Scott reviews several current issues, including current Second Amendment-related developments, pending trials of the 9/11 suspects, the signing of the USA Patriot Act extension, pending military policy changes regarding women being stationed on submarines and gay service as efforts at social engineering, the recent grim deficit projections released in a new congressional report, and the campaign efforts of newly-elected US Senator Scott Brown on behalf of Senator John McCain. A brief remembrance and review of the Alamo, which fell on 06 March 1836 wrap up this hour.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guests this hour are Jim and Tricia Feijo
Jim Feijo is a graduate of Springfield College and holds BS degrees in Health, Biology, and Physical Education and an MEd degree in Psychological Services. He taught and coached from 1970-1985. In the early 80�s he began to research the medicinal value of plants and nutrients.

Tricia Feijo is a professional homeopath and holds certificates from The New England School of Homeopathy, a Materia Medica Course, and The Renaissance Institute of Classical Homeopathy. Prior to practicing homeopathy, she was trained and employed as a lab tech in cancer research for several years, and then studied English/Writing at SMU. Tricia also has studied herbs and nutrients for many years, with interest in whole foods and healthful cooking.

Jim and Tricia Feijo founded an organization called Daniel Chapter One® together as a health and healing ministry in the summer of 1986.

Scott and Jim and Tricia discuss their ongoing challenges as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) attempt to destroy their organization and ministry regarding health, healing, and nutrition. They also discuss broader efforts by the national government to control American�s options to choose their own health and nutrition path.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest this hour is Dr. Steve Bonta
A periodic guest on Scott�s radio program, Dr. Bonta is a college professor, author, free lance writer, and political pundit. Scott and Steve normally discuss national and international geo-political events. This week they focus on the European economic crisis, with particular emphasis on the Euro and the pending financial default of Greece and other European nations. They also consider the probable effects of those events on the US economy, including the possible burdens on the US taxpayer, as well as other broad financial implications which are currently impinging upon the United States

First Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott reviews several current issues, beginning with the false doctrine that the U.S. Constitution can be changed by redefining the words which are the Constitution. An analogy is given regarding stable, proper U.S. Constitutional government resulting from following the admonition to build on a rock-solid foundation that will withstand the destructive forces which impinge upon it as opposed to building upon the ever-shifting sands of the proverbial sandy foundation (see Matthew 7:24-27). Lessons are garnered from the current European Union debacle involving Greek financial insolvency and the Euro, and how this \"crisis\" will be leveraged to result in further loss of individual nation\'s sovereignty as the European Union evolves into a true \"European Soviet.\" The parallel is drawn between this European erosion and what will result in the United States if \"regional agreements\" or \"arrangements\" are allowed to follow the trajectory which the European Union followed. The on-going challenges of nationalized health care and cap and trade which continue to face the United States are also considered.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is \"Jimmy from Brooklyn\"
Scott�s guest this week is �Jimmy from Brooklyn.� While Jimmy has spent many hours being interviewed on prominent national radio talk shows, because of what he does, he is very protective of his personal identity and privacy. Jimmy has spent much of his life moving within the American communist movement to better understand and expose its inner-workings upon American society. In spite of ongoing efforts by the �kept� media to convince the world that �communism is dead,� it continues to be a thriving movement and threat to the cause of liberty and proper government..

Scott and Jimmy review the ongoing slide within the United States toward the principles promoted by Karl Marx in the Communist Manifesto. The strategies and tactics being implemented against America are discussed, as well as several books which facilitate a greater understanding of the scope of the challenge. Some of the icons of the communist movement are also introduced and considered.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott considers the lessons of history as he reviews the concerns he has that the United States is on a path that will lead to another unconstitutional undeclared war as the nation\'s leadership decides how to deal with Iran. The White House has recently taken the position that they won\'t rule out war against Iran, and recent U.S. military action against targets in Yemen and Pakistan would predict the president will not follow constitutional protocol if military action against Iran is deemed (by the executive) to be necessary. America must learn the lessons of the past to avoid repeating mistakes, and also avoiding the consequences of those mistakes.

