a key contributor to The New American magazine.

As Senior Editor at that publication for 12 years, Mr. Grigg covered more than a dozen United Nations conferences and summits, including global summits in Cairo, Egypt and Copenhagen, Denmark. He also did on-site reporting on scores of important stories on numerous subjects.

Mr. Grigg has interviewed prominent world leaders, including former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev and former Costa Rican President Oscar Arias. His investigations of terrorism and international organized crime included interviews with high-ranking officials of the Chinese Communist Party, former operatives of the Soviet KGB, and – long before the group was thrust into the spotlight during the 2008 presidential election – leaders of the New Black Panther Party.

A veteran of numerous national speaking tours and media appearances, Mr. Grigg has also written, co-produced, and been featured in more than a dozen video documentaries. He is the author of five books, most recently Liberty in Eclipse: The War on Terror and the Rise of the Homeland Security State.

Will writes and publishes the Pro Libertate blog (www.freedominourtime.blogspot.com), and is a frequent contributor to LewRockwell.com, the most widely read freedom-oriented website in the world. He also produces the “Liberty Minute,” a one-minute syndicated radio commentary (archived at www.prolibertate.us). He is also a former studio musician, university-level guitar instructor, recording artist, and touring musician.

Mr. Grigg lives in Payette, Idaho along with his wife Korrin and children (William Wallace, Isaiah Athanasius, Jefferson Leonidas, Katrina Antigone, Sophia Faith, and Justus Samuel). With whatever free time he has left, Will enjoys reading, weightlifting, and playing the guitar.