Scott reviews several current issues, including the effort by the federal government to track Americans through their cellular telephones, a recent event in which university students exposed their tendency to support more authoritarian and directive government encroachment in the lives of American citizens, the Constitutional challenge being brought forth which cites US Constitution Article I Section 6 clause 2 in the question as to whether or not Hillary Clinton is constitutionally eligible to be US Secretary of State, the danger of regional economic arrangements in subverting national independence and economic security, recent establishment press releases which promote the man-caused global warming theory as \"incontrovertible,\" and senator John McCain\'s Senate Bill 3002 which (if passed) will dictate which vitamins, minerals, or herbal products will be permitted for use, and in what potency.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Bob Adelmann
Scott�s guest this week is Bob Adelmann. Mr. Adelmann is a graduate of Cornell University with two degrees, including an MBA with a concentration in economics and finance. In 1964 he started an insurance firm. His career path took him from insurance into estate planning, and then into investment and tax planning. In 1984 he was nominated as one of the top ten investment salesmen for a major Wall Street investment firm. Following the stock market crash in October of 1987, Bob started his own investment management company.

He recently sold his last company and now writes for conservative journals, magazines and newspapers including The New American magazine and The Constitutionalist Today newspaper.

Scott and Bob review current national economic issues (the recession, unemployment statistics, pending real estate market challenges, and the questionable evidence promoting the idea that a national economic recovery is under way), as well as some of the people prominent in the current political landscape.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Tragically, the nation no longer commemorates the birthday of George Washington. Few Americans today remember the character and contribution of George Washington, the \"Father of the Country.\" In part because of that, America is loosing its direction and straying into paths that are destructive of the precepts upon which America was established. Washington truly was \"first in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen.\" He was the \"indispensable\" man in the effort to establish the United States as a free and independent nation blessed to live in liberty under a properly and fitly formed government. In this segment Scott pays tribute to George Washington, his life, and contributions. Admonition is given to commemorate his birthday on 22 February and review his noble character.

Scott reviews several current issues, including the move to allow gays to serve openly in the military, the leverage China has over the United States due to our unsound economic policies, the continued effort to subvert the United States into a position subservient to a globalist oligarchy, the proposed \"Enumerated Powers Act\" which is before both the US House and Senate, and pending legislation at the State level which would push back against federal encroachments (including gun legislation and federally mandated \"Real ID\" requirements).

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Dr. Arthur B. Robinson
Scott�s guest this week is Dr. Arthur B. Robinson of the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine. Educated at the California Institute of Technology and the University of California at San Diego, UCSD, Dr. Robinson served as a faculty member of UCSD until co-founding the Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine with Linus Pauling in 1973. In 1981, Dr. Robinson co-founded the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine.

Professor Arthur Robinson carries out laboratory research on a broad spectrum of subjects, and has published research on a wide variety of topics. He also works on the development of home schooling techniques and on the public dissemination of information on civil defense. Approximately 60,000 American children use the Robinson home school curriculum, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency has commended and utilized Robinson work on emergency preparedness. Dr. Robinson also edits the newsletter, Access to Energy.

In recent years, separately from his work at the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, Dr. Robinson has directed the Petition Project, which has obtained the support and signatures of more than 31,000 American scientists for a petition opposed�entirely on scientific grounds�to the hypothesis of \"human-caused global warming.\"

Scott and Dr. Robinson review the issues of human-caused global warming, energy for the nation, and, briefly, emergency preparedness.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott focuses on economic news from the past week, including the proposed \"Jobs\" bill and the issue of ongoing unemployment in the nation. Developments in the stock market during the past week, and the proposed 2011 Budget which was presented during the week are also considered. Points are made regarding projected deficits over the next few years, tax implications, and proposed expenditures. In general, the economic quagmire of the nation is exposed. The solution is to return to the limits and bounds of Constitutional authority as originally established. The fault is not in the Constitution, but in the fact the nation has abandoned the Constitution. No amendments are necessary, we must simply begin again to abide by the United States Constitution.

Scott reviews several current issues, including China\'s threats of sanctions against the United States for arms sales to Taiwan, international efforts to develop regulations to govern financial institutions in the United States, the confirmation of Ben Bernanke to another four year term as Chair of the Fed, and economic indicators such as declines in housing sales, a projected 2010 national budget deficit of $1.35 Trillion, the Senate vote to increase the national debt ceiling by $1.9 Trillion to $14.3 Trillion, and the unrelenting effort to press forward with national health care in spite of voter repudiation of that concept.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is John F. McManus
Scott�s guest this week is John F. McManus. After graduating with a degree in physics, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. After serving three years of active duty, he entered the field of electronics engineering. In 1966 he left the engineering field and accepted full time employment with the John Birch Society. In 1991 Mr. McManus was appointed JBS President, an assignment he continues to fulfill.

The author of several books and numerous articles, John has represented the Society in hundreds of media appearances, spoken from JBS platforms in all 50 states, and written and produced several JBS films and videos. He resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts.

Scott and John review the implications of the recent election in Massachusetts of Scott Brown as a United States Senator. In addition, they consider other current issues such as the recent State of the Union Address and the expansive national debt (which Mr . McManus considers the greatest current threat to the survival of the nation, notwithstanding Al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, terrorism, or any other threat).

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Initially, Scott discusses misunderstandings regarding the founder\'s original intent regarding the scope and bounds of national power as established under the United States Constitution, and the power inherent in \"the people\'s will\" under the Constitution, and how our representative\'s actions are to be bounded by their oath to uphold the United States Constitution, NOT simply their conscience and the people\'s agitation. In the time remaining, the State of the Union Address is discussed, including repeated government bail-outs of big money houses (by placing the burden on the backs of American taxpayers) and financial regulation and fees, efforts to revamp the American economy, continued commitment to health care reform, the proposal to selectively freeze government spending, authorizing ear-mark spending if appropriately publicized, the false premise of a proposal to amend the Constitution to prevent undue influence in elections, etc.

Scott reviews the recent election of Republican Scott Brown of Massachusetts to the United States Senate in a special election which was necessary due to the death of Senator Ted Kennedy. The election is rightfully seen as a repudiation of the current radical agenda being promoted through both the executive and legislative branches. Brown\'s claim to fame is that he would break the 60 vote majority held by the Democrats in the US Senate and that he is committed to vote against the current \"Obama-Care\" legislation. Interestingly, Brown\'s WEB site touts his support for the failing \"Romney-Care\" legislation which was passed by the Massachusetts legislature in 2006 (and which was used as the pattern or blueprint for the current \"Obama-Care\" package), as well as many other issues which most constitutionally-minded voters would find repugnant. A prediction is made that Brown and others will help \"rewrite\" the unconstitutional current national health care legislation into a newly resurrected unconstitutional \"bipartisan\" solution that will be acclaimed by socialists of every ilk as the most wonderful solution offered yet.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Andy Ramirez
Scott�s guest this week is Andy Ramirez. An activist who has been engaged for many years in the effort to improve security at U.S. borders, Andy has testified before Congressional Committees as an expert witness on border security, as well as appearing as a frequent guest on numerous national news programs. He has championed the defense of numerous officers that have been unjustly prosecuted, terminated, and persecuted for doing their jobs, especially whistle blowers.

Scott and Andy review current issues regarding illegal immigration, border security, terrorism, drug cartel activity, and Mexican military incursions into the United States .

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
In recognition of the growing frustration among good and caring Americans regarding ongoing efforts to destroy the proper government which was originally established as this nation was founded, Scott reviews some of the traps which are being set to snare the unwary patriots who get caught up in the frenzy to do \"something\" without considering the risks. Scott discusses the dangers that could face efforts to reassert states rights through \"nullification.\" He also offers analysis regarding amendments such as \"Balanced Budget Amendments,\" \"Term Limits Amendments,\" and \"Line Item Veto Amendments\" and why they will be of no value in the effort to preserve the nation, and how they will ultimately lead to a \"Constitution Convention\" and the loss of our wonderful United States Constitution. The flaw is NOT in the Constitution, but that we have abandoned it and no longer apply it.

Following is a brief synopsis of the 09 January 2010 radio program. Please see if
Scott reviews the current political environment. There is a growing disenchantment among voters with current incumbent congressmen and senators. The \"mainstream\" media particularly emphasizes problems facing incumbent Democrats (in light of recent decisions by prominent Democrats to not seek re-election), but Republicans face many challenges in this arena also. Scott reminds us that there is always another socialist waiting in the wings to take the office, so voters must be careful to not be deceived by the sweet campaign rhetoric which is being bandied about by those who seek our vote. Truly principled constitutionalists must be sought for, rejecting those who will give us more of the same old same old nonsense the incumbents have been serving for years. Particular attention must be paid to those who seek amendments to the Constitution to make it \"better\" as they foster voter frustration to the point that a constitution convention will be called.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Dr. Jane M. Orient, M.D.
Scott�s guest this week is Jane M. Orient, M.D. An author of several books, Dr Orient is a Clinical Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine. As well, she edits the Doctors for Disaster Preparedness Newsletter and Civil Defense Perspectives. In addition, she is the editor of AAPS News, the official newsletter of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons for which she serves as Executive Director. Her articles frequently appear in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons (formerly The Medical Sentinel).

Scott and Dr. Orient review the current effort to socialize medicine in the United States.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
In recognition of the upcoming 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Iraq Constitution, Scott compares and contrasts the Iraq Constitution with the United States Constitution. While establishing Islamic Sharia law as the supreme law of the land in Iraq, the Iraq Constitution is really patterned after the old style \"Soviet\" constitution. The government is the source of rights, and then the government regulates those rights. There is nothing in the Iraq Constitution analogous to the right to keep and bear arms as recognized and protected in the American Second Amendment, nor is there a protection of justice through a jury system. The Iraq Constitution claims the right to control the environment, provide, control and regulate universal health care and universal education, assures housing, claims state ownership of natural resources, etc. Of course, the U.S. Constitution allows none of these usurpations, but current U.S. policy makers act like it does. Perhaps it is no coincidence that American advisers assisted in the creation of the Iraq Constitution. Hmmm... perhaps something to think about if Americans ever fall into the trap of a constitution convention.

Scott reviews the Presidential inauguration of nearly a year ago, with the immediate follow-on of the nomination of Mr. Obama for the Nobel Peace Prize. The origins of the Nobel Peace Prize are reviewed, along with the fact that the $1.4 million prize and honor is awarded by a committee of the Norwegian Parliment. Article I Section 9 clause 8 states: \"And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States], shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.\" Hmmm... The reasons for such an injunction are considered, and words of George Washington regarding the dangers of foreign influence are mentioned.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Sheriff Richard Mack
Scott�s guest this week is Sheriff Richard Mack. A periodic guest on Scott\'s radio program, Sheriff Mack is an author/speaker and former sheriff who has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement.

During his tenure as Sheriff, federal officers informed him that sheriffs would be required to enforce the so-called \"Brady Bill\" and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Three years later, in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, they won a monumental decision for freedom.

During this hour Scott and Sheriff Mack discuss the role of the County Sheriff in preserving individual liberty; and also recent developments in law enforcement, including road block searches, child seat belt issues, and federalization of police officers.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott considers some of the recent developments in the affairs of the nation, including the tragic suicide bombing of the CIA base in Afghanistan, activities in Pakistan, growing pressures with Iran, the attempted Christmas Day airline bombing over Detroit and the failure of the security systems that were supposed to prevent such a possiblity, progress of the health care package through the House and Senate reconciliation process, the expanding federal take-over of the nation\'s finance industry, and the recent debacle at the Copenhagen environmental conference (and associated \"Cap and Trade\" legislation here in the United States).

Scott reviews the the events of the past week regarding the passage the Senate health care bill. It was approved in the first Christmas Eve vote by the Senate since 1895. It still must be reconciled with the House health care bill which was passed 07 November 2009 and then the reconciled bill must be re-voted on (and passed) by both the House and Senate before being sent on to the President for his signature. The 2100 page bill was passed by bribing Senators with \"goodies\" in the bill for their home states. It violates the Constitution on many points (including its most basic premise), and is not sustainable over the long term. This is a fine example of a poor example regarding proper government. Principles were set aside for payments and Americans will pay for this abrogation of constitutional authority for generations yet unborn.

They discuss current events and the fantasy that seems to prevail in the nation that big government can magically deliver magnificent gifts in a manner similar to Santa Claus. Idolatry, superstition, and ignorance are considered in the context of modern America. They visit at length about how the nation got to this point, and share their hope that it is not too late to restore the nation to its original greatness.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott focuses on the intrepid spirit that once prevailed among this nation\'s people, and how hardship and challenge brought out the best in those who faced those conditions. This nation was founded, explored, and settled by a bold and adventurous people that were not cowed by seemingly insurmountable difficulties. Indeed, mankind took their stewardship of the world with the same undaunted attitude. Some of the challenges of the winters of the Revolutionary War era are considered, with mention made of the recovery of the cannons from Fort Ticonderoga during the winter of 1775-76, the crossing of the Deleware in the taking of Trenton on 26 December 1776, and the experiences of Valley Forge and Morristown. If the nation is to surmount the challenges of today, Americans must recapture this indominable spirit.

Scott reviews the huge foreign aid committments which were made at the Copenhagen Climate Conference by Mr. Obama and Hillary Clinton, considering the Constitutional treaty ratification process as a wonderful stop-gap to prevent usurpations by leaders in these circumstances. Developments with the pending health care legislation are also discussed, as are current developments in the arena of finance, including progress on Ben Bernanke\'s nomination and reconfirmation as the Fed Chair. The possibility of expanded war in Iraq because of Iran\'s incursion into Iraq to sieze an oil field, and possible implications for US military forces is also mentioned.

Second Hour: Scott Bradley\'s guest is Janine Hansen
Scott�s Guest this week is Janine Hansen. Janine has been politically active in a broad spectrum of topics for nearly 40 years, seeking to uphold the sound foundational principles upon which this nation was established. In that effort, she has been a political candidate for numerous elected offices.

She currently serves as Executive Director of the Independent American Party of Nevada, and also as the Constitutional Issues and Privacy Rights Chairman for national Eagle Forum. Recently she has been actively engaged in the effort to prevent another national Constitution Convention, and against the growing national movement to eliminate the Electoral College. Scott and Janine review these topics, and a number of other related issues during their radio interview.

Third Hour: Scott Bradley
Scott continues the review of the Electoral College as originally established under the Constitution, and the importance the Founding Fathers placed on preventing power from being accrued to the point it could be abused. The founders carefully seperated and divided power between and among the departments of government, being careful to even seperate the sources of power to prevent accrual and abuse---in order to prevent tyranny. Efforts to \"undo\" the original intent of these power seperations are very risky! Scott then reviews the growing effort to legislate and control every aspect of everybody\'s lives \"for the good of the collective\" (of course). Seat belt laws, child restraint laws, motorcycle helmet laws, compulsory immunization efforts, etc. lead to \"do-gooders\" reporting violations and to grief for the targeted \"offender.\" Are we being conditioned to comply and conform to even more egregious encroachments on our individual God-given liberties?
